Here is my goal: Lose 35lbs before I graduate This blog is my motivation. I am a 20 year old student who lives in England. I graduate on May 2013 and I would love to be a lot fitter than now, ready for work and all the awesome pencil skirt/blouse combinations that come with that. I workout in my kitchen. lol jk but seriously,

this stuff is effective. and you can do it while sitting on your butt watching tv!

I just do each move until my arms are burning and can’t handle it anymore (takes about 30-90 secs) and repeat the set 2-3 times.
