When you don't have as much disposable income for stuff to entertain yourself like eating out or seeing a movie or the such. Ideally you still spend that money, just On The Shit Version. Growing up we didn't have money to buy me crazy toys even though I looooved Nintendo so I got a DS as a present from a doctor family friend and then got One actual Nintendo game for my birthday and the rest were like, $10 terrible ones. We'd rent a DVD and watch it at home for the weekend instead of going to a movie as a family. Cheap take away fast food in the suburbs instead of nice dinners in the city etc. you get the idea. But even the Shit Version costs premium now and companies want to make a Better Product, which prices others out, because it's more profitable, and fewer seem to want to go the route of Making the Shitty Stuff

redrew the first page in current style with updated character design. this fits it so much better. only ten million more pages to redraw and recolor smh... At least i’ve got a handy dandy new custom font based off of my handwriting to make it go easier. further pages may change in future lol. Someday i’ll progress past the first few pages lol.
