“Fetus” Is Latin For “Child”

This is information you can do whatever you want with. But the distinction in English between fetus and child is a flawed one. They’re synonyms in the most genuine way. So I’d recommend if you believe fetuses aren’t children to stop using the word fetus. It undermines your argument. There are better ways to dehumanize babies than pulling from a foreign language to sanitize it. Especially when “Aborted Fetuses” translates to “Ended Children” in non-French-Latin English. Food for thought.
