I’m ignoring certain canon and I’m unlikely to draw a samus that ever speaks so I thought I should explain. Black: Iconic. A nice sleek rendition of the original Rider base design. Mixes both organic and artificial elements with the exposed flesh joints and the various metallic elements that perfectly hints to Black’s cybernetic nature. Has a muscular and athletic built that doesn’t look too chunky and still looks very maneuverable and acrobatic The red&yellow stripes adds a much welcomed breaks and contrast to the striking black colour scheme Head is basically perfect. 10/10 great design would kiss

Black RX: Pudgy. Looks shorter than he’s supposed to. Far less flexible and aerobic looking than OG Black. Inexplicable solar panel abs that look distracting than adds anything like OG Black’s metal brace around his torso. The grasshopper head and neck is interesting but the design and build isn’t suitably insectoid to make it work. Isn’t even all black. 4/10 try harder would not kiss
