I live again! My concussion kept me dead for a couple days but I finally got around to War in a red dress! It's not the pretty princess look I was imagining but this happened first.

I think it's an improvement from my last drawing, his skin actually has some color to it, and I tried working with thicker lines. Now I just need to practise more dynamic poses

I just want non equestrians to know how bizarre horses meeting each other can be.

First it’s like dogs sniffing each other and you think oh it’s fine and then they might start squealing like butchered pigs no joke.

Every equestrians knows this might happen and waiting for the screaming to start is akin to worrying that a balloon will pop off.

This usually only goes for horses who don’t know each other and often times mares squeal more than geldings but that‘s not a necessity

If the skirt looks funny it's because I based it off of another image and I'm really bad at perception

I've been injured for a couple of months and can't work so I've been getting back into drawing after literal years. And now, I've learned to draw men.

I feel like War could have so much potential at jokes regarding his left arm. Like if you asked for a hand, he would just detach his prostetic and drop it on you.

Obviously it would have you pinned on the floor for how heavy it is…

Or when he has his arm off, he would smirk, look you dead in the eyes and say some shit like « I’m all right »

He could also drop it while talking and acting panicked to scare off people (or just a little “oh, hum…” to send people haywire)

Can’t scratch his own back ? No problem ! Just take off the prosthetic!
