hi everyone and anyone. i have some sad news for those who don't know.

a while ago, i made a life-size neteyam cardboard cutout. he stood guard in my room, and it was my favorite project i have ever done. genuinely.

but today, he ended up in the dumpster.

i felt like no one would care for it the way i did, so i had to throw it out. it was such a hard thing to do. just wanted to share with people who might understand. if anyone wants to see the process, just lmk and i can add it to the end of this post!

Warming Up with Beans

I've been away for quite a while—long before time had a name. Just kidding! I was simply busy and ended up neglecting my drawing skills. After such a long break, I wasn’t sure where to begin, so I decided to start with something simple: beans. They're easy to draw and perfect for warming up. So, here are some beans!

Neteyam is the final exit in our world (for a long time).

I am not sure if anyone was waiting for me to upload the process of how I made the life-size cardboard Neteyam, and it’s been over 1 year since the upload. The first step of making and I do feel sorry for anyone was waiting for. Okay, enough with apologizing. Let's start.

On Thursday, 28 Dec 2023, I was finally done with the paper part, and he was actually on real life-size. Yes, he really is huge. So it needed to be folded, but he didn’t get any damages. 

and on Thursday, 4 Jan 2024. I completely forgot to take some photos of a cardboard part of the process but take some pictures on Pikmin Bloom and Pikmin attacking him.

On Saturday, 3 Feb 2024. and at least I finally made the life-size cardboard Neteyam. And it is huge.

and if you want to know how I pick him up. and the answer is like a holding surfboard. I never had a surfboard but it feels it one. and he is not really heavy. That was an easy way to pick up. I wish to take another photo with me to compare the size but I don't like to show myself. to describe it I was near his hipe and i don't but it real life size . and that was Neteyam's life-size cardboard. It was funny. to make it.
