10:00AM : went to deposit money in PPF account , informed by the person handling PPF Counter 22 that I Need to wait & take branch managers signature otherwise the amount would not be deposited as account already matured.

10:15 AM - branch manager missing 10:30 AM - empty branch manager seat 10:45 AM - no branch manger or any sign or any acting branch manager. 11:00 AM - Branch manager hurriedly arrives 1hr after official branch opening & I am told I need to fill another form H for PPF extension same could have been informed 1 hr prior.
