this might be inappropriate but I’m on a psychiatric hold due to something that was probably a psychotic break.

I have all the in person support I need but it’s still boring and I’m scared.

can you guys send me stuff that comforts you? I grew up catholic, I asked for a prayer room so I can mediate and take a breather but there’s nothing available. My brain is to scrambled to come up with anything by itself. The only thing that’s really helped is: safe-breath-coregulation-love.

I want to reread sh’ma but my brain is to fried.

a seriously underrated rated part of the pitt is just how much trinity and jack admire each other

I love the thought of Pitt crossovers with other shows like The Bear or Southland, but it's not the whole cast; it's just one person from the show. Just one, and it's never addressed and never commented on besides the character's name, and it's only through a personal relationship.

Frank's cousin Carmy is in town and is in the Pitt after an accident in the kitchen, and is just sitting on a bed, and he's nothing like Frank, but the ease with which they interact is something no one is used to seeing with Frank. All we know is Carmy had an accident in the kitchen and nothing more, not that he's a chef, not that he owns a restaurant, nothing.

He and Frank shoot the shit, and someone else is treating Carmy, but Frank pops in and visits and they hug each other when they leave and maybe Cousin or someone else is mentioned but that's it.

Or Ben Sherman ends up coming in on the night shift for a reason and Jack knows him because he's his cousin's partner in LA and they've met a few times and Jack is now his doctor and we know nothing about Ben other then what is normally shown in the Pitt.

I think it could be a lot of fun, especially from an outsider perspective as you see a new relationship presented with no real context, other then they know each other and the Pitt gets to see a different side of someone they thought they know.

.....It can be revealed, though that Frank knows how to cook and can cook well, but oddly, outside the operating room, his family still doesn't trust their Frankie with sharp objects in the kitchen.
