there are disability aids for literally everything…. and that includes intimacy!!
its very important to me that you know this!!!
here are just a few examples:
18 and over post pls <3
OP thank you for this and this list and I am so sorry I'm kinda hijacking it to put more, plus some links. I don't have any images, so I'm not going to put it under a readmore, but be wary the links are all to adult stores.
While I am personally not physically disabled, I am an ally and I am a huge nerd when it comes to sex, sexuality, and sex toys. I believe in sexual liberation and accessible sexuality for everyone, and it kills me that disabled folks of all kinds are so frequently left out of the conversation.
First, I just want to give a shoutout to Cute Little Fuckers, which is a queer, trans, and disabled-owned business selling high-quality toys with all kinds of bodies in mind. Step, the founder, started the company after they were diagnosed with a neurological condition that upended their life. The toys are a little bit on the pricier end, but while I haven't personally owned any of them, I've heard nothing but good things.
Next: if you struggle with pain during sex that is caused by deep penetration (ie your partner going to deep into you), you might want to consider the Ohnut! It's a series of silicone rings that you put around the base of the penis or toy that control how deep it can be thrust in. (The company also has other pelvic floor related products that are worth looking into.)
Onward! Regarding pillow forms and position aids!
The Liberator wedge and their other shapes are classics. But there are also other positional aids! (Fair warning: the links I am adding to the post here are mostly from Extreme Restraints (but also a handful of other adult stores), and have explicit images in their listings, so... proceed with caution. Also, I know there are AI images in the listing, but I've been purchasing from this company for the better part of a decade and I do trust them. It pisses me off, too.)
This is a thigh sling to help keep legs up and out of the way.
Here's a kinkier version with handcuffs, if you're into that.
Here is a similar padded strap you can use during doggy, put under the lower belly/hips of the person on their hands and knees.
Related to the hand harness: did you know you can get a thigh harness? (Here's one from Sportsheets, another company I love) It does exactly what's on the tin, it holds a toy to the wearer's thigh, allowing the other person to ride it or suck on it or whatever. (This can also be put around a pillow to similar effect!) If you need to be sitting upright and a normal strap-on isn't comfortable, doesn't fit right, or doesn't hold the toy the way you want, this is a great alternative.
For some reason, Lovehoney is either sold out of or is no longer selling the hands-free mount that OP has listed in her post, and I can't really find anything comparable, which sucks. The only ones I can find are specifically for Fleshlights, which is great if you use those, but it's a brand name, and an expensive one at that. THAT SAID, you can get double-sided suction cups to put on suction-cup-less toys, and then go from there. A small tray or plate you can suction cup that to will get you pretty far, tbh.
Ultimately, the toy mounts that are pillow-shaped are going to be able to do a lot of the same thing as the strapped mount. Liberator and copycat companies also usually have a pillow designed to hold strokers (Fleshlight brand or otherwise)
Okay, finally: ERGONOMIC HANDLES.
Look, thrusting a toy in and out of yourself puts you in a weird position, usually, and it isn't always comfortable to maintain. There is a solution.
Here are both suction cup and vac-u-lock compatible handles AND ACCESSORIES for toys from Silc Arts.
If the position itself isn't too bad for you to maintain, but the grip on your toy is hard to keep or you could use a little more to grip onto, here is a suction cup grip from LustArts.
And finally, here are some other links to the stuff that OP listed, should you be so inclined:
Liberator cushions
La Palma hand harness
IntimateRider chair
This isn't that exact specific sleeve, but it is close. There are a lot of options in this department though
A sex stool similar to the second to last one in OP's post, which lets you ride without putting so much pressure on your knees.
Alright, that's all I got, but I hope this is helpful to someone!
