DAY 22 // 14.02.16 Word(s): Australian weather Definition: it's freaking hot and then it starts raining but its still hot and then at night (hopefully) it becomes cooler and fresher and better.

DAY 21 // 13.01.16

No photo posts for today guys - sorry nothing too interesting to share. I am excited for the outing with Elle & Ara on Fri - we'll probably all be uploading sinilar photos then haha. So, since this is a text post, lets go through what I did today: × Woke up late (it's the holidays - forgive me!) x Did some reading + browsing on the web x Cooked an asian dish (prawn & egg stir fry)- this is actually a pretty big thing for me b/c I don't really know how to cook but it turned out okay :) (sorry forgot to take a photo) x watched some tennis on tv Yup, daily life of Helen haha.

DAY 20 // 12.01.16 I figured it would be nice to mix things up a little and show you what my phone wallpaper/bg looks like (credits to clementine creative for the gorgeous wallpaper). I like keeping things simple: emails, contacts, messages, music etc (just the standard stuff). I'm currently using 'Nova Launcher Pro' (bought it on sale for like 20c!)- it's simple but elegant :)

Landed home in Sydney, smack dab into this awful humidity! Sunny skies from here on out, unfortunately.

Off to a late start in this studyblr, but I’ll get there :P

DAY 19 // 11.01.16 Lately, I am loving these 'kilometrico elite' pens - I don't think they're as smooth as inkjoys but the ink just flows better. I included a writing sample to show you what I mean (random notes I found haha). My handwriting is weird. It changes a lot. In this picture, it's cursive and a little messy :P -H.

DAY 18 // 10.01.16

Don’t have any interesting pictures to show for today so I thought I’d just share a few facts about me:

+ I have naturally white hair (ofc not fully haha - just a few strands here and there). It’s genetic :o

+ I value loyalty and kindness a lot (My closest friends all possess these traits which is why I love them <3)

+ I am pretty open-minded but I hate it when people force their opinions on me. Thanks guys. If you have any more qs (be it academic or personal), feel free to send me an ask. -H.

Oh! The notebook was given to me as a freebie for signing up to my uni discount card. But I’m sure it shouldn’t be too hard to recreate it using a plain notebook and a few pens! :)

day twelve

9th January // 12/100 days of productivity

- still sick - woke up at 2pm + organised folders on my computer desktop + started proofreading booklets and creating content for work

day eleven

8th January // 11/100 days of productivity

+ made pancakes for breakfast (and lunch!) + tried (and failed) to make fudge + read one chapter of 'Intro to Statistics' + started reading 'Written on the Body' + synchronised Chrome bookmarks + started organising laptop and desktop computer files and folders + pictured is the sun underneath a setting sky, taken during today’s nighttime walk in the park

DAY 15 // 07.01.16 I'm happy I'm using my planner more this year. I've been loving the ribbons I've gotten from Ara - been using them as little bookmarks in my planner :) Hopefully I use it more and more as the new semester commences ^^ Hope everyone's having a lovely day.
