600!! 600 followers!? i can’t believe it. so before i get into how much i appreciate everyone following me and sticking around and such–i’d like to say why. when i first started this blog, i actually didn’t know much about tao and exo in general because i was kinda new to kpop–even though i feel like i’ve been in kpop forever i’ve actually only been in it for a year or so–and this blog is actually almost a year old so probably a little over a year. anyways, i kinda had this blog because i obviously adored tao but also because i guess i wanted to get to know more about the kpop community. and, naturally, i came around. my point is, i started off not with the intention of being very successful, but i’ve met so many people found some friends, and it’s overall been a great experience. i’m back in school again so i’m gonna be on hiatus for a long time and i haven’t been as active as i want to be, and yet people still follow me all the time and come to me for roleplaying. there’s a ton of more people i want to meet personally, and a ton i still want to roleplay with, but–thank you. thank you for following me and taking interest in my blog, thank you sticking around and being patient because i’m really slow, thank you for making my experience here on krp enjoyable guys. really. i hope to be on krp for a long time. i also hope to reach out to more people that i would like to rp with more often, and i will continue to try to be better.

This is not a follow forever… no. As I don’t even follow some of the people I’ve listed off and I do that elitist ‘unfollow after a week or two of inactivity depending on our interactions’ thing. Instead this is an appreciation post to everyone who has contributed to my growth as a pseudo writer and a roleplayer through the pitiful 3 years (give or take since I take lots of hiatuses) that I’ve roleplayed Miss Jennie Kim, trainee of YG Entertainment. Not only is today a holiday, but it also is coincidentally the day I reached 200 followers. I don’t care much for the count but I thought that was cool. I got it on Christmas day, yay! Everyone seems to be doing such posts as well, so I thought might as well hop on the bandwagon!

I wasn’t planning to be here for today or other days relevant to today but because of the few people who kept my muse in their thoughts, in introspection I decided I’ll at least reciprocate in some way even though I lack the spirit. Christmas this year isn’t the happiest for both the muse and mun so I apologize if I’m writing this when I’m not in the best of moods. Nonetheless, I do genuinely hope everyone else is enjoying their holidays.

Aaron looks up from his phone before looking around him to make sure the other male is talking to him. When he sees no one else around them, he glances back at the other. Familiar? There’s no way the guy would recognize him, right? Hopefully, not.

He tries his best to keep his composure, a soft smile eases its way to his lips. “Oh really? Do you mean I look like one of your old friends? If yes, I could say I’m not him, since I’m sure I’ve never met you before.”

the train is crowded at this hour, something that kieran would much rather avoid, but his car has decided to break down and he’s stuck squeezed up against a multitude of strangers. thankfully, it’s not long before he manages to push into a much emptier carriage, the only people being him and the male before him. he’s not one to approach a stranger this readily, but his curiosity is piqued by a familiar face, one that’s tilted down slightly facing the phone in his hand. the familiarity is there, both in his face, stature and voice, and kieran’s certain that he’s seen him somewhere before. but the pieces don’t quite fit together, and he can’t connect the dots. it’s just when he starts to think that his memory is failing him that he catches the glimpse of anxiousness in the other male’s eyes, a clear sign of someone that’s trying to hide something. he’s quiet about this. the small smile that he is posed is returned easily, a chuckle escaping parted lips. “ah? no, no, definitely not one of my old friends but-- someone that i’ve seen in passing during my days in the states, maybe.

It’s true that Christian admires the older male a lot, even though he doesn’t really show it. However there are still times where the male annoyed him. For example, whenever Kie tried to dictate Christian on how to act. It’s not like he’s dumb or something. He knows what to do, and how not to get caught. But seems like the older doesn’t agree with that. Therefore, here he is, keeping his mouth shut as the elder male tell him what to do. He tried to voice out his opinion but guess what he get? Shut up and listen. A soft sigh spills past his lips as he runs his fingers through his own locks in frustration, leaning his back against his seat. “Fine. I will shut up and listen. Please continue then, hyung.”

it’s with irritation and pure anger that he regards the younger, fingers working to loosen his tie as he paces around the apartment, the heels of polished dress shoes clicking against the hardwood floor. he had trusted christian to be more careful, and obviously, that trust had been misplaced with the insurmountable mess he now found himself in. the attitude that christian adopts pisses him off to no end, the amount of nonchalance that manages to seep through his words as he voices out his dissent towards the situation at hand, only has kieran seething. does he really not know the weight of his actions? is this something i have to teach him too? anger bubbles but does not boil over, not yet, at least, kieran is in control, always is. the smile that plays on his lips is rigid as he takes a step forward towards christian, leaning down, hand now against a pale cheek. a silent warning.

“just do your job christian, and do it well. if i go down, i won’t hesitate to drag you to the pits of hell with me.”, it’s spoken in a sickly sweet tone, eyes glistening in reckless abandon, “do you understand, brother?”

she’s FRUSTRATED, to say the least –– the whole task force is at the bar, taking advantage of kira’s radio silence to have a little friday drink. she too is knocking back shot after shot, but not in celebration, no. she’s always known that finding kira wasn’t going to be easy, knows that patience above all is required, but she thinks after years of chasing ghosts and hitting dead ends, she’s allowed this moment of weakness. her tongue feels a little heavy, her speech slurred as she calls for another drink, but she has too much alcohol in her system to care that getting this drunk is probably the stupidest thing she’s ever done. (she’s definitely too drunk to care that this might unravel the secrets she’s kept so well for years.)

it’s DUMB, he thinks, to have to be wasting another friday night at the bar, getting piss drunk with cheap beer when time could be much better spent. he doesn’t have much of a choice, being forced by most of his colleagues that insist that he “needs to loosen up”. friendly pats of the back only draws negative, a scowl etched between teeth as he throws a amicable smile at the people seated around the table. idiots, the whole lot of them. a couple of drinks is what he appeases them with, chilled whisky leaving a trail of heat down his throat in its wake as he fiddles with the coaster, idle chatter not something that he bothers himself in. it only serves to irritate him further, drunkenness slurring words, making people too touchy, too open. an escape plan, a reason to leave, that’s exactly what he needs, he decides, already surveying his surroundings for something or someone, anything, really. it comes in the form of a co-worker, one that he hasn’t spoken much to, he doesn’t speak to anyone regularly outside the leaders of the task force, but he figures that they’d form their own conclusions. (he doesn’t bother himself with office gossip either.) ‘i’ll take her home, if she has any more to drink she’s going to throw up’, is spoken quietly amongst the loud overbearing sounds of laughter, ones that contribute to the pounding in his head. she’s dragged out by the arm swiftly, no questions asked.
