a pretty little talking bird, repeating all the pretty little words they taught you to recite.
unbothered. moisturized. happy. in his lane. focused. flourishing.
one of the main reasons why sansa stark and amy march are still despised for their childhood mistakes despite their development into strong, compassionate young women is because they remain feminine and draw their strength from femininity. they care about finding romance and still wish to marry, despite believing no one could love them for them. people believe that they didn’t suffer enough for being naive and bratty as children despite Sansa going through a significant amount of abuse and the fact that they both grew up and learnt from their mistakes.
Overall, people hate that they don’t grow up to reject all that stuff they dreamed of as little girls and that they didn’t become strong and independent by rejecting their femininity but instead using it to their advantage without being sexualised and finding strength in it.
