Hey tumblr, it's been a while...

It's been months since I was seriously active. I decided to hop on today, and one of the first things on my dash is a social-justice post where someone decided to attack an Italian anti-homophobia ad for not having poc in their campaign. A primarily white country, making an ad for lgbt awareness, and HOW DARE THEY USE WHITE MODELS. This is exactly the kind of thing that pissed me off about tumblr in the first place, and I'm sorry to say but even people I follow as friends I know in person are guilty of shaking their fists over the fucking internet over things they don't really understand.  Honestly, I haven't missed that. I've been busy with life. I've grown past the point of looking to the internet for validation, and my down time is more precious to me. I don't need to waste endless hours scrolling my dash, especially just to see virtual crusaders who haven't figured out that they're not going to change the world on this site. They're just being annoying.  So yeah. I think I'm good.  Just one more thing before I go...

Been seeing a lot of Cronus beating up on Eridan art floating around.

Eridan actually is an Orphaner, yo. 

He and Vriska fed hundreds of trolls and lusii to spidermom and Gl’bgolyb when they were children. He wants to massacre the entire subspecies of land dwelling trolls (and hes working on it).

If anybody is going to be beating up on anybody I’m pretty sure it’s Eridan kicking around Cronus .

The previous generations really did a number on us when it comes to tattoos. They made us believe that tattoos are unprofessional and unsightly, when, really, tattoos and body art have existed through pretty much the entirety of human history. Tattoos, unless they are of an offensive nature, are not any more unprofessional than make-up, or jewelry, etc. I remember one time I was asked by a friend who is a manager if she should hire a guy with tattoos. My first question to her was about how qualified the guy was for the position, and she explained he was very qualified.  Her: “If you went to a store to buy something, would it bother you if the person helping you had tattoos?” Me: “As long as he does his job properly and helps me when I need it, he could be wearing a Halloween costume for all I care.”
