Bucky and Nat start an unsolved crime/mysteries podcast. Their most viewed one is the 30-second podcast where Nat says they're delving into some major assassination and asks "who killed [blank]?" Buck says "I did" and then they queue the outro music.

Alternatively: Because Bucky rarely knew the names of his marks while being the Winter Soldier, he doesn’t actually realize he’s the culprit until like halfway through the first segment of the podcast, where Natasha lays down all the facts of what happened. What starts as a fun dive into the assassination of an American president has Bucky slowing realizing, oh shit, he killed an American president, didn’t he?
Then, Natasha and Bucky get into the second segment where they go over different theories, suspects, etc. They discuss Lee Harvey Oswald, Johnson, the CIA, etc. Bucky nods and talks along, not sure if he’s about to explode with laughter or horror over the sheer audacity of it.
Finally, Natasha segues into the third and final segment, where they share their personal ideas and theories over what they think happened. This part of their podcast has inadvertently solved more than one famous murder, just from their innocent observations accidentally knocking the door wide open because hey, assassins tend to know a thing or two about murder. So Natasha starts the segment with the same question she always does, “So Barnes, who do you think did it?” and Bucky’s silent for a long moment before he finally quietly says “I think I did.”
Natasha instantly ends the episode there with the outro music so the audience doesn’t know how long she spent laughing. It becomes a meme, anytime someone asks “who dun it”, whether it be a famous murder case or just a local small town murder with an obvious culprit, the answer is always “I think Bucky Barnes did it.” He becomes a bigger meme than the Zodiac Killer.
