i have no idea where to start

I am longing for community more than anything, I wish that I had more friends or more family that accepted me. I'm queer and just lost my best friend of five years because I revealed to her that I left the church and I'm a lesbian. I have nothing wrong with Christianity, everyone's religion is sacred, but I'm 17 years old in a tiny town and all queer spaces are at least an hour away from me and adult only. Any advice? I'm completely lost. I'm heartbroken and struggle deeply with mental health issues and need friends or support.
