Foundations of this Blog
Hi! The name’s Mist and I’m a professor specializing in dark and fairy type mons. I work together with Professor Nova at an adoption and research center north of Hammerlocke in Galar. While our main goal is to treat endangered species, we also work to rehabilitate injured or disabled Pokemon, and introduce them back into the wild, or in case that is not possible, adopt them out to loving homes.
What’s the blog for?
I’m here to answer any of your Pokémon questions or concerns, I do specialize in fairy and dark types, so I’ll be able to give you the most accurate information on those types. That doesn’t mean I can’t do my best to answer any Pokemon related question you have be it a health concern, behavioral, or any other thing you might think of. It never hurts to ask!
Asks?
Asks are always open for any questions you might have, be they for Me, Professor Nova or the creator of the blog.
Adoptions?
As we do adopt out many Pokemon that are unable to be reintroduced into the wild, you can always feel free to inquire about a possible Pokemon companion. Just be sure to describe your current accommodations and life style, in order to help you find the best partner for you personally.
Art?
I doodle in my spare time, but I am by no means a professional, and don’t own a drawing tablet at the moment, so all my art is on paper. Pokémon are typically my main subjects and I’d prefer not to draw people. I also do ceramics in my spare time! If you ever have art requests you’re welcome to ask, no promises I will do it though.
Can I Visit the Center?
Yes! You may visit at any time or sign up to volunteer! We would love to meet you, and so would the Pokémon!
Prounouns?
I’m genderfluid so I use whatever strikes me that day let’s be honest, but I tend to lean more femininely and use she/they pronouns.
Nova uses she/her pronouns

What source material do you draw from?
Mainly my own head canons, but this blog is also loosely based on the games and manga. The anime is irrelevant and will not be acknowledged here. For example, I have made the choice to ignore most of the Pokédex entries provided in game, (seeing as they are highly unrealistic for a functioning fantasy world) and tend to craft my own around what would make an actual Pokémon world functional and livable.
How are Legionaries treated on this blog?
Here is a brief list.
What content will be ignored on this blog?
Any NSFW, homophobia, transphobia, and racism will be ignored if sent through an ask or blocked if commented. I don’t want to give these sorts of people any attention, they don’t deserve to be acknowledged.
Pronouns?
I’m non-binary and prefer he/him or they/them pronouns
