THIS IS COMPLETELY THANKS TO THE ALASKAN NATIVE COMMUNITY COMING TOGETHER AND PUT ALL OUR RESOURCES INTO FIGHTING COVID-19 FROM ALL FRONTS AND ITS NOT BEING TALKED ABOUT

We sent as many people home as we could while keeping our healthcare and essential community resources open, and by essential I mean essential (like detox facilities), we had mediatory policy changes happening before Trump even recognized Covid as a thing, our counselors and doctors and everyone we could feasibly get to do so has been working remotely from home or by themselves in office for anything non-emergency related

When shut down first started even being talked about we were all sent home an hour early(still paid for the hour) to make sure our company provided laptops worked and we could use them without hitch

When the vaccines came out we immediately set to work getting not just Native people but anyone who worked for us and their families/household members vaccinated, no cost

No one else in this state worked as hard or took Covid as seriously as the Alaskan Native community and their health centers

Do NOT let Dunleavy and his other bitch ass counterparts take credit for this!

Did a survey on dndbeyond and I laughed out loud when I got to this one. Wizards of the Coast is pretty strict about where their IP ends up, and have taken down more than one very useful site over the years that hosts dnd content. I don’t know if anyone else is gonna take this survey, but this is good to know for the future: protect non licensed sites from take downs by not being a snitch, purposefully or accidentally.

In 3D, no less. And that’s an extension of our own reality today.”

Static billboards are a thing of the past. In this world, commercial images move, transform, and interact with their environments. “We had to take futuristic advertising to another level,” says VFX producer Karen Murphy. “Ads aren’t simply neon signs on a building. We developed new ways of projecting them, like pods that create holographic enhanced moving images.”

Homeless trans gay couple need help

My partner and I no longer have housing and we have been crashing where we could while we try to find a place to stay. Since we had to move our things twice in a single month, we are pretty broke and what little income I am receiving isn’t even enough to get the bills paid this month, much less afford us a new place to stay. Things are getting to be very difficult and if we don’t start getting help soon, we will lose what little we do have. We have been struggling to afford food and some very important bills are due.
