I feel like we can quit exploring the intersection of art and technology for a moment
Why is it whenever people correctly say that more people need to be engaged in militant tactics on the ground bc whats happening is too little are and too many are engaging with non violent tactics or social media, that the immediate response is "well not everyone is able to be involved on the ground like disabled people" there are certainly people who cannot be directly involved or leave the house without support but i dont see those posts as centering disabled people. If they were theyd be productively add on to the discussion about where to include disabled people in militant tactics? Again, we know the path forward is masses shutting down embassies, weapons factories, railroads and so on. There is no debate that this is the most effective tactic and i dont see how centering that discussion decenters disabled people. Especially since the tactic of empires like israel is too mass disable people when they revolt so we need to have these discussions
Also just to say I watched this vid today of PIJ in in gaza distributing candy and below is a screenshot of a palestinian militant with one leg and obviously I cant predict whether this is a result of war or whether he was born that way but heres an example of disabled peoples inclusion in militant efforts
Also whats happening is when a select few decide to bravely engage with the state and face extreme repercussions, is that instead of many people joining and sustaining the action, everyone just praises them and moves on. Not good
Also disabled people have consistently been on the front line of direct actions and protests.

in 2026 DO NOT ask yourself whether your art is GOOD
instead ask:
is it SINCERE
was it CATHARTIC
was it FUN TO MAKE
is it MADE BY ME

diet culture people make me feel like i’m going crazy. you want me to take an experimental pill that destroys my appetite?? you want me to remove part of my stomach??? you want me to stop eating bread and rice, two of the staple foods most inherent to humanity????? why exactly? because my stomach is big? because you don’t like the way i look, and you think it’s reasonable to tell me to carve pieces off of myself and try random drugs and ruin my own life so i can look more visually pleasing to you? and you somehow don’t see how absurdly cruel and selfish that is to ask of somebody???? while pretending you care about their HEALTH????????????????? FUCK YOU!!!!
The spirit is weak the flesh is weak and me also I feel not so willing
