As a transsexual woman 👩 who has had multiple experiences ‼️ I have found 🔎 that the biggest block of cheese 🧀 is usually the one ☝️ that has the largest size 📈

A runaway trolley is quickly approaching planet Earth, threatening to kill over 8 billion people. There is a lever that can be pulled to redirect the trolley. On the other track is a singular man. You are the trolley operator. Do you pull the lever?
But suppose the problem is not that simple. First, pulling the lever will most certainly kill the man but it will not guarantee the survival of Earth. In fact, the chance Earth will be saved is slim, and many of those 8 billion will die in the process. You are the trolley operator. Do you pull the lever?
It still isn’t that simple. The man tied to the other track isn’t tied down at all, in fact he does not know he is part of the dilemma. You will have to tie him down yourself. You are the trolley operator. Do you pull the lever?
But wait, there’s something you are forgetting. The man you must tie down and murder is your second in command, your best friend, your platonic soulmate. You love him. You know he will refuse to be the sacrifice. You watch as he begs and pleads for another way, betrayal in his eyes. He writhes as you give the command to sedate him, and prepare to tie him to the tracks. He goes limp, and you do not cry. He will hate you for the rest of his short life, and you will deserve it. Even so, you know you are doing the right thing.
You are Eva Stratt. You will pull the lever.
Corn Demons
i asked my resident Nebraskan friend to share their thoughts on Corn Demons (copied and pasted so it’s accessible)
“Yeah corn entities are huge. There’s debate on whether or not it’s aliens or spirits and in my opinion i think both are true.
Because I say it often but people have gotten lost in corn fields when it seems like it would be easy to just pick a direction and move straight until you find an edge, the reason it can be so disorienting can be because of fear, yes fear of being lost but also the fear people can pick up as a result of the energy around them.
I had friends who detasseled in the summer where it’s just a bus of kids that get driven around to different farmers fields and they go into the field, take off the corn tassel and drop it on the ground. They get told everyday to stay in your rows, move quickly, and don’t fuck around in the corn. And detasseling is an annoying job. corn flies, husk cuts, early early mornings and hot hot sun make it a job that pays really well, but people would quit almost everyday just because for reasons they couldn’t always explain, they didn’t feel safe in the fields.
Also depending on where you go the entities in the corn are different, smaller farms (usually sweet corn farms) are hit or miss. Because as long as you respect the fields and the entities in the field know you mean no harm, you’re usually fine. But the bigger feed farms where it’s all profit and no care really for the land, those are where you get the crazy hussle and bussle of entities that Want You Out Now.
There’s also always the basic rules of respect where if you’re driving past fields at night, do not look into them. Do not try and see if you can spot anything in the fields, and definitely do not make eye contact with anything in the fields even if you think it’s just a raccoon. Because speaking from personal experience, sometimes the raccoon will stand up and suddenly be 7 feet tall.”
This pridemonth let's celebrate and uplift MAINLAND LATINE trans people just as much as the diaspora. Y'all love to talk about latinoamérica and transness here without having ever walked a kilometer in our shoes!!
Today's trans person of the day is Mariela Muñoz! The first trans woman to be given an ID matching her gender in Argentina. She was known for being an adoptive mother to 26 children and grandmother to 30.
Here are pictures of apearances of her on magazines and newspapers, as her case was very well known.
in another life Bond leaves it all behind for Q and in another life Bond dies before he meets his new quartermaster and in another life Q turns to his son to tell him the story of a man named James and in another life Bond was the date to be there in 20 minutes and in another life Q works a proper 9-to-5 and in another life Q is just the intern while Major Boothroyd shows the handsome field agent around and in another life they're spending a lazy morning in bed but in this life Q is turning to 007 because the painting is a melancholic one, isn't it, and that's all they get.

People who speak exclusively English will never know the simple but euphoric feeling of having someone you frequent the business of organically switch from addressing you with the formal "you" to using the casual form
#but also the absolute devastation when younge people start to use the formal version#teens stop staying “sie” I'm not that old yet
ALAS this is also true

yesterday my grandma found a penny on the floor and said to my grandpa “there’s that penny again, pa!” and i absolutely lost my mind because i couldn’t shelve the thought of a single panel Far Side comic of two old people on the front porch in the middle of nowhere and a giant penny angrily and inexplicably rolling through the wastes
“there’s that penny again, pa!”
