Switzerland is profoundly islamophobic but I'd also like to add some stuff to that post, mainly that there's really only one party (called the UDC) that tries (and sometimes achieves in this case) to pass laws that are profoundly backwards and hurtful.

Some people might have seen that baffling poster from a few years back with the black sheep (fun fact it was pretty sought after with collectors)

I remember a long time ago there was talk to pass a similar law with the argument that there would be more crime but now that the mask is mandatory I had hoped that people saw that it was complete bullshit

Apparently not

BUT !

I also want to press the fact that the law only passed by not much so please don't imagine that every Swiss thinks like that (at least not the majority) case in point :

And considering how laws are passed here there is a good chance that it might be simply overlooked the same way for the law against "ostentatious religious signs" (of course started by the UDC and targeting muslim women)

And on another note as a graphic designer this example of UDC poster is quite well made. Usually they always look like they were drawn on ms paint – it’s pretty well known that professional graphic designers don’t touch these sort of things and if they do (like one of my friends during his internship) it’s an unwritten rule to hide a dick somewhere

Hey ! For the end of this semester we had quite a big week. The reason ? Exams... But anyway the subject was to make a card to promote a box for book exchange in the school (with some instructions of course). I had a pretty hard time finding my concept but in the end I managed to find something and make a visual I was satisfied with !

This exercise was pretty basic but I thought that it would be interesting to share an example of how lightning could affect an object. To be honest I made a lot more of those pictures but it would be waaaaaay too long for a post. So enjoy this little selection.
