Guidelines -
We try to answer reqs as soon as they appear, to let the requester know we received it. This does not mean we’ve completed the req.
Reqs, if not yet completed, are tagged #request pending. When completed, they’re tagged #request complete.
All asks, req or not, are tagged #mail time!

Visual edits (aesthetics, icons, transparents, etc) can be for any source, but are easier to make if from a 2D source, like cartoons or mangas.
Moodboards are 6x2 by default, but you can ask for 3x3!
Icons are in a set of at least 3, but if there’s enough content to make icons of, it can be in a set of 9.
Wallpapers need the dimensions of the requester’s background to be as accurate to the phone’s screen as possible.

Live-action is accepted.
Podcasts are accepted, please have a faceclaim ready if wanting faces! Fanart faceclaims won’t be accepted unless you’ve made it yourself.

Be as specific as you can when requesting. We’ll let you know if there’s a detail we would have trouble including, but as a whole it’s helpful for us to have lots of details!

I think the tags issue started earlier than 1 PM on Jan 1st. My 2 recent Hanako edits (which were very good and deserve attention pspsps) aren't showing up in the JSHK tags, and I noticed that none other posts in the tag are from Jan 1.

There’s a new Situation and because of this Situation I can’t even tag anyone to spread the word. I was recently informed that as of about 18 hrs ago at this point (Jan 1st, 1pm EST) NO NEW POSTS are showing up in ANY tag search on ANY browser/app. I’ve checked this to confirm.
Myself and many others have noticed that posts have been taking a very long time to show up in tags these past fews days (my last post took about 5 hrs). Yesterday around 2pm EST staff reported they were aware of the issue and were working on a fix. This new development appears to have started around 7pm EST, which leads me to believe it’s a result of the “fix” that’s currently in progress. Unfortunately this has made the already bad situation impossibly worse in the meantime.
I have no idea how long this will be an issue but you may want to hold off on posting any new content until it’s sorted out.

Ahah, yes, when the reqs were still in the list I made a comment about wanting to finish yours first because there's a 80% chance that it was the earliest one. I'll also be reuploading the Bi Joseph and Ace Speedwagon icons (I believe the latter was also yours but correct me if wrong)!
And thank you, I've been checking the previous email frequently for a reply from tumblr on whether they'll restore the blog. Here's to hoping.
