Is it sad that I constantly seek out love but when it stares me straight in the face, the doubts and deeply buried insecurities tell me that I am a burden that shouldn't hinder others with my existence. Am I the only one that feels this way? I go to others to seek out praise and validation only to be told I'm so ****ing sexy and that I should send nudes. That I should become what they want me to. Do things I am not comfortable with. Is this all my value has succumbed to? My friends, family, and everyone I talk to tells me no but I find myself lacking the confidence to believe myself when my own mind is against me too. Sometimes I don't know who I am anymore. I dont like the person my thoughts make me or the way others words make me feel? Is it wrong to need validation from others? Is it wrong to just want some help, and coddling, and reassurance? I dont know why I am even looking for a daddy anymore? Why should I when if he wants to meet and get to know me he would be faced with all my problems? I wouldn't wish that on him or anyone. Interesting, why'd you make that promise of no over 30? I'm interested

It was kind of a silly conversation I had with my mom one day and we were talking about what kind of people we'd want to date in the future. Soon enough we started discussing ages and she made me swear I couldn't date anyone in there thirties bc they were closer to her in age(she's 41) and she wouldn't date anyone closer to my age (in their late twenties). I know I made a promise but if something changes in the future and I meet someone who I feel is everything I'm looking for and the only reason I'm choosing not to persue that and see what potential we have bc of the age gap then I would live with regret for not trying to see what we could be.

Hmm this is something I actually think about alot to me age doesn't matter but I can't see myself dating anyone younger than me(I'm 21🖐) and I made a promise not to date anyone older than 30 but I don't know what may be different in the future. So for an age range I would say anywhere between 20-30 at the moment.
