She was born into a well-to-do family in upstate New York, but left for Manhattan the moment she turned 18. She didn’t take a penny of her family’s fortune, determined to eke out her own living in the big city. She’s managed to do pretty well so far, juggling retail jobs while still taking night classes at a local college, and volunteering at charities on weekends. She is a very busy girl!
She met Sollux at a charity gala, and it was very nearly love at first sight. He asked her out for dinner the next day, and they’d been dating ever since.
About a year or so ago, when she was working at Urban Outfitters, she met a very awkward, but charmingly so bespectacled man. He stammeringly asked for her number, and she gave it to him after some thought, but she never heard from him after that. She thinks she sees him around sometimes on the streets, but he never approached her again…
