The only good cop is the cop who quits! Fuck yes!!! I love love love where the show went. A fucking principled choice. Showing that there is no "bad apples" and "good apples", how even the apparently loving almost-retired village cop would channel her own frustrations into the last crumb of power she could grab, aka being a racist piece of shit. I was left with som many emotions after the ending I don't even know where to put them.

Ah, and Eddie's queernes! The whole she/they saga was so wholesome and hilarious at the same time, and her embracing her sexuality was really touching.

How am I supposed to go on with my day now, HOWWWWWWWWW

Now that the authors for all the fics from the DMFA Secret Gremlin Exchange 2025 have been revealed I can ✨finally✨ share the gift I recieved and the one I wrote! The first one is the gift written for meeeee (I can't believe it!), which is the most amazing, well-crafted Armand-centric fic (with a lot of Loumand feels and a touch of DM & diabolicule, just how I like it!) by @platoapproved, illustrated by @fungilicious (double gift!!): mercury.

Ah, this fic accompained me from 2025 into 2026 during an evening in which I was not otherwise having a good time, so it's extra special on a personal level. Thank you so much to both of you!!

The seconf one is The time between us, the gift I wrote for @bob-fish, which is a multichapter fic (but every chapter is super short soo...) about Claudia and Madeleine and their life in different decades (40s to 90s), for an AU in which nothing bad happens to them 🥲. Expect feelings, a bit of historical details, murder, drugs, public perving, personal development.

This was my first time writing claudeline and I had a lot of fun, I want to write more now, so thank you bob for your prompt, it was super inspiring!
