This isn’t a request I just need an opinion plz. I am sort of writing a fic rewrite of tmnt 2k12 where I completely revamp that whole thing with Karai because no one should hate anyone as much as I hate that fictional character. So I’m trying to let that go. I kind of want to do a self insert oc type of thing to work out not hating her anymore, or I could just leave it with the characters from the actual show. Because I generally don’t want to read long oc sagas and now I want to write one sort of. What do you think I should go with?
What about character redemption arc? Slowly she can notice what was wrong and true. And you can make excuses about her acting because nobody wasn't here for her or more?
(Btw I would be very happy if you let me know when you start writing, I can recommend in my blog too because we are hungry for this type of fanfics >:])

Everybody knew it
But sadly his brothers couldn't understand his music taste so there was always a argument about it
Like they are celebrating something and need some music for the party, Donnie was the first one unanimously dismissed from it
So he really loved going to music stores, at least people are RESPECTFUL of his music taste
At the store accidentally you bumped each other and all CDs scattered around
While helping him you two started speaking about your favorite musics
You two started meeting almost every day
Browsing the store and listening to every song while enjoying each other's presence
One time after listening to enough songs, you took a walk
Well, he accidentally showed his true identity to you
Now he is anxious about what if you don't like him and don't want to talk with him FOREVER
You are the only people who can talk with them without thinking again
Well, at first it is kinda strange for you but you can get used to it
And your two's "friendship" get leveled up
He thinks of you even when you're not around
Like "Oh, Y/N love this song."
While he was fixing Splinter's chair, he was humming the song you recommend for him
You were so nice, he wanted to be here while fixing this chair
Your voice, your smell, while talking about music shining in your eyes...

Donnie gives Leo a deathly glare

He sits for two days and tries to make a "PERFECT" playlist
Just when he said it was over he remembers another song
After deleting not enough perfect songs, there 6 hours of playlist remain
You should be happy because at first there were more than 60 hours
He keeps his finger on "SEND"
Nop, nop this isn't good idea, he will look so-
"HEY D, I THINK THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY T-PAD!"
He accidentally hits the send button with Sheldon's sudden entry
"SHEEELLDOO-"
Sheldon slowly leaves the room
And the worst thing, you already saw it, there is no back!
He f*cked up
Now you can imagine he is swinging nervously back and forth on the floor
After a while notification sound splits his thoughts
"4 p.m. Same place"
Ok he really f*cked up
He almost flew into April's room through her window
"What th-"
"I NEED YOUR HELP!"
"Calm down D! If you're that much stressed out, it must be a big problem."

While he is searching for many things on Google, he raises his head with the gentle touch on his shoulder

The silence stretches between you two

Donnie checks his phone after notification sound
He touches link
He's looking at you with a little blush on his face
This romantic scene gets interrupted by murmurs from the bushes

They are all silent with the shadow falling on them
It looks like for this time family talk will not work for Donnie's anger

Ok, first of all he forgets how he embarrassed after seeing his own mom
At first he can't talk, he wants to but brain is refusing
He tries to explain who are them

After some time he gets comfortable with you and comes to your place so often
Drinking tea after some lessons is his favorite way to spend time with you
Like he is angry at his brothers or he just wanna see you, he comes to drink tea
Sometimes he just sits and starts venting about how disappointment as a leader

Btw you are his new role model fighter
He is willing to take lessons after meeting you
He likes your hugs, he knows you are not like his family with no soft skin. So he can hug you how much he wants

He is the one who interrupts Raph the most among them
He is trying to act cool, and wanna show how he looks good to his mom

After getting a real mom-son relationship he will talk about his feelings to you more than anyone
Because sometimes brothers and dad aren't the best choices to talk about "boring" things
Now it is time to show his favorite movie series to his mom
Well, the show causes blood spurting from your eye but after seeing how Leo is happy because he can share his interest with his parent, you decide not to talk
He will act like a child going to daycare and doesn't want to leave her mother
"Ok, ok you can go first. I have very very very serious things to talk about with mom. Not you Donnie."

He hugged you from behind and you almost watched 3 episodes of the series in this position
