hello! I know I owe yall a post about how I lost 10 lbs. in 10 days but it’s so daunting!! I have most of it done but i feel like there’s sooooo much i need to add bc i want to be completely transparent w/ u guys ♡

to make up for not posting that yet; here are some of the breakfast/lunch meals I ate during the 10 days. I technically dont eat breakfast because my first meal is at lunch time sooo basically here’s what I ate for my first (and usually only) meal :)
they’re basically all a mix of fruit and a bit of protein to curb cravings for the majority of my day. I honestly think the most important tip to losing weight is eating breakfast. You can keep it low cal. and still prevent being hungry!! Please also note that with every one of these meals I was drinking an entire bottle of water. I like to take sips between each bite!
!!another note!! I know some of these kcal totals are a little scary but the days I ate a breakfast like this I didnt binge and I didnt snack!! They filled be up for practically the entire day :))

See this strange looking drink? Its beautiful, low cal, and has ingredients you probably have at home!
Ingredients:
1 cup water (0) (duh)
½ teaspoon cake spice (1)
Vanilla extract (0)
Stevia (0)
Mix in a cup until the spices dissolve and microvave for 30 seconds to a minute!
