Tokyo Mew Mew
-Pie and Retasu are my OTP.
-Ichimint is underrated. I don’t like zaku/mint.
-I think Pie and Tart are underrated and misunderstood as characters. Pie's not emotionless and Tart's not just a bratty kid.
-Masaya is my boy, and I will fight his haters.
-Quich/igo is a horrible ship. I like Quiche, but he's horrible to Ichigo during the series. At best, I could see them as friends, but nothing more.
Transformers
-TFA is my favorite continuity. Optimus, Blackarachnia, and Sentinel are my favorite characters.
-Sentinel may be a jerk, but he's not irredeemable. Season 3 was literally setting up him and Optimus becoming friends again.
-Optimus and Blackarachnia were my first OTP, and I still love them. The drama is so enticing. Even now senoprachnia is my fav TF ship.
-I also enjoy shockbee and ratchcee a lot. And in g1, i love wheelratch, skystar, thunderissa, moonwarp, and ofc oplita.
TMNT
-LOTUS BLOSSOM IS MY GIRLLLL

-Every continuity is good in its own way. Y'all are just mean.
-1987 is my favorite continuity.
-I think the writing in 2012 kinda sucks, but it was my first and is still one of my favourites.
-2003 has rlly good writing and I can’t recommend it enough.
-Rise is good too, I just don’t have a personal bias for it, sorry.
-My main ships are leolotus, 2012 apritello, 2003 jhannatello, tnm turtlelamb, 1987 and 2012 raphmona and raphibians (for 87 I ship them as a qpr), and 1987 kalangelo.
-I don't like leo//rai.
-Lotus Blossom and Karai are not the same person. Periodt.
-I can address their flaws, but I am a 2012 April and apritello apologist.
-The day Lotus Blossom appears in a new continuity is the day I know pure joy. And she better be paired with Leo pls pls pls.

-I'm a big Legion of Super-heroes fan. I've been reading the comics since the beginning and I'm currently halfway through the 70s!
-I love a lot of the animated series! My favourites are Legion of Super-heroes 2006, Teen Titans 2003 (i have many opinions tho), and Green Lantern The Animated Series. I also happen to headcanon that all these and The Batman 2004 are in the same universe lol.

for no reason whatsoever here’s a reminder that if you consider yourself a leftist/punk/abolitionist/anarchist/radical in any sort of way and get called into jury duty, you are to become the most square person on earth during the jury questionnaire!!!
don’t be that guy who says fuck the police in the jury questionnaire! that just gets you sent home! if you want to generate change, interact with the case and use your jury vote for good! ESPECIALLY if it’s a high profile case!
An innocent man is home with his family instead of spending his kids' whole childhoods in jail for "resisting arrest" when none of the cops could agree on why he was being arrested in the first place. (But it definitely had nothing to do with him being a Black man in a nice car, honest! 🙄)
And it still took like two hours of delibration after we'd heard all the evidence because one lady was so gung ho about believing everything the cops said, even when not a single goddamn one could agree with their own testimony, let alone their colleagues'.
Pointing out all the inconsistencies and admitted misconduct and letting people slowly come to their own conclusions as the trial played out was fucking hard, I won't lie. I can be patient, but it doesn't come naturally to me.
But. Yelling about how this was obviously a bs case would have shut everyone down and made them stop listening. Asking questions and letting people discuss how the cops tried to make xyz sound suspicious but it was totally normal, or about how if things played out the way the cops said then logically events should have proceeded in a totally different direction, and positing different theories that actually lined up with the evidence presented?
That got people thinking, and everyone realized that for a variety of reasons we all had reasonable doubts that the defendent had committed any of the crimes of which he was accused.
Being able to raise reasonable doubt among a jury of one's peers saves lives. If you get the chance, take it.
When your teammate's plans are often "I might not die #YOLO", and always "I need to make everyone as mad at me as possible", this is the only correct response.
