DP/DC/ADJL Prompts (Danny/Jake is involved in all of these)(I've been meaning to write prompts with this crossover and that relationship for over a year now and I still think I should write more):

(Also I feel I should mention that I imagine Danny being both trans and *very* Punk in all of these because that's how I always imagine him at this point, whether those things are noticeably relevant or not)

1) Danny is Bruce's bio kid. He doesn't necessarily know this yet, but before the Fentons adopted him his bio mom said something about "go to Bruce Wayne if you ever really need help" either in a note she left him with or out loud at a time Danny can just barely remember. Jack and Maddie find out about Danny being half ghost and they vivisect him. Danny manages to escape, but the fact that he was told at some point by his bio mom to go to Bruce Wayne if he needed help isn't the first thing on his mind when he needs somewhere to go. Danny has been dating Jake for a little while already. He knows the Long family and is much more comfortable going to their place first in a situation like this. So he stays with his boyfriend for a couple weeks while trying to figure out what to do. Jake finds out about Danny's bio mom having said to go to Bruce Wayne if he ever really needed help, and he suggests Danny try it. Danny, not not wanting to trust some random billionaire just because his bio mom vaguely suggested it at some point while having no idea what kind of situation Danny would end up in, is reluctant. But, with not many options and his parents and the GIW still looking for him, and Vlad probably looking for a chance to take advantage of the situation, Danny agrees to find Bruce Wayne, tell him about his bio mom and what she said, and say that he can't safely go back home. But he's bringing Jake with him as a safety measure. He's still pretty sure this trip is just gonna cause more issues for him, but he doesn't really know what else he can do.

2) Bruce has adopted both Danny and Dani/Ellie. Or he's at least planning to, and they're staying with him for now. They've been living in the manor for months at this point, but they're still sticking close to each other, ready to run or protect each other at any time if their new living situation becomes unsafe. The ghost siblings figured out that the Waynes were the Batfam pretty early on. None of the batfam know that Danny and Ellie are half ghost. None of the batfam know that Danny has a boyfriend despite the fact that Danny has been dating Jake for months longer than he's known the Waynes. Ellie, wanting to be annoying at times and already being besties with Haley, sometimes asks to borrow Danny's phone when she knows he's on a call with Jake.

3) Danny doesn't speak Skater Slang and asks Tim to translate something that Jake said to him.

4) Danny asks Tim to teach him a bit about skateboarding so he can surprise Jake.

5) Jason is involved with the magical community to a certain extent and knows about the American Dragon and who he is, But the rest of the Batfamily is rather ignorant on the subject having had little to no involvement with the magical community. Jason has no idea that his new little brother, Danny, is dating the American Dragon. And he also doesn't know that his new little sister, Ellie, is best friends with the younger sister of the American Dragon. But he is more than willing to mess with his family once he finds out.

6) Bruce Wayne is part fae, thanks to a distant ancestor of his, but he doesn't *know* this. Then his newest adopted son, Danny, brings the family to have dinner with his boyfriend's family during a trip to New York. A talking dog brings up Bruce's bloodline. Bruce asks what he means and is *laughed at* for not knowing. Bruce, the self-proclaimed greatest detective in the world, is clueless and is now having an existential crisis at a dinner with his son's boyfriend's family.

Yeah, so I’ve been experimenting a bit lately with a combination of photo editing and google docs in order to create posts lately, since it can really help with layout and photoshop is really expensive and google docs and apple photo editing are both free. Anyway, I decided it might be fun to try doing a collage of sorts, and since I had all these arbitrary sketches of Jake lying around in various sketchbooks of mine, I thought this would be the perfect chance to try it since none of these really worked as individual posts. Idk, it’s a first attempt so it’s not amazing, but what do you think?

Also this AU has been taking up most of my fan-fiction brain space lately, so if y’all are wondering why there’s been fewer posts lately…. That’s why. Heh. Anyway, enjoy the majesty of my edgier version of Jake Long American Dragon. I love this show to bits but I really don’t have anyone to gush about it to.
