- because food tastes good and feels good and it’s a nice feeling to eat something you like

I want to eat breakfast and be nourished and have energy for the day. Yet I also can’t bring myself to eat porridge sachets or cereal. I have full fat milk. I have peanut butter. These two things seem acceptable to eat. But if I don’t eat any carbs I will feel so tired. So I just go round and round looking at my options and my default is to give up and eat nothing. Maybe it’s a morning to have a bar instead *rolls eyes at the nonsense in my head*
Gaining weight does not make you a worse person, and losing weight doesn’t make you a better one. Your weight is not a reflection of your worth.
