Oh my gosh I forget which one of them said it but that quote where one of them said (Kit & Emilia) are counterparts of each other is just so true. I came across an Emilia quote idk if it’s from the new book or what and I think she’s talking about Dany’s horrific final scene and saying that it was like grieving so many things at once all over again: grieving her brain hemorrhages, her Dad, what Dany could’ve been, her love for the show and then she says her love for Kit! And I immediately(CONT

(CONT) and immediately I was like oof right in the feels but also how similar that is to Kit’s interview where he talks about “ But I was feeling pretty emotional that day. I think it was more to do with Emilia [Clarke, the actor who played Daenerys], more about the people around me and the story coming to an end.". Like they really are so in sync and I hate that they went through such bills but but at least they had one another to lean on. I love them your honor and their beautiful friendship.

Emilia’s new quote is from the book:

I will never forgive them for how badly they traumatized her, especially when they knew her health struggles, and the abuse she put her body through just to meet the demands of filming their show.

And hearing the way Kit has talked about the ending and the way he’s processed it all, it’s obvious he’s dealt with his own grief over the ending for his character and for hers. I think it’s clear he felt acutely just how much this hurt her and what she endured having to film this.
