thinking about how gut wrenching clarke’s mcap scene could’ve been if they had done it right. the question about the hand reaching out to her in an endless desert under a vast purple sky. how she could’ve remembered the hand that she once reached out for when she was afraid. the countless nights she spent talking under the stars through her beat up radio to a person who was worlds away. or how it could’ve been used to reflect on madi’s journey. from a child that clarke felt compelled to protect to another leader that clarke could not bring herself to let go of. i will never, never, forgive the writers of this show for what they wasted
