“You did this for me? Thankyou!”
“Well I can’t take all the credit for putting this together. My son helped pick out the colors for the bracelet. ‘Sides, I like making them for my students. Helps me wiggle in the idea of a side project.” Antonio gave a chuckle.
Mathias looks down at the colourful bracelet held within his hand. He couldn’t help but be amaze at how well-crafted the accessory was. “Is he the little boy that I see coming in here from time during lecture?” The Dane does recall seeing a child resembling his professor walking around campus from time to time, occasionally appearing as a guest during the lectures.
But nevertheless, he couldn’t help but feel touched at the handcrafted bracelet. “Thank you so much! Please tell your son that I really love the colours! How did he know that I like red and white?” The colour pattern does remind him of the Danish flag, how fitting for a Danish like him.
Antonio smiled brightly at the other. “Si, that is who he is, his name is Alejandro. He has developed a knack for little crafts like bracelet making. My grandmother taught me when I was just about his age. So, I decided why not teach my son something. I think it’s way better than letting him play with an electronic device.” He let out a chuckle, Antonio was still in his own right getting the hang of modern technology. Though he was way better at than his brother with it.
It took the Spaniard a moment to return the conversation seeing as he was imagining the last time he had been together with his sibling. He let out a bit of a huff before the smile returned on his face. “Oh you’re very welcome. Ale, is just very observant he possibly just picked up on it while he was sitting at my desk. But I will tell him, how much you loved the gift.”
