Hey! I'm interested in making siguls but I don't really know where to start... Some sites say remove the vowels and repeating letters and others say to just remove repeating letters but leave one of each while others say dont. Sine say all the legters have to be capitalised. Some even have a number wheel you have to connect the letters to an of its really confusing...

Hiya love! It's all about what you wanna do; that's the great thing about Witchcraft, it's whatever you make of it! Me personally, I first began crafting sigils by removing vowels and repeating letters. I capitalized them, and used them to create the sigil. However, you can create them using lower case if you so wish. Sigils are really handy to use because of how unique they are to each individual. I really hope this helped and if you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask💕

Rae's Rose Release Tea

3 parts Rose petals

2 parts Lavender

1 part Green tea

Honey to taste

First, I ground everything together in my mortar and pestle, the entire time directing my energy and the intention of tension/stress release into the motion.

Then, I let it steep for 5min before stirring in my desired amount of honey. Before drinking, I held the cup in my hands with my eyes closed, allowing the warmth and peace to seep in. Then I enjoyed it.

I've found that this little "ritual" helps ease the tension in my body and the weight on my shoulders. I hope it helps you, too!💕
