Love how tumblr has its own folk stories. Yeah the God of Arepo we’ve all heard the story and we all still cry about it. Yeah that one about the woman locked up for centuries finally getting free. That one about the witch who would marry anyone who could get her house key from her cat and it’s revealed she IS the cat after the narrator befriends the cat.

Everyone believes in STEVEN UNIVERSE Happy 10th anniversary Steven Universe!

10 years ago today! TEN YEARS AGO TODAY !!!!! Steven Universe AIRED! And EVERYTHING CHANGED!!

While drawing this I kept trying to find a way to describe how much this show mean to me, and I get too emotional everytime. I love it so much, from the jokes, the amazing visuals, the SONGS!! Yes I heard the entire discography while drawing this and sang and CRIED bc this show. THIS SHOW. It’s an emotional catharsis and pays off EVERYTIME. I met so many wonderful friends through this show, I learned so much and grew, and forgave, and let go. I may not ever find words to describe the feeling I have for this show, but sometimes things are not meant to be described but EXPERIENCED. And what a wonderful, heartwarming, tearjerking and FUN experience it is to watch it.

OK I have a new theory

You know how how we therorized during the first few seasons that Steven has too much powers for a quartz?

Well we were right, Steven's gem isn't a quartz but a Diamond.

But when we found out what some of the other Diamonds' powers are, did we ever think of it in a way: "Steven has way more powers than we ever see them use?"

Because we definitely didn't see all of the other diamond's powers.

Let's see

Pink Diamond has an offensive power

And we saw the other Diamonds have it as well

Then Pink has a healing power

And so do the other Diamonds.

But didn't we forget one very important thing Pink/Steven can do?

They can summon a shield.

Pink didn't need a gem weapon like the other gems

She already had a power that could literally shatter walls.

And this goes for the other Diamonds as well- they have a power that can eliminate any enemy they face. Therefore, they don't need a gem weapon.

My theory is that the diamonds can summon their shields, Just like pink/Steven did.

They Just don't know it.
