he trusts her with his LIFE, but trusting her with his creamer is another level entirely. at least in the mornings. though his gaze is trained on her tired eyes, he’s aware of the container’s short journey; without missing a beat, he stops the motion with his fingertips as his brows lift at her statement.

“ you’re not SICK? ” (are you?) he asks, plucking the creamer from the counter and stepping to the side, well out of the witch’s way. soon he pours just the right amount into his cup of coffee & stirs, glancing sideways at her; if she’s not teaching today, then he wants in. well, depending. “ what’re your plans? ” because if she’s running off to meet her sisters, he’s probably not invited.
