Twisted Wonderland- i think that in general your personality and interests make for a really cool protag/insert in worlds where the mc ends up in a slightly twisted or darker world than their home (which is also true for obey me later on the list) but i also think you'd have really good chemistry with a very large portion of the cast and it would be a really fun story for you and everyone you meet
Fruits Basket- in my opinion, you are already very similar to Toru, but whether you'd be taking her spot or simply added to the cast, i think you could help reach the rest of the cast in a similar way that she does. you would build really strong and lasting friendships with the zodiac and regular people alike and i think you'd do a really good job to keep their secret. i do think you're smarter and more strategic than toru though, and i think this would serve you well in this world
Witch Hat Atelier- now this i think is an unfamiliar media for you, you i think you would make a really great, creative, and caring witch. regardless of whether you'd be a fully fledged witch, or an apprentice like our main girls, i think the presence of a more doting big sister type would be really lovely and even help keep the girls out of trouble!
Obey Me!- very similar to Twst, i mainly think you'd be a very interesting protag for these boys! you could help them learn a lot and grow as people (demons?) you'd also contrast with a most of the cast and their underlying scheming behavior and that could make for very interesting interactions and dynamics! a bit arbitrary, but i also think that the mc insert of the fluffy pink lamb suits you a bit, hehe
for fandoms i'd love to see, both might be a bit difficult for different reasons, but
- Genshin Impact
- Apothecary Diaries
we spoke briefly about Genshin (i will get to dms after this, whoops) and there is an awful lot of content so no pressure (for either of these!) but Apoth might be hard because there simply aren't that many men in the cast that you could ship others with ╥﹏╥ the show itself focuses on of the experiences of women at this time, so there aren't a ton of male characters and most of them are kept fairly simple. BUT! i still think it would be fun for ylifs but maybe without detailed romance sections unless inspiration strikes ofc!

⋆.𐙚 ̊ For @tillichan
Shoto Todoroki: Quiet, emotionally reserved—but gentle. You’d help him open up, and he’d be very protective in a calm, steady way.
Zen Wisteria: Healthy, respectful love. He’d admire your kindness and never push your boundaries—just quietly support and protect you.
Allen Walker: One of the most selfless type of people.. he’d deeply respect your kindness and share your desire to care for others.
Shin-Ah: Quiet, shy, but incredibly devoted. You’d understand each other without needing many words.
Gilbert Nightray: Loyal, protective, and gentle beneath his rough edges. He’d feel comforted by your warmth.
Malleus Draconia: As usual, very perfect for you. He loves quiet, nature, and deep connection. He’d cherish your presence and protect your peaceful world.
Xavier: Gentle, devoted, and emotionally present. He’d naturally match your calm and caring personality.
Luke Pearce: Soft, loyal childhood-friend energy. He’d prioritize your comfort and happiness above everything.
Vyn Richter: Calm, intelligent, and attentive. He’d understand your emotions deeply and treat you with quiet elegance.
⋆.𐙚 ̊ For @luminous95
Satoru Gojo: Confident, funny, charismatic just exactly your type. BUT he also knows when to be serious and protective. He’d make you laugh constantly while being your safe place.
Loid Forger: Mature, calm, dependable. He balances your overthinking and sensitivity with stability and reassurance.
Mamoru Chiba: Classic “gentleman + romantic protector.” He fits your desire for emotional connection and soft romance perfectly.
Tooru Oikawa: Flirty, funny, confident, but actually very attentive. He’d hype you up, make you laugh, and bring out your more outgoing side.
Kento Nanami: Mature, reliable, emotionally grounded. Perfect for your need for healthy communication and stability.
Hawks: Charismatic, playful, but secretly caring. He keeps things fun while still being emotionally present.
Artem Wing: Mature, composed, respectful. He’d support your growth and take your feelings seriously.
Tamaki Suoh: Dramatic, romantic, funny, he’d adore you and treat you like a princess.
Vanitas: Chaotic but charming. You’d balance him, and he’d keep your life exciting.
⋆.𐙚 ̊ For @sweetlikevanilaaa
Kenma Kozume: Social energy depends on comfort level. You’re more reserved in general settings but open up with close friends, preferring calm, low-pressure interactions.
Izuku Midoriya: Hardworking, rule-following, and quietly ambitious. People see you as smart and reliable, and you both overthink, feel deeply, and try your best in everything.
Silver Vanrouge: Calm, polite, and kind by default. You both have a peaceful presence and don’t seek attention, but people feel comfortable around you.
Deuce Spade: Your “goody two shoes” side shows here, following rules, wanting to be better, and working hard to maintain a good image.
Cove Holden: Soft, emotionally aware, and values meaningful bonds over surface-level friendships. You both prefer a few deep connections rather than many shallow ones.
Rei Kiriyama: Quiet, introspective, emotionally deep. You both process feelings internally and can struggle with self-image but still push forward.
Shigeo Kageyama: Calm exterior with strong emotions underneath. You both try to stay composed, but when emotions hit, they’re intense.
Haruki Sakurai: Gentle, thoughtful, and emotionally intelligent. Values connection and understanding others, much like your empathetic side.
Neil Watts: Observant and remembers details about people. You both pick up on things others miss and connect through shared moments.
⋆.𐙚 ̊ For @junevnti
Zen: He’s open and affectionate, so he balances your shyness with feelings and says what you struggle to.
Denki Kaminari: He keeps conversations going and matches your playful energy, while you keep him grounded.
Yuki Sohma: Calm and respectful he gives you space and builds a soft, slow connection.
Osamu Miya: Chill and teasing! He matches your humor and low-effort but meaningful vibe.
Ranpo Edogawa: Confident and witty, he plays off your observant, supportive nature easily.
Childe: Playful and a bit chaotic he’d enjoy your reactions and teasing, while you keep him grounded and steady.
Kageyama Tobio: More quiet and blunt, but very reliable he’d show care through actions, which matches how you give and receive affection.
Sampo: Teasing, unserious on the surface he’d match your “annoying for fun” energy, but you’d be the one keeping things grounded.
Kazuha: Kazuha fits your calm, go-with-the-flow nature perfectly he’s gentle, open-minded, and easy to be around, so you’d never feel pressured to talk or act a certain way.
⋆.𐙚 ̊ For @frostfallen-tryst
Tabito Karasu: Both of you read people too well. There’s constant mental sparring and smug banter, and there’s mutual respect without emotional clinginess.
Hiromi Higuruma: You challenge his ideals, he challenges your detachment. There’s a lot of quiet tension and deep talks, and slow burn with actual growth.
Genya Shinazugawa: Rough, not emotionally polished, no pressure on you. You tease him and then he gets flustered but softens over time around you.
Felix Fraldarius: The both of you are blunt… there’s no sugarcoating or no emotional demands. Mutual respect + you annoy him (on purpose).
Yuri Leclerc: You both are clever, and a little manipulative. There’s always flirty mind games and teasing, but it’s never boring, just some tension.
Rolan: Prideful but easy to provoke. You tease then he spirals and you enjoy it. Ends up being genuinely devoted.
Gortash: Power couple energy. No control issues, just strategy and mutual benefit. You’re equals, not dependent.
Jing Yuan: Calm, patient, gives you full freedom. You bring unpredictability, he balances it. Relaxed but strong connection.
Jamil Viper: He’s controlled, observant, and used to reading people, so you can’t easily throw him off. He values independence and restraint, so he won’t smother you.
Thank you for tagging me, my dear! I'm weak for this type of games, lmao. ( ੭ ˘ ³˘)੭°。⋆♡‧₊˚

Not everyone can say that one of their parents was a pro hero, although said parent is no longer here after meeting their demise from a villain attack. Still, as much as the loss and grief make permanent homes in your heart, who your father was and what he stood for remains a point of pride and admiration for you. You don’t go around boasting about who your father was, but you’re happy to acknowledge the connection between you two whenever someone puts two and two together. He’s your inspiration, the motivation behind you wanting to become a hero yourself and make a positive impact on the world.
… However, not everyone can say that their other parent fell into villainy either. Your mother does not handle your father’s passing very well; something in her shifts after his death, a sharp turn for the worse. You never had the best, most wholesome relationship with your mother, but any semblance of a caring parent witheres away as soon as she starts getting involved with some sort of criminal group. You learn about it by accident, a hushed conversation you overhear late at night when you can’t sleep, the voices of your mother and an unfamiliar woman—you can only pick up bits and pieces, something about disrupting businesses, making those heroes pay for their arrogance, and “remember to lie low.” In that moment, lying there in the dark, you decide that no matter what your mother says, you need to apply to U.A. High and try to get into the hero course.
Your decision to attend U.A. has long since been a point of contention between you and your mother. At first, your mother claims she worries about your safety, that she doesn’t want you going out and putting yourself in harm’s way like your father (and this was even before he passed). But then she becomes increasingly persistent, trying to drag you down with her, trying to convince you to use your Quirk for the cause that she decided to dedicate herself to. “Your Quirk is strong, you could be on the side that actually makes a difference,” she’ll tell you, despite your insistence that you don’t want to be part of anything that actively seeks to bring harm and destruction to others. It causes your relationship to deteriorate quickly.
Suddenly, her tune changes—she starts encouraging your decision to apply to U.A., making sure you study and practice hard before the exams. You’re not certain what happened at first, but disgust twists in your chest when she mentions something along the lines of how it would be good to have someone on the inside.
It doesn’t stop you from going to U.A., because you still hope with every fiber of your being that you can continue your father’s legacy, but you’re pretty sure you’re going to have to start distancing yourself from your mother sooner or later. Somehow. You just know you can’t let yourself be used for information that could implicate people who are trying to do some good in the world.
So, a hero for a father and a villain for a mother. The latter is something you absolutely do not advertise to anyone, ever. It’s your biggest shameful dirty secret, and it’s something you want to distance yourself from as soon as possible, as much as possible. If only you could. The weight of that secret only grows heavier on your shoulders and in your heart once you receive the news that you managed to make it into U.A. hero course. But you square your shoulders, brace yourself, and decide to focus on becoming the best hero-in-training you can be.
You’re not quite sure what to expect when you step into Class 1-A on your very first day, but here’s hoping that you manage to make it through in one piece!
— AFFILIATION
U.A. High -> Hero Public Safety Commission
— ABILITIES / EQUIPMENT
✦ Quirk -> Moonbeam
Your Quirk gives you the ability to summon and manipulate moonlight (and more generally, light reflections) and use it in various ways. It is a versatile ability, allowing you to create shields, weapons, balls of light, bindings, and other structures—your creativity is a great asset when it comes to getting the most out of your ability. Your Quirk works best at night due to natural lighting being softer, diffused, and reflected from the moon, as opposed to high amounts of direct light from the sun.
Training your Quirk allows you to…
Avoid injury to yourself when using moonlight creations that are sharp or difficult to wield.
Wield it without using as much concentration to keep the moonlight creations’ shapes, and thus avoiding energy fluctuations from new/sudden light sources.
Create flexible, dynamic structures such as webs or ropes that you can use to swing from.
Side effects from over-use of your Quirk include physical and mental fatigue. It makes you quite drowsy, and you’re liable to pass out (poorly timed naps, you like to call these moments). You have found that caffeine reduces effects, but proper rest is still required in order to fully recover.
✦ Hero classification -> Combat and support. With the versatility of your Quirk, you are easily able to use it for both apprehending criminals and rescuing civilians. Your strong desire to help people means you’re willing to play whatever role needs to be filled in the moment, so long as you can continue using your abilities for protecting and saving others. You make it a point to regularly train your Quirk and skills for both combat and rescue missions.
You are one day planning on debuting as the guiding light hero, Silverlight!
YOUR MATCH IS…
✧ SHINSO HITOSHI
— FIRST MEETING -> The U.A. Sports Festival is not for the faint of heart, but it is a fantastic event for those who have a competitive streak. You’re eager to test your mettle against your classmates in an event like this, but in the moments before it officially starts, you’re also incredibly antsy. Not wanting to pace around in the waiting and prep room that Class 1-A is using (mostly because you don’t want everyone watching you), you decide to step out and take a quick walk up and down the halls to get a bit of that nervous energy out before the actual competition starts. There are a few other students rushing about, making last minute preparations, but you don’t pay them much mind and they barely spare you a glance themselves.
Just as you round a corner, your face suddenly meets someone’s chest. You stumble back from the force of it, one of your hands coming up to press at your now-sore nose, eyes stinging slightly from the unexpected impact. Someone else’s hand briefly plants itself on your shoulder to steady you, though it is quick to leave once both your feet are firmly on the ground and you’re not at risk for toppling over.
“Oh, sorry,” a calm voice says. When you turn your gaze up to see who you bumped into, the first thing you notice is his wild, dark purple hair. You’re quick to recognize him as one of the General Studies students who came by Class 1-A just a few days ago, the one that basically picked a fight with the class (and more specifically, Bakugo, after the blonde spoke up).
Probably not someone you want to bother with right now, considering he had the audacity to swing by the hero course students to declare war. Besides, it looks like he’s sizing you up, and you’re determined to avoid any unnecessary confrontation right now. You don’t have time for that. “No, I’m sorry, I wasn’t really looking,” you murmur with an apologetic nod of your head, stepping around him to continue on your way. It’s another moment before you hear his footsteps continuing on in the other direction.
The incident quickly leaves your mind soon after with the start of the sports festival. Or it does for a while, at least… But then you’re in the stands watching the match between Izuku and this mysterious purple-haired General Studies student, and a cold chill runs down your spine as you realize what his Quirk is and how it works. He simply has to say something and when the other person responds, that’s all it takes for him to activate his Quirk and control them. That must have been why his group for the cavalry battle was so out of it afterwards, though there was so much going on that you didn’t dedicate much time to thinking about it. But now you can’t help but wonder… If he had bumped into you after the sports festival actually started, and not in the quiet moments of preparation before, would he have decided to control you too?
— BONDING -> It takes quite some time for the two of you to become close—hell, it takes a while before you two even start talking to each other. You’re so often wary of people, hesitant to trust; if you’re being honest with yourself, his Quirk terrifies you. You hate the fact that if he wants, he could control you just because you uttered one single word to him. Sure, Izuku managed to snap himself out of it during the sports festival, but you can’t guarantee that you’d be able to do the same if Hitoshi ever used it on you. That fear prevents you from interacting with him, even though you logically know he wouldn’t use his Quirk on his schoolmates maliciously. Besides that, Hitoshi is definitely an introvert himself, so it’s not like he’s going out of his way to interact with you either.
But you two start running into each other at the training grounds more and more often. While nothing has been officially decided yet in terms of his potential transfer to the hero course, Hitoshi has been spending a lot of his free time training, improving his physical abilities. You’re also determined to catch up to your classmates, to stop accidentally hurting yourself with your Quirk because of silly, careless mistakes. So, you two are often in each other’s peripherals, each of you focused on your own training. (He has to admit, he’s genuinely a bit jealous of your Quirk since it’s strong and versatile—a “proper” hero’s Quirk).
Gradually, the two of you start taking little breaks together whenever your training sessions run a little long, chatting with each other to fill the silence. You find that he is surprisingly adept at conversation despite how standoffish he comes across, and this is very helpful in smoothing over your guys’ early interactions. Conversations with strangers and vague acquaintances are certainly not your strong point, but Hitoshi is good at keeping a conversation going without it feeling too awkward or overbearing. He’s plenty comfortable when a natural silence settles between you two, but he also doesn’t let it linger so long that it becomes unwieldy and stifling. Little by little, he is able to build a bond with you. Little by little, you feel like you can trust him. Progress is slow, but it feels good for both of you. Comfortable. Right. By the end of your first year, you two are rather good friends!
— PINING -> Hitoshi starts developing feelings for you sometime during your second year at U.A. They develop slowly, all the little moments shared between you gradually building into something that feels something beyond friendly. He’s actually quick to notice when he starts thinking of you in more of a romantic light; he may not be close to very many people, but he easily picks up on the small shifts in your dynamic (and within his heart).
However, you won’t know about his feelings for you unless he wants you to know. Hitoshi can be rather guarded about matters of the heart, a natural result of the wary distance his peers have often kept around him throughout most of his life. He isn’t known for his expressiveness anyway, and he’s in his head far too much to be very outwardly reactive.
But, while others may not be able to pick up on his feelings, he is absolutely a yearner deep down. You’re always on his mind, and he often finds himself thinking of you during the day. Little things like strawberries or cutesy lace ribbons make him think of you. Whenever it’s been a while since he’s seen you, he wonders how you’re doing and what you’ve been busy with. Despite the fact that he knows you’re plenty capable, he worries so, so much about your safety whenever he knows you’re going on patrol during work study. He finds himself seeking out your company more often than anyone else’s, wanting to feel that warm, fuzzy feeling in his chest whenever he lays eyes on your face.
Like a moth to a flame, Hitoshi is drawn to your warmth and idealism. How could he not admire someone who puts so much of themselves into helping others, someone who wants to protect as many innocent people as possible? Because as much as he also wants to create a safer environment for others, part of the reason he pushes so hard to become a hero is because he wants to prove others (and to some degree, himself) wrong that his Quirk isn’t as villainous as it seems. But so much of your motivations seem wholehearted and pure. Beyond that, he likes how goofy you are when you actually start opening up, and adores all of your big reactions and your often wildly expressive face.
It remains unspoken for a while (though does eventually come out one night when you two are studying in the common area of the dorms), he feels seen and welcomed by you in a way that few others have made him feel. Sure, Monoma and Denki have boisterously declared themselves his friends and he very much appreciates them, but the situation with you is different. You can relate to the way that others seem to avoid him despite not doing anything wrong, the way people seem to just move about their lives around you while you struggle to either keep up or forge your own path. Even down to the way you both would rather not allow too many people to see your vulnerabilities yet crave genuine connection deep down—this all creates an emotional common ground between you two despite your differences.
— CONFESSION -> He keeps his feelings for you under wraps for a long while. Part of the reason is because he isn’t quite sure how you feel. Sometimes he’s sure that you must feel something for him, because there are moments where you’re shyly sweet with him in a particular way that you aren’t with your other friends—but the way you pull back from him every once in a while makes him question that assumption. While he is technically willing to just bite the bullet and confess despite the chance of rejection, he simply prefers to wait because he doesn’t feel like it’s a good time for a relationship. Both of you are so busy with your studies while at U.A., and he’d rather that you both have more of an idea of your respective futures before he seriously entertains the idea of dating.
So, it’s not until some time after you both graduate from U.A. that Hitoshi actually confesses.
Despite both of you being busy with sidekick and beginner hero work, your paths happen to cross often enough, especially when Hitoshi is still building up his skills and hasn’t yet delved much into his undercover work. Sometimes you both get sent out to apprehend the same villain, other times your patrol paths may cross—and it’s always nice to catch up if you haven’t seen each other in a while. Gradually, these brief chance meetings start to become one of you reaching out to the other to hang out when you each have a bit of free time.
And gradually, the feelings that Hitoshi has kept under wraps for years become increasingly more unwieldy, trying to worm their way out of his chest. Not the type to do things on a whim, he carefully weighs his options for a while; things have been going really well between you two and he’d hate to make you feel awkward if you weren’t interested or ready, but he also wants to take a chance and see where things go. If he learned anything from his time at U.A. and the war, it’s that time is finite and the life of a pro hero can be dangerous even when the threat of AFO is no longer. Hitoshi figures he may as well see what your response would be. The two of you have gotten pretty close and you seem pretty fond of him… so he’s hopeful!
His confession is planned, but casual. He has no interest in making a huge show of it and putting unnecessary pressure on you—it’s a confession of feelings and asking you to go steady, not a proposal. It starts as an invitation out to dinner at a hot pot restaurant after patrol, which you were happy to accept. Hot pot is great, and it’s nice not having to worry about making dinner after a long day. You two have gone out to eat together before (both alone and with other friends), and this dinner feels no different at first. Tasty food, idle chitchat about work and whatever you both have been up to in your free time, perhaps just a bit of sake. Hitoshi decides to sneak the confession in towards the end, a deliberate choice so he doesn’t ruin dinner if you don’t feel the same way.
“So… I’ve been wanting to tell you this for a while now,” Hitoshi starts, subtly fidgeting with his chopsticks before he sets them down, looking up at you. “I like you.”
A beat of silence. Two. His blunt words hang between you, and despite their straightforwardness they leave more questions in their wake.
“Oh.” You blink, not reacting much at first, but then his words really hit. “Oh, you’re—you’re serious.”
A bit exasperated and almost a little shy, he sheepishly rubs the back of his neck, glancing away momentarily to gather his bearings before training his gaze back on your face. “Do you really think I’d be the type to confess as a joke? What would I even get out of that?”
You have to admit he has a point. He isn’t that type. That doesn’t stop the insecure, intimacy-wary part of your brain from trying to convince you otherwise.
“Anyway, yes, I really do like you. I have since we were in U.A.” Hitoshi explains, steady despite the way baring his heart makes his palms sweat. “It’s okay if you don’t feel the same way. I figured I should at least tell you at some point.”
When you manage to gather your bearings enough to respond—to take the leap and admit that you’ve also developed feelings for him over the years—an uncharacteristic but pretty blush accompanies his smile.
— DATES -> Dates should be relaxing, in Hitoshi’s eyes. He isn’t the type to regularly go out on adventurous, high-energy dates unless it’s accompanying you to a concert or festival. Not to mention, it isn’t the easiest for pro heroes to go out on dates in public while also maintaining privacy and anonymity… Plus, pro hero work itself is strenuous and adrenaline-inducing enough—so he hopes to fill his free time and time with you with a calm peace. So, that said, at-home dates tend to be a frequent occurrence for you two. Hitoshi does put in effort to make it feel more special and date-like, too, so it doesn’t just come off as a lazy low-effort date. If it’s movie night, you two get together snacks, beverages, and get the living room all set up and cozy. Video game nights unfold similarly! Special dinners at home get the full prep, dished up on fancy plates and set out on the table. Why all the hassle? Because a bit of quality time with you in the shape of a date is important!
— LOVE LANGUAGES -> Hitoshi is not the type of person to jump into large amounts of physical affection right away (something your heart is very thankful for). Hitoshi’s love is on the quiet side, but it is steady, ever present, and unmistakable. Funnily enough, he does things that come across as really sweet and romantic and he doesn’t even realize how romantic they are. For example, when someone bends over or crouches down and their partner puts their hand over the corner of a table to protect them in case they bump their head coming back up? He does that without even thinking. He fixes your hair and clothes a lot, looks over at you when someone in the group makes a joke so he doesn’t miss your smile or laugh, so on and so forth. It makes you want to melt into a puddle, honestly.
Not surprisingly, he defaults to acts of service as his primary love language. He doesn’t mind tidying up after you, which he often does because he worries that you’ll trip over something and hurt yourself (he has seen it happen on more than one occasion). Any time you two spend the night together—and when you eventually move in together, later in the future—he is up and out of bed before you and making you a cup of coffee or tea. On the off chance that you’re working but he has the day off, he makes time to pick up some food and bring it to you on your lunch break (because he knows you probably forgot to bring lunch anyway).
As elusive as Hitoshi can be with his friends (though Monoma and Denki tend to track him down pretty often, very efficiently), he very much values quality time with his romantic partner. It doesn’t really matter what you’re doing, if you guys are watching something together or doing your own thing in the same room, he’s happy to be in your presence and listen to you rambling on about everything and anything. He isn’t shy about physical touch once that’s something you’ve both established that you’re comfortable with, but his touches aren’t overbearing. They are casual and warm—an arm over your shoulders while you’re cuddled up on the couch, head propped up against yours in bed together, a hand on your hip when he comes and checks in on whatever you’re concocting in the kitchen.
While he wouldn’t typically consider himself a sentimental person, he could never bring himself to get rid of any material gift that you’ve given him. He does actually get a dedicated shelf for all the cute little trinkets and such… which he will definitely need to expand in the future.
— FIRST KISS -> Given the fact that both of you are quite reserved (and you can be very easily flustered, much to your dismay and much to Hitoshi’s quiet amusement), it takes a while before you two share your first kiss. Neither of you care to rush into it, and as a result it feels like a natural progression in your relationship.
Just because you’ve officially hit the ground running as newbie hero after graduating from U.A. doesn’t mean that you can slack off on regular training. Maintaining your skills and staying in tip-top shape are the basic requirements of such a career! Sure, you’re out patrolling most days, but there are stretches of relative peace that leave you needing to brush up on things. And, considering your beloved boyfriend is also a hero, he’s a prime candidate for a sparring partner. Honestly, the thought of practicing together brings you both back to your days in the U.A. training grounds, back when you two were just starting to get to know each other.
Compared to back then, though, both your and his abilities have flourished and matured significantly. While being just careful enough to not hurt each other, neither of you really goes easy on the other. Despite your preference to avoid the front lines of battle as much as possible, you have gotten a very solid handle of your Quirk’s offensive capabilities—putting Hitoshi on the defense more often than not during your practice sessions. You come at him, moonlight shaped into blades, and he blocks, dodges, tries to trap you with his binding cloth.
It happens just when you think you’ve gotten the upper hand—you swing a little too wide, leaving yourself a little too open. The steel-strong cloth wraps around your torso, too secure to break away from even though your arms are free, and you’re yanked towards Hitoshi with a sharp tug that catches you off guard. Your body meets his with a solid thud; Hitoshi stumbles back, not having intended to use quite that much strength to pull you in, and the two of you collapse together into a heap on the floor. He’s half-propped up on one elbow, his other palm pressed against your back to hold you steady. A weighted hush settles between the two of you in that moment, chests pressed together, hearts pounding, both of you trying to catch your breath.
Hitoshi’s gaze flicks over your face, taking in the way your eyes are wide in surprise, tracing over the scratch on your cheek that you got at some point during your sparring session, and ultimately lingering on your lips. He doesn’t act right away on the thought that comes to him, instead lifts his hand from your low back and allows the capturing weapon to fall slack… but you don’t scramble off him like he half-expected. You’re not quite sure why you don’t pull away, because your pounding heart and flushed cheeks are most certainly not from exerting yourself for the last half hour, but you just can’t bring yourself to put any distance between you two.
Slowly, Hitoshi brings a hand up to your cheek, thumb brushing lightly over the scrape on your cheek; he leans in, deliberately pauses, waiting to see if you draw back. But you don’t, even lean in closer to him, and he closes the rest of the miniscule distance to press his lips against yours. Soft and sweet, the kiss lasts longer than you expect but shorter than you want. All too soon, he pulls back, hand slipping from your cheek to your upper arm.
“Should we consider this a draw?” he teases, his dry humor causing a fresh wave of embarrassed-yet-delighted heat to bloom across your cheeks.
You’ll have to get back at him somehow, you silently vow to yourself. Once you recover, of course. But his biceps have been looking awfully bitable lately…
✦ ADDITIONAL HEADCANONS ->
As much as you tried to play it off as casual, you really were happy that Hitoshi was able to join the hero course. The two of you had become surprisingly close during your first year, even though you didn’t see each other on a daily basis!
A cat is definitely in your future. Hitoshi loves cats and if there happens to be a stray (or two) hanging out around your guys’ home… It will not take long at all before they end up indoors.
Preferring to prioritize personal privacy, neither of you advertise your relationship and keep things lowkey when in public. However… it is seemingly impossible to keep things under wraps in this day and age. The public learns of the romance between you and Hitoshi after you two share a brief kiss in public. It was under the cover of night, the quickest of kisses before you two split up to go after a particularly slippery villain—and you didn’t think anyone really saw… until a grainy photo of you two starts circulating online. “Nighthide and Silverlight - newest hero couple?!”
Your fans give you the ship name of nightlight. Honestly… you both think it’s a pretty cute name. But that doesn’t mean Hitoshi isn’t mildly annoyed that questions about your guys’ relationship and private life become a regular occurrence whenever he happens to get stopped for an interview. He tends to keep pretty mum about things, but every once in a while he drops something about how he’s so grateful that you’re in his life.
While you don’t often initiate touch, you have a habit of running your fingers through his hair and he absolutely loves it. Like “totally melts into your touch” loves it. It seems like you play with his hair even more after he grows it out and lets it hang loose instead of styling it fluffed up.
✦ SHIP TROPES ->
-> stoic x dramatic
-> introverted duo
-> unintentionally romantic x easily flustered
✧ OTHER CONSIDERATIONS…
— SHIMURA TENKO -> Shimura Tenko, Shigaraki Tomura, the Symbol of Fear—however he is referred, he is your biggest “what if.” What if he hadn’t become a villain, what if you had become a villain, what if you two ended up encountering each other more than just a handful of times, what if you had the chance to get to know him on some level like Izuku had? What if he hadn’t died? What if there was a way you could help him? There are things that he has done that you can’t condone, but at the same time there has always been something just beneath the surface that drew you to him, that made you believe that he can’t be all bad despite his deeds and self-proclaimed motivations. It is hard to say whether any bond between you two would be romantic, but the two of you would certainly have the potential to become close. But, there is little to be done about that now.
— USAGIYAMA RUMI (MIRKO) -> In a world where the two of you are closer in age and you’re debuting as pro heroes around the same time, Mirko would definitely develop an interest in you once you’re on her radar. It does take some time, since Mirko is so often on the go and you also take your job pretty seriously—so the process of getting to know each other is a bit slow. In a case of opposites attract, there is something about your shyness that draws her in. And the fact that you’re so easily flustered is also a bonus for her, because she finds your reactions to be absolutely delightful. Some may think that you don’t seem like her type—but honestly, she just wants someone who will be genuine with her, someone that can deal with her rough edges, someone that makes her want to be softer sometimes. There are things you can learn from her, and things she could learn from you.
✧ RELATIONSHIP WITH…
— TSUNAGU HAKAMADA (BEST JEANIST) -> Your internship mentor! Similarly to how he offered Bakugo an internship because he disliked his aggressive behavior, he offered you an internship due to your skittish, antsy behavior. In his opinion, both of you have much to learn about remaining composed and professional in the public eye—so he is quite pleased when both you and Bakugo accept his internship offer! (Though neither you or Bakugo are very pleased to find out the other had gotten an offer and accepted. The two of you do not get along particularly well at this time, and you find him rather exhausting to be around half the time). Whereas Bakugo resists a lot of Best Jeanist’s guidance and advice, you’re more receptive to listening and giving the pro hero’s methods a shot, even if you’re not sure how well you’ll stick with them once you’re no longer working with him.
(Besides, you actually quite like the jean vest he gives you! It becomes a beloved part of your hero outfit, and you adore adding patches to it as the years go on.)
As internships start to draw to a close, there are discussions about Best Jeanist being your work study mentor as well, since you two actually get on quite well and you feel like you could continue learning a lot from him, but he unfortunately needs to recover after sustaining injuries in the Kamino Ward battle.
After your first year, though, you do end up working with him for most of your future work studies. Then, once you graduate from U.A., you become his sidekick for a while before branching off as an independent hero. Best Jeanist definitely dotes on you a bit in a fatherly way and waxes sentimental at times because he really feels that you’ve made a lot of progress over the years—especially considering the fact that you had to go through the mess that was the Final War in just your first year of high school. Even after you start working on your own, the two of you find time to meet up here and there to catch up!
— TATSUMA RYUKO (RYUKYU) -> After Best Jeanist’s injury during the Kamino Ward battle, you’re left scrambling to look for agencies to apply to for your work study. It stresses you out quite a bit—the thought of figuring out which heroes you might want to work with, and the hassle of sending in applications and hoping they accept… It’s daunting and scary and the hassle of it all makes you want to pull your hair out. However, thanks to your budding friendship with Nejire, the third year calls in a favor for you to see if Ryukyu is willing to take you on for work study (along with Ochaco and Tsuyu)… and Ryukyu accepts! It’s definitely a full crowd, but thankfully you all listen well and work well together, so the pro hero honestly can’t complain.
The work studies are definitely a change of pace from the internships, and you’re exhausted after each day because of how much you’re learning. But Ryukyu is just as good of a mentor as Best Jeanist, calm and level-headed and good at explaining what needs to be done and why, so you really have no complaints. Ryukyu thinks you have a good head on your shoulders, and genuinely believes that you’ll be a strong, versatile hero in the future whether you’re working in a team or doing solo missions.
— HADO NEJIRE -> You become pretty fond of each of the Big 3 third years within your first few interactions with them (something about them being surprisingly approachable upperclassmen mentors… yes, even Tamaki), but you especially adore Nejire. She’s so warm, cute, and herself that she effortlessly draws your attention and awe. While your outward demeanors are very different (at least in public around strangers), the two of you have quite a few similarities. Sweet Nejire is kind and chatty with pretty much every individual she comes across, and you are no exception. It has been a while since someone approached you with such open, honest curiosity that it catches you off guard, but it doesn’t take long before you find yourself melting in her presence. The two of you get a lot closer when you do your work study with Ryukyu, paving the way for a lifelong friendship.
As much as you find Tamaki relatable with his social anxiety and tendency to jump to worrying about the worst possible outcome in any given situation, you can also heavily relate to the way Nejire withdrew into herself when she was in middle school due to the scorn from her classmates at the overly chipper and personable way she would approach them. You’re truly happy that she was able to open back up thanks to her bond with Mirio and Tamaki, at least.
While she’s still at U.A., you two frequently hang out together in each other’s dorm rooms. Snacks, movies, shows, taking silly quizzes, gossiping and talking about other fun things as you chill amongst pillows and cozy blankets (and her bed has just as many pillows and blankets as yours does, genuinely; stuffed animals are likely fewer, though). She’s such a great person to have girls’ nights with! Sadly, once she graduates, that certainly puts a damper on things… She misses you as much as you miss her, though! Texting is a daily occurrence between you two, and you even make plans to meet off campus here and there. Once you’ve also graduated and you’re getting settled into a place of your own, you can bet girls’ nights resume! And not to worry, Mirio and Tamaki are not totally excluded—there are plenty of hangout sessions between the four of you.
(Perhaps Nejire would be a good sounding board when you need to vent about the budding feelings you’re having for a certain purple-haired classmate of yours? She’d genuinely be one of your biggest supporters when it comes to a crush or relationship.)
— ERI -> Outside of Mirio and Izuku, you are one of the first people that Eri warms up to. Your heart really goes out to cute kids, especially those who have gone through far too much (or any) suffering. While you were part of the rescue mission, you didn’t have much of a chance to interact with her during or immediately afterwards; you did ask Mirio and Izuku for updates anytime they visited her in the hospital, though. As much as you want to see firsthand that she’s doing well, you respect that she may not want to be bombarded with visits from strangers. Your first proper meeting with the poor girl is when she is being shown around by Mirio and Izuku prior to the school festival—and you quickly become part of her little group of tour guides for the day! Plus any time she’s around and visiting after that, you’re quick to offer to spend time with her and keep an eye on her.
It’s not long before you become a permanent older sister figure to her, and you remain close over the years! Any time she learns or composes a new song, you’re the first person she always goes to so she can perform it for you; she would love singing with you, too, whether it be silly karaoke sessions or belting out lyrics while hanging out at your place. You may or may not cry a little when she gets into U.A. High.
— AIZAWA SHOTA -> Oh, your beloved homeroom teacher. He’s a little strange, a little intimidating, but you really do become very attached to him by the end of your first year. You think he puts himself through far too much for his students sometimes, though. Aizawa appreciates the fact that you listen in class (… most of the time) and frequently participate, though he does make sure your classmates have plenty of opportunities to answer his questions as well. He is very quick to notice if you’re not paying attention—but he doesn’t always call you out on it. Unfortunately, your attempts to derail class discussions don’t really work on him. He is very good about keeping the class on track. (You have much better luck with Present Mic).
Aizawa is quick to notice when you and Hitoshi start spending more time together, though he makes no mention of it. He is glad that you both seem to get along well, though, especially since neither of you kids seem the type to have big groups of friends. Funnily enough, he clocks Hitoshi’s crush on you pretty easily starting in your guys’ second year.
— ASHIDO MINA -> Mina is bright and fun and effortlessly adopts introverts as much as she clicks with extraverts. Your initial awkward shyness is definitely not a deterrent for her, and she’s quick to make sure you’re included in anything the girls are doing… if you’re interested! While your girls’ nights with Nejire tend to just be you and her, you will have the occasional girls’ nights with half the girls in Class 1-A, usually arranged by Mina and Toru. Mina is a good balance of sweet and spicy, and she is the type of friend who will be ribbing you one day and being the shoulder you cry on the next. Perhaps even more importantly: she is one of the friends you can really let loose around! Her energy is infectious and she’s really good with distractions when you’re in desperate need of one.
(She also might try to encourage you to leave your room every once in a while because she insists being a recluse 24/7 isn’t healthy, no matter how much you might try to argue with her that it’s fine. But… you suppose you do appreciate going out every once in a while for shopping or coffee.)
— MIDORIYA IZUKU -> With you hanging out with Ochaco fairly often, you end up spending a decent amount of time with her circle of friends—which is how you and Izuku became friends! Izuku is probably one of your closest male friends within your year at U.A. Perhaps you’re not quite as close to him as you are with Mina, Toru, and Ochaco, but he is still a very dear friend nonetheless and you two get along very well. He has that awkward-but-honest charm that you can appreciate, and his optimism is a good balance to your pessimism. Although… your friends do have to intervene if you and Izuku both end up overthinking some situation that really isn’t all that serious. You can barely stifle your giggle whenever he brings out his notebook full of hero and Quirk notes… Still, you’re a bit more patient than some when it comes to listening to his ramblings (you do eventually tune him out if he starts muttering more to himself than actually speaking to others).
When Izuku ends up leaving U.A. and becoming a vigilante in light of the rising threat of Shigaraki and AFO, you’re among the ones who push the hardest to get him to come back. It’s safer for him with the rest of the class rather than out on his own, everyone has more of a chance of subduing Shigaraki and AFO together, and the class just doesn’t feel the same without Izuku around. You refuse to let one of your friends put themselves in harm’s way unnecessarily, especially when it’s approaching a literal life or death situation.
— TOGA HIMIKO -> Just as big of a “what if” as Shigaraki for you, but perhaps even more tragic because you knew her. Poor Himiko who had grown up struggling to suppress her true personality and the way she views and expresses love, who had been beaten and shunned by her parents for being “abnormal,” managed to get herself to fit in just enough with her peers by middle school. And things had been going fairly well for a while, until her parents found out that she had been drinking her friend’s blood. Himiko insisted her friend—you—had accidentally hurt yourself and she was just sucking the blood to help clean the wound.
Yes, you and Toga Himiko were once friends in middle school.
Initially, you weren’t quite sure what to think about Himiko. She was cheerful and well-behaved and honestly appeared to be the perfect school girl. Someone you wouldn’t necessarily go out of your way to socialize with—though you didn’t really go out of your way to socialize with most people, either. But the two of you sat next to each other in class, and with that proximity came lending pencils or hair ties to each other, little chats before and after class, partnering up for group projects… and the two of you ended up becoming good friends. Each of you kept your cards close to your chests, though—you never mentioned anything about your mother being a villain, and Himiko never mentioned anything about blood essentially being her love language. Still, you two were quite close! Best friends, even.
When clumsy you had accidentally cut yourself on some gym equipment while depositing it back to the storage room, Himiko had taken your hand and licked the blood off. In all honesty, it did weird you out a bit and you pulled your hand back insisting you were fine, but you didn’t make a scene about it; you had your own weird habits, so you felt like you shouldn’t judge her. But the gym teacher had seen and ushered you away to stop by the infirmary before telling Himiko that she shouldn’t be doing that to her friends (and so the news traveled back to her parents).
Himiko seemed a little awkward and distant for a week or so after that incident, but soon enough things went back to normal. Neither of you really talked about what happened, aside from Himiko apologizing and saying she was just so used to licking her own blood if she happened to get a crush. You brushed off her apology and said it was fine, you understood. Later on, you’re the first one to hear about her crush on Saito, and you were honestly really happy for her—she seemed over the moon and completely smitten with him, and it was really cute to see.
But everything seemed to go wrong after that: Himiko attacking Saito, one of your other classmates witnessing it, Himiko running off, the news being made public and Himiko’s parents being interrogated and cutting off all ties with her. The news was upsetting, unsettling, and at the same time… made you feel all sorts of conflicted. Because Himiko had been your friend, and you don’t believe that she could be all bad despite the fact that she has hurt people. Deep down, you hope she’s okay; even as she’s named the main suspect in a series of bloodletting murders, even when her whereabouts are unknown by the police.
The next time you meet her, it’s while you’re at the forest training camp. You’re with Ochaco and Tsuyu when Himiko ambushes your group, slashing Ochaco across the arm. As your little trio prepares for the fight, you and Himiko lock eyes and instantly recognize each other.
“Nana, I missed you!” she cries out, immediately rushing at you with a blade. You manage to deflect it just in time with a small moonlight shield, though you still sustained a bloody cut to the palm of your hand (same hand as back in middle school, you later realize; how ironic). The little fight between the four of you continues on for a bit, until more of your classmates show up and Himiko makes her escape. Still, she makes sure to call out a “See you later, Nana!” before running off.
From then on, you’re on each other’s radars. Almost every time there’s an encounter between the LoV and Class 1-A, you two end up interacting. They are not peaceful interactions, certainly, despite the fact that you both truly do look fondly upon each other—but you’re on opposing sides, dedicated to your own causes. It is much like the relationship that Himiko ends up building with Ochaco. In a way, you all have your similarities, don’t you?
… But you’re not around when she dies, since you end up in Kamino where Dabi and Shoto have their face-off and remain there to help secure the rest of the villains after Dabi gets warped away, with Iida helping Shoto get to where he is so he can take his brother down once again. You don’t learn of Himiko’s death until everyone is recovering in the aftermath, and a sobbing Ochaco explains what happened.
✧ WITHIN THE STORY…
✦ Recovery Girl’s office -> “You’re here again…?” the tiny old woman asks you, her tired tone clearly showing how exasperated she is about the fact that somehow, somehow, you’ve landed yourself in her office needing aid once again. It has only been a few weeks into your first year, but you’ve become awfully familiar with this place.
Sheepishly, you shrug with an apologetic but tense smile. “Well… yeah. Oops?” Your hand is wrapped in a layer of bandages, which had been haphazardly tied over the laceration before you began your trek all the way from the training grounds. Honestly, you’ve been attempting to play it cool but your hand hurts. You may have cussed up a storm and nearly cried right when it happened, but the long walk to Recovery Girl has provided time for the sharp, searing pain of the initial injury to die down into a dull, pulsing sting.
Your frequent visits to the infirmary are, unfortunately, due to your lack of training with your Quirk. Sure, you made all sorts of little moonlight creations when you were younger, but you’ve never really done much in the way of combat training before coming to U.A. The entrance exam was a little dicey for you, though you had managed to get a good enough score between villain and rescue points to snag a spot in the hero course—but that didn’t mean you had the greatest control over your Quirk even then. Since starting your training, you’ve really been trying to expand your abilities, especially when it comes to using your moonbeam creations offensively… but you keep ending up in Recovery Girl’s office. (You could give Izuku a run for his money, honestly).
Unwrapping the bandages from your hands, Recovery Girl inspects the deep laceration that cuts across the entire length of your palm, the skin around it half-singed, before shaking her head and clicking her tongue in disapproval. “Next time you manage to do something like this I ought to just let it heal the normal way. Maybe it would teach you a lesson,” she scolds, but plants a kiss on your arm so the skin starts mending itself.
You thank her and promise you’ll do your best to be careful next time… but you know you’ll probably be stopping by yet again in the next week or two.
✦ Rescuing Eri -> When you were called in to attend an emergency meeting full of pro heroes and the students under them to discuss the plans for dealing with the Shie Hassaikai, you weren’t expecting that a poor innocent child was cruelly being used against her will. While the scope of the mission is daunting, you steel your resolve—these types of situations are exactly why you became a hero, because you want to protect those who are in need, those who don’t have any other support. You’re in good company, because it’s clear that all the other U.A. students that are present are just as determined as you to complete the raid and rescue that poor girl. For many of you, it’s your first “real” mission, and it isn’t an easy one. Even the pro heroes in attendance are wary and have their doubts about how well this is going to go… but there’s no choice but to prepare and do your best.
On the day of the raid, you’re nervous (easily as antsy as Tamaki) but ready as you’ll ever be to rush the Shie Hassaikai headquarters… But then you end up stationed outside with Ryukyu and the rest of your team, trying to deal with the villain that has shown up outside. Part of you hates that you can’t see what’s going on inside the headquarters, but everyone has their roles to play. Besides, Rikiya is not an easy opponent—your group has their hands full for a good while, and even after he had been (initially) apprehended, you still have to keep your eyes out for any of the other Shie Hassaikai that might be rushing out of the building or called in from elsewhere to help.
When Rikiya gets a second wind because of the Quirk enhancer, you’re standing a bit too close—his ability to absorb others’ vitality just by inhaling is insane, and you’re hit with a wave of fatigue. But you’re quick to put some distance between yourself and him, as soon as you start feeling off. It’s a different kind of fatigue than you usually feel when you use your Quirk too much, but you’ll just have to hope these caffeine capsules give you enough pep to help subdue him. While Nejire throws out attacks at him, you try to restrain him with your moonbeams shaped into ropes. But he’s too strong, and you’ve all been weakened—you suffer a hefty blow that you only manage to half-block with a moonlight shield, and you’re launched backwards. Thankfully, Ryukyu manages to catch you, steadying you as you get back onto your feet.
You’re just as confused as the others when “Izuku” shows up in the street, calling for backup, but before you can worry too much about the strangeness of his sudden appearance when he should be inside, Ryukyu takes charge of the situation.
“Everyone, let’s go!” the pro calls out, and you push yourself to rush over, using a moonbeam to swing yourself up onto a nearby building for a better vantage point.
From there, you use bands of your Quirk to wrap around Rikiya’s body to immobilize him within Ryukyu’s grasp; Ochaco turns him weightless, and Tsuyu grabs onto them with her tongue and starts hauling them down the street. And then Nejire blasts him with one of her shockwaves…
And the ground at the intersection crumbles.
No one seems to be hurt, but curiously, Izuku is there—and the situation is dire.
From your vantage point, you can see three little figures huddled near the crater, before the masked one gets shoved in. The other two make their escape—but you’re too cautious to go after them right now, knowing you’re not in good enough shape to possibly battle. Besides, things are happening too quickly: Overhaul trying to escape, Eri jumping to Izuku, Izuku launching himself high into the sky, Overhaul starting to lose it and turning into something grotesque, Nighteye struggling… And then Nighteye asks you and Tsuyu to locate Mirio; a chill runs down your spine. If Nighteye is in this bad of shape, with Overhaul still far too powerful, what kind of shape is your friend in?
The aftermath is… bittersweet. More bitter than sweet, in your eyes. The young girl was rescued (a huge relief, truly, because you’re not sure how you would function if she got seriously hurt or killed), Overhaul defeated and apprehended, and everyone alive albeit in rough shape… Especially Nighteye, who is immediately brought in for intensive care. Perhaps it’s not what you expected of your first real foray into pro hero work, highlighting how dangerous and dire even well-prepared missions can become… But you don’t want to give up. Because your father never gave up, and if you can keep making a difference, you want to keep pushing forward.
✦ Timeskip: Class 1-A meetup and dinner -> Six years after you’ve graduated from U.A. and everyone has been as busy as ever. But Shoto has ended up working his way up to second place on the Hero Billboard Chart (behind only your dear friend Mirio) and the class decides to arrange a fun, casual get-together at a restaurant to celebrate. Despite the fact that big shindigs aren’t really your thing, you’re actually pretty excited to go since you haven’t seen some of your old classmates in a while. You chat with Mina, Toru, and Ochaco on a regular basis, but with most of the others you only run into them occasionally during missions or press conferences. Besides, it’s not like you’re going to be showing up by yourself. Given the fact that you and Hitoshi have just recently moved in with each other a few months ago—a big step in your relationship!—you two arrive together. You’re a bit early, the room half-full with more of your old classmates on their way.
“Ooh, the lovebirds have shown up!” Denki announces from his spot, one of the handful of your classmates that is well-aware of your relationship.
“Lovebirds?” Iida questions, directing his gaze over to you and Hitoshi. He studies you two for a moment before letting out a gasp. “You’re dating?”
“Yeah, and they moved in together recently too!” Mina adds from her spot with a bright grin.
As Iida and the handful of others who weren’t aware of the relationship between you and Hitoshi—or perhaps knew but weren’t aware of the news that the two of you have officially shacked up—start congratulating you and making amused or pleasantly surprised remarks, you lowkey want to crawl into a hole and hide. The attention is embarrassing, but at the same time… not entirely unpleasant. Your friends and old classmates are definitely happy for the two of you!
Hitoshi places a hand on your shoulder and steers you over to a couple empty spots at a table, and the two of you settle in side by side. “I’m surprised some of you didn’t know, considering we have a few blabbermouths,” he comments, a lighthearted jab at Denki and Mina.
“Hey! We know how much you two hate the spotlight, and it’s not like I try to advertise your business to everyone,” Denki complains, garnering a half-exasperated sigh from Kyoka.
Gradually, as the rest of the stragglers show up and the attention shifts to congratulating Shoto and talking about how work has been going for everyone, you start to relax and enjoy the food and chitchat. Subtly, Hitoshi slips his hand into yours and links your fingers together, squeezing lightly; you glance over at him but he’s looking over at Denki who is yapping on about something else, fingers on his freehand idly tapping against the glass in his hand. You bite your lip to stop the silly grin that threatens to appear on your face and squeeze his hand back, turning your attention back to the conversation around you.
✧ BEHIND CLOSED DOORS… [NSFW]
Hitoshi’s libido is a bit lower than yours, but higher than you may expect. At the very least, your higher libido is not at all daunting to him. He is more than happy and willing to indulge you, and he really likes knowing that you want to be with him as much as you do.
He tolerates a fair amount of your brattiness, but is more of a brat tamer than a brat enabler for sure. The look he gets on his face when you push his buttons just a bit too far never fails to get your heart racing—the furrow in his brows, the calculated gleam in his eyes as he figures out exactly how he wants to pay you back for your pestering.
Mean, mean, mean. You don’t even have to ask him to overstimulate you, because he ends up doing it regardless. He may not want sex as often as you, but the nights that he does want it he is nearly insatiable. Every time you try to tap out he mumbles a “you can give me one more, can’t you?” against your skin. He wouldn’t necessarily say that he’s much into dacryphilia himself, but he would be lying if he said seeing you cry from pleasure didn’t get him going.
Lazy morning sex is a frequent occurrence for you two. Neither of you are particularly early risers (and Hitoshi does a lot of his work at night, anyway), so in the sleepy moments with just a bit of sunlight streaming through the gap between the blackout curtains, you and Hitoshi often find yourselves tangled up in each other, his weight pressing you down to the bed as he sleepily nuzzles his face against your neck. (He isn’t against somno so long as you give him permission ahead of time; you may just get some very pleasant wake-up calls late in the evening or early in the morning.)
Hitoshi is skilled with his words, in and out of the bedroom. Perhaps it takes a bit of trial and error at first, but it certainly does not take him long at all before he figures out the type of dirty talk that makes you become putty in his hands. It’s a sweet, cruel blend of degradation and praise, a “you’re filthy” followed by a “good girl.”
He’s never actually too rough with you, but his hand finds its way to your hair a lot. He’ll pull your head back to leave hickies on your neck, use it as a metaphorical lifeline if you’re going down on him, pull it just while the two of you are making out and messing around to get a startled moan out of you. (Tip: pull his hair every once in a while, he loves it.)
Hitoshi “complains” about the marks you leave him—all the red welts on his back where your nails raked against his skin and the light bruises from where you dug your teeth into his shoulder—but his complaints are paired with a smile that shows he finds them endearing. Yes, endearing. They’re cute, to him. They will not see the light of day whenever he is in his uniform, considering he’s practically covered from head to toe, but he certainly feels the lingering sting of them when he’s out on the town.
If you let him cum inside (assuming birth control is otherwise squared away), he’ll let you mark him up as much as you want without a single complaint. He’ll go all night, if you want him to. Hitoshi’s favorite part about it is once you’re both several rounds in and it’s an absolute mess between your legs and against his thighs.

i think most of these are actually some of your selfship, and im also pretty sure you're familiar with everyone but giyuu! for zanka, i feel like he falls into your usual type a bit! the (seemingly) relaxed/cool deuteragonist of the show or manga! giyuu follows a bit of the same archetype and reminds me a lot of megumi fushiguro. he's very introverted and teased for it by other members of the cast, but has a reason for trying to keep himself in solitude so often!
