Anonymous said: A session of a Mage of Space, Heir of Time, Prince of Life, Knight of Void, Maid of Blood, Bard of Mind, Sylph of Doom, Page of Rage, Rogue of light, Thief of Heart, Witch of Hope, and Seer of Breath? Thanks!
To start, the Heir of Time and the Mage of Space. You met your basic requirements for a successful session! Congrats!
The Mage of Space is the best frog breeder of all Space players, as their entire classpect is based around gaining knowledge and developing an understanding for their aspect, in order to use their aspect for themselves. Additionally, the destruction of secrets in the session, as provided by the Knight of Void would be very helpful for searching and collecting the frogs and their genetics. However, Void and Space players are naturally competitive, though this can foster good character growth and development, this relationship needs to be regulated in order to not distract from their main focuses of frog breeding.
The power houses of this session are going to be the Prince of Life, the Witch of Hope, the Thief of Heart, and the Bard of Mind. Starting with the Prince of Life, their existence is meant that there is an excess of their aspect. There is too much *life*, or maybe too much growth in a short amount of time. Their job is to make sure everything is dialed back and paced- and make sure that enemies stay dead when they’re supposed to be. The Witch of Hope- along with most “motivation” Witches- tend to spur on their session. They can aggressively provide the right possibilities and *hope* that their session-mates need to do whatever they need to do. Not to mention, as a manipulator of hope, they will be able to pull the strings of the enemies- make them switch sides or to make them not want to fight. The Thief of Heart stresses the importance of emotions and instinct. They take it for themselves, as they usually envy what others have in regards to their aspects. This can be useful if there is an excess of Heart in a session- or in their enemies. Though this easily can become overdone and thus negatively impact the rest of the players. Finally, the Bard of Mind. Like the Prince, they are meant to trim and prune, even if they don’t quite realize it. Like wild forest fires that cause excessive plant growth within an area. With the passive destruction of knowledge, it’s opposer- heart, may flourish. Which in turn, allows the Thief’s abilities to shine through and reach maximum effectiveness. It may be very impactful to put this Bard near the knowledge classes- Seer and Mage, in order to assist them to look beyond the “knowledge” and “logic” and make instinct decisions based on emotion.
Rogue of Light, Sylph of Doom, Page of Rage, Seer of Breath, and Maid of Blood. These are your support players. Rogue of Light- instantly the most support player of all the support players. They steal the spotlight to redistribute it as they see fit. They give others the luck and knowledge they need by procuring it from other sources. The Sylph of Doom- the mender and manipulator of sacrifice, decay, and death itself. With life, death is inevitable. And when destroying life, there is bound to be mistakes had. That’s where the Sylph comes in. They are the one who ensures survival and prevents the accidents of overgrowth. The Page of Rage is defended by their aspect. They find comfort in their negative emotions and passions- and thus will not desire to stray from it. Only when they are forced from it and have finally surpassed it, will they access their true powers. The Seer of Breath is a wanderer. An observer- a standby on the sidelines. They witness the freedom of their aspect within a session- the allowance for movement and individuality. They are the nanny of their session. They watch others move on, and allow them to accept their aspect in. Contrast to the Seer is the Maid. The Maid of Blood has served their aspect all their life, and thus becomes fed up with it. There's too many bonds, too many friendships to maintain, too many restraints. But that's what people will look to them for. For their companionship and understanding. They will try to make themselves to be like the person that others look up to them for, or attempt to reject them completely. But they must learn that they are to relearn to embrace their aspect and return to it with a new perspective.
In terms of interpersonal relationships within the session, I see potential conflict between the Prince of Life and the Mage of Space. The Mage of Space will try their best to put restrictions on the Prince of Life- ones that they will not appreciate in the slightest- in order to foster the agenda that they have thought they learned to be the best for the session. This disagreement may get them into a lot of conflict, and may lead to people taking sides. It’s best to find an auspistice that is not close to either party in order to properly strike agreement between the two. Additionally, the Page of Rage will need a lot of assistance, but will often not seek it for themselves, opting for the comforts of solitude instead. Thus, players must keep a close eye on their Page for fear of them never overcoming their aspect in order to reach their true potential. Finally, the relationship between the Bard of Mind and the Thief of Heart, is almost imbalanced. The Thief will become stronger as the Bard becomes more realized, but this rapid rise to succession leads to blatant neglect of duties for the session as a whole. Likely, the Rogue of Light or the Maid of Blood with oversee this relationship to understand the impacts on the session environment as a whole.
The Heir of Time is a pivotal player in all of this. One who inherits Time- And rather takes it for granted. They must learn to appreciate their aspect to utilize it to its full potential- full potential that the Heir always had access to, but never embraced. -Mod Ama

slowlyrot8tinghorsecylinder said: Heyo, could I get a quick session analysis on Knight of Mind, Knight of Hope, Bard of Rage, and Heir of Time? (I know it can't succeed, so maybe focus more on interpersonal dynamics?)
Interpersonal dynamics, ok!
In a session with two Knights, you will be lacking a lot of Mind and Hope. These will definitely feed off of each other too, combined with the destruction of strong emotions and passion in a session? Tragic.
Your session will have no motivation, probably coming to a standstill very early on. No matter who at the time suggests that they should get to work, the cycle of the lack of logical ideas and hope for the session perpetuate the lethargy. In turn, this will distress the Bard of Rage, who will continue to cause the session to lack any strong conviction.
The Heir of Time will probably begin to realize what’s happening first. All the doomed timelines designated to last until every last one of them died in this game, or lived immortality in solitude is almost unbearable to imagine for the poor Heir. They will need a lot of support, that they might not get. The Knight of Mind will tell them to think logically- that they can get through their issues through a strict process using past working strategies. But then again, the conviction needed for the Knight of Mind to motivate them will not be present. So the Heir may need to turn to the Knight of Hope.
The Hope player will give them ideas of whimsy and fantasy, but none are logically workable even in theory. Stuck in a cycle of needing assistance but not receiving any, the Heir will also fall victim to routine.
If no strong feelings exist, no strong relationships may form, and thus no one will be helped to realize their full capacity and assisted through their troubles. The Knights will not break their masks, the Bard will not be reassured of their relevant existence, and the Heir will never allow themselves to embrace Time, and may even come to fear it.

Anonymous said: would an heir of space be a good moirail to a prince of time and possibly the auspitice for said prince and a maid of hope/bard of blood?
Starting off, Princes are always tricky to find a perfect moirail for, as they tend to have a lot of need for support, and when they dont get it, stuff hits the fan! Heirs, however, coincidentally are also a bit in need of support. They tend to have everything go their way, and when it doesn’t, they arent sure of what to do except to fight back. However, whats good about that pairing, is that they are opposite aspects to each other. Opposing aspects tend to work very well with each other, as they often embody what the other person’s aspect is lacking. Additionally, these two are cardinal aspects, which makes it so that they need to work closely together already, so this relationship is almost necessary in a way. I would say yes they can be a good pale relationship as long as both do their part to support the other and prevent that quick deterioration that sometimes comes with their classes.
In regards to being a good ashen for the Prince and Maid or Bard, I would say that they might have to be, but it is much better if another player did it. If the Prince and Maid are duking it out- they are both active players, giving the Heir a difficult time to stop any physical violence if any. If it is verbal, this would be alright. However you must also consider, that to the Maid or Bard, they might feel this relationship will be unfair of unbalanced because of the Prince and Heir’s relationship. Not to mention getting between a Bard of Blood and anyone they are ashen with, would harm any relationship. Thus, it would be best to leave it to another player.

Anonymous said: Quadrant analysis for Mage of Blood <3 Rouge of Rage please?
Sure thing!
A Mage of Blood is one who always seems to be caught up in the drama of those around them. They can always seem to solve the problem between anyone, and make friend groups whole again- though they seem to have a problem with solving their own problems of their unity with friends. Its very frustrating and the Mage feels that they will always have a hard time getting though it. They have all this textbook guaranteed knowledge to solve all these problems, and yet when they try to apply it to themselves, they always seem to struggle.
The rogue tries to fill their voids with their aspect, and one of rage is no different. They find themselves lacking strong emotions, and throw themselves into the fray in hopes that they can find that desperate emotion they desire oh so much. Where is their predetermination, anything concrete or set in stone? It all feels like it dissolves in their hands.
And then they find each other. They can calm the seas around them and relate to each other. They find the emotions they needed, and the unity they desired. They build a companionship based on struggle and exhausted social interaction.
In summary, a wonderful red romance!

anotherbloganotherlife said: Could you do quadrant analysis of Knight of Light <> Knight of Blood? Thanks!
Of course!
I think you may know what I’m going to say at this point, since I talk about it a lot, but two actives or two passives in the pale quadrant doesn’t usually meet all the needs of both players. Doubly so, two players of the same class.
A Knight symbolizes a lack of their aspect within a session, and so you currently have an environment that lacks Light and Blood. Light being fortune and knowledge and Blood being unity and relationships. So far, a mess all around them. Your immediate response may be that “because theyre the Knight of [aspect], they are able to still utilize [aspect]”. But while that is true, the one they are pale with will not be able to utilize the other person’s aspect. The Knight of Blood will have issues with fortune and knowledge and the Knight of Light will have issues with relationships among other things. Not to mention both feel the need to take everything on themselves, and by doing this, they won’t be able to get the other to open up to them. They wont have the relationship necessary to solve the problems they work so hard to hide away.

Anonymous said: how would a bard of mind <3 knight of space work, as well as sylph of blood <3 witch of space?? thank you!
Lets start with the Sylph of Blood and the Witch of Space!
The Sylph’s ability involves mending, and in this situation, they mend unity, relationships, and consistency. Very good for a session. The Witch of Space is a manipulator of their aspect- which is luckily Space and not an aspect related to emotions or otherwise- because then you might need the Sylph to act pale in order to solve a lot of issues that may arise between players. However as a flush relationship, they wouldn’t need to act as a mediator for the other. Any relationship can work out flush depending on their personalities.
The Bard of Mind and the Knight of Space is a little harder to determine. As I said, any relationship can work out flushed based on personality, but we are only able to base our guesses on the scale of godtier. Bards passively destroy or destroy with their aspect. Not always will this be a bad thing, such as in this situation, the Bard can cull overthinking and make sure things aren’t over-complicated as well as keep people’s minds on what matters. However this is passive, and sometimes it will be a bit subconscious of an impact and you won’t know exactly whats going on. With a Knight of Space, this can be very very unhealthy. The Knight will have a lot on their plate, as they are the Space player of their session. Not only that, but there is a lack of Space in the session and they will be very focused on maintaining what they can. Though probably unintentional, the Bard of Mind might influence the Knight of Space in a way that can be detrimental to their mental state as well as the tasks they must focus on- ie. Frog Breeding. I would say its not a healthy relationship unless the Bard can get a control of themselves and their powers.

Anonymous said: would a thief of space <3 knight of blood work out?
Well yes... And no.
Often you will see Thieves and Knights in a pitch relationship together- very occasionally being red for each other if their aspects are compatible in that way.
With all relationships, it isn’t just a basis of whether or not they like each other. It is important to know if they are healthy for each other or not. Ideally, personalities may change these relationships, which is why I said yes, but in terms of classpect, I will have to say no.
Starting with the Knight of Blood, there is a lack of “blood” in the session. Theres a lack of unity between players, as well as stability and consistency. As an environmental mix, can be very dangerous. Then you take the Thief, who takes their aspect to use for themselves. While they are powerful, and not inherently bad, their abilities can be quite off-putting to other players if it starts to impact them negatively. Naturally, the bad blood this creates can really grind the gears of the Knight of Blood, and despite the respect for the Thief’’s power and abilities, they can’t help but want to project themselves onto the Thief and change their actions to suit the party rather than themselves. In all, not a great combination for a red romance. They are much better suited for pitch.

Anonymous said: How would a moirallegiance between a knight of heart and a heir of doom go??
A moirallegiance between the Knight of Heart and the Heir of Doom actually wouldn’t be that bad. Its the kind of companionship that develops between cats and dogs. The Heir of Doom will inherently be a little dark and quiet, but overall quite powerful- which may or may not boost their confidence but thats just how their personality develops and not everyone is the same- and will find themselves even shocked or overwhelmed by how much control they have over the doom aspect. Finality, death, illness- all under the command of one person. I think thats a little offputting for anyone! But the Knight with their abilities of hearts and souls, will be nurturing and as gentle as they can be with the Heir in order for them to be safe and unperturbed. Meanwhile, the Knight of Heart will often lack grounding that harsh reality should bring, and the Heir can provide that for them. There is an issue, though, about the existence of a Knight meaning that theres a lack of heart in the session. A lack of emotions is detrimental to an Heir of Doom of all classpects. I think it is very wise that these two stick close together and are able to balance eachother.

Anonymous said: Hey, if you have time, what do y'all think of a knight of light paired with an heir/mage of life in terms of quadrants..?
It changes based on whether or not they are a Heir or a Mage. Not only are Heirs passive and Mages active, but they are totally inverse of each other!
For a Knight of Light with an Heir of Life, the best relationship between them will be pale. Knights symbolize a lack of their aspect within a session, and so there will be a lack of luck and knowledge, while Heirs embody their aspect- and inherit life thus so. The Knight being pale with the Heir can provide key support and reenforcement for a developing Heir of Life and their abilities, while the Heir of Life can help support the Knight and be that outlet for the Knight’s stress (trust me theres going to be a lot).
But for a Mage of Life and a Knight of Light, this relationship changes. While both work with knowledge, they work differently and “selfishly” as active players. (Selfish in that they utilize their aspect for themselves). This can lead for a lot of healthy (or unhealthy) competition. Depending on their personalities and how far they will tend to push things, this can be either flushed or pitch. Two know-it-alls who favor different subjects- like pokemon vs yugioh- duke it out with words and random facts. Its up to you to know what their tendencies will lean towards.
