I understood nothing of what happened and my only take aways are:

- so. much. love square

- this season Chat has nearly been kissed by 3 ladybugs all who only did it to take away his power (miraculous or akuma). Even if the last technically didn’t happen, still is rough. 3 different versions of Ladybug pulling that same trick!

- it is confirmed Adrien would hide the fact he knew Ladybug’s identity for months if not years. Even if they are a power or perfect couple (as shown by those few scenes) that still sort of rubs me the wrong way no matter the motivations. It’s whatever though as didn’t expect anything else.

- it is confirmed Gabriel would attack his own son

- once again it’s shown pushing Marinette when she is not ready to confess or do something romantic for Adrien ends badly. Surprisingly this time by Rose not Alya.

Also why no Gorilla reacting to Adrien being Chat?! Give Gorilla more screen time 2k19.

Yes for more Gorilla!! He is a better parent figure than Gabriel and Nathalie.

Theory: Pretty sure Gorilla know Adrien is Chat. Please he is is body guard. The most time Adrien desepear from him it's mostly because of an akuma. He knew it and he didn't say something because he want Adrien's happiness. Just look a the scene with Marinette. He let Adrien go because he was sad. He doesn't have to do that.

“You know what, ask him if you can come to his house. Show some assertiveness. He should know your work already, so you might have an in.”

“Okay, I will do it… Are you still gonna akumatize me?”

“You know, I think this can wait another time, you don’t really seem like the type that wants to go on a rampage, I imagine you are busy.”
