Amber Heard is an abuser who for six years stood in front of survivors of dv and lied to our faces. All the while still abusing her victim, Johnny Depp, by turning his nightmare of a reality into her story for fame and clout, and taking what little he had left after she broke him.

Amber: “You don’t escape the fight; you escape the solution,”

These are actual words form Amber Heard to her victim. She wanted to belittle, attack, and control Johnny Depp without him fighting back. Never did he admit to hitting her in these recordings. Never did she accuse him of hitting her. You know who did accuse? He accused her of hitting him. You know who admitted it? She admitted to hitting him.

She called him a coward for running from fights.

She isolated him from his friends and family and surrounded him with hers. They all used him.

Witnesses saw her physically abuse him, saw her throw things at him, heard her demean him with verbal abuse.

When he found the courage to stand against his abuser and leave her, She ruined his life out of spite.

She LIED. About EVERYTHING.

The Jury found this so.

They found ALL of her statements to be FALSE.

They found that Adam Waldman’s 1st and 3rd statements, where he called her claims a hoax, to be TRUE.

She committed perjury, proven in court.

She is a LIAR.

She is an ABUSER.

Sticking to an ideology should not allow a proven liar and admitted abuser to not be held accountable.

Also everyone’s calling this a big win for JD because he won more money but in Virginia the crimes they were both guilty of have a max penalty of 350k so they literally owe each other nothing, just like the testimony of their marriage counselor calling it “mutual abuse.” People just really wanted JD to win because of his cult of celebrity.

I’m sorry no. This is incorrect. The cap of 350K is for punitive damages only. Johnny Depp won all three claims that she lied about him full stop AND he was awarded 10M in compensatory damages and 5M in punitive damages(these are damages in punishment toward the other party) by the jury. They took all the evidence from both sides and believe that her claims against him in that op-ed are FALSE.

She won only ONE counter claim out of her three. She LOST the two claims against her accusations being a hoax meaning she absolutely was not absolved of guilt by the jury. They found statements about her actions against Johnny being false and a hoax credible. They took all the evidence from both sides and decided that she did lie. Full stop. She was awarded ZERO dollars in punitive damages meaning they found no reason to punish Johnny.

Her 2M in compensatory came from the only claim she won. It was about a tweet, not by Johnny, but by one of his lawyers named Adam Waldman and the only reason she won it was on a technicality that there was no solid evidence of the specific actions worded (that she and her friends messed up the apartment and then called the police back after they found nothing). However, so many things she said happened that night have proved to be false. She was caught in countless other lies as well. She lied. She’s a liar.

I don’t know why it’s so hard for people to accept. Yes there have been some awful repercussions to this trial and it breaks my heart to see it. I don’t blame anyone’s shitty or appalling reactions to this case on Amber. She is not responsible for other people’s thoughts and actions. However, we have no one else to blame but HER for this trial. She took advantage of an important movement knowing full well she was being dishonest and has been caught in her lies that she used to destroy another person’s, and his family’s, lives.

So you can spread all the false information that you want, but you are letting yourselves completely excuse someone who intentionally and unquestionably spread deplorable lies and did so much damage to so many people.

Deacury Week Day 5: Lazy Cuddles Moodboard: movie night

(Note: This one got away from me a bit lol. I Hope y’all enjoy!)

There is nothing John loves more than a lazy day filled with cuddles. Okay he does love a night out dancing, oh and tinkering with his tech. He also loves making music, alright so he has a lot of love to go around, sue him! There is something, though, that he loves more than anything. A someone in fact, who’s smile warms him down to his very soul, better than any blanket ever could. Someone who can ease his insecurities with just a few words. Someone who’s touch can calm him instantly and keep him from saying words he’d soon regret. His love. His Freddie. His Freddie who is currently fussing over the television, trying to get the movie to start. John could get up and help him seeing as the problem would take him less than a minute to fix, but, Fred looked too cute huffing about. He kept cursing under his breath, trying not to trample the cats that wove between his legs every time he moved. “We could just skip the film you know, this is plenty entertaining,” John got out through giggles. Freddie huffed, “Oh shut it darling, I don’t see you helping!” He just giggled again. It was true he wasn’t helping however, he’d been given strict instructions not to move a muscle. They had gathered all the blankets and pillows on the couch for movie night. John immediately snuggled under the blankets because the apartment was freezing and he doesn’t handle the cold well at all. Freddie thought he looked so sweet and cozy he didn’t want him to have to get up from the warm shelter. Which brings them back to now, where Freddie must have fixed the problem because the screen comes to life and the picture starts playing. “Ha see!”, Freddie cries out, “Told you I had it under control!” He gives the cats a big bow before turning to John with a sly grin. “Whah.. Oh Don’t You Dare Freddie Mer- ”, he’s cut off by Fred landing right in top of him, pillows now thrown askew. He finds John’s waist under the blankets and starts tickling him to death. “N- No! St- stop! St-“ John wails. “What was that love? I can’t understand you,” Freddie sing songs while laughing himself. He eventually takes pity on John and stops his attack, they’re both winded from laughter, chests heaving and eyes bright. Freddie starts moving blankets and rearranging pillows, “I’m sorry darling, I couldn’t help myself,” Freddie says as he settles, pulling John into his side. They eventually get everything in place, the blankets, the food, and the cats who are cuddled up with them. As Freddie watches the movie with rapt attention, John only has eyes for him. He keeps peering up at Fred from his spot on his chest. He admires the beautiful features and soft eyes of his boyfriend. Freddie, who made him feel welcomed and accepted from the moment they met. From the first touch he knew. John knew nothing else would make him complete. He knew then what he knows now. That he could never dance again or pick up a tool or even never play his bass again, and he’d be fine, as long as he had Freddie. Moments like these, where he gets to be in Freddie’s arms, are all he’ll ever need. No, there is nothing more that John loves than Freddie. His home.

Boring freak. 

John had put the magazin away already but he still felt like he was reading those two words over and over again. They called him a boring freak and John didn’t really know what to feel. He wasn’t angry, he was just not happy about it. He didn’t even know if he was really sad about it. It just happened and… he could accept that. 

“Hey, babe, I’m home!” 

Roger came into the room, arms filled with bags which he dropped almost carelessly next to the sofa before letting himself fall on top of it, crawling between John’s legs and wrapped his arms around him. 

“What’s wrong?” He asked immediately. 

“Nothing, just some magazine saying bullshit.” 

Roger frowned and reached for it, digging his his elbows uncomfortably into John’s stomach to read it. 

“Oh, Deaks. You’re not boring! And you’re not a freak! You’re the most interesting and fascinating person I ever met!” 

He kissed him gently, then peppering kisses along his cheeks and his forehead, basically everywhere he could reach, making John laugh and try to squirm away from him.

He zeros in on his target, projectile in hand. Focus, you got this in...3..2..1.. release. Roger watches one of his grapes sore through the air and hit Deaky on his... shoulder. Damn. His nose scrunches in annoyance. He’d been aiming for his head. He’s momentarily distracted as he looks at his best friend, staring as the sunlight that rests on John’s lovely face brings out the green of his eyes and the red in his hair. Pushing his distracting thoughts away, he focuses back on his mission. Oh well, tenth times the charm I guess.

John just shakes his head from where he’s reading his magazine. Rog is lucky he’s cute or this would get old fast. When the tiny fruit finally pelts his head he hears a cry of victory. He turns, only to be met with a blinding, beautiful, and triumphant grin. He lets out a giggle as the blonde raises his hands in the air while he whisper chants the sound of a crowd cheering his name. When John looks into his boyfriend’s eyes they sparkle with delight and mischief, and he can’t find it in himself to feel annoyed. Worth it, he thinks as Roger kisses his cheek and settles next to him to read his book.
