The Science of Well-Being
Since I have all the time in the world by virtue of the ECQ, aside from signing up on an online dating app, I am taking the course The Science of Well-Being offered by Yale in Coursera.Â
I chose this course as an opportunity to allow introspection during this period. I know keeping sanity amidst this global pandemic is challenging so I am consciously taking active steps to keep my mental health in check. Moreover, I have always been interested about this course ever since I read an article that almost all student from Yale wanted to join this class every semester.Â
This online course is a breather from all the legal materials I am reading or trying to read during this ECQ. Folks, I hope you are all safe and have food in your fridge!Â
