Leilani@Aster: "Oh! Another Popplio! You don't look like any other Popplio I've seen, but that's okay! You remind me of my big brother Kai!" The young Popplio calms down. "Anyway... how did you learn how to sing, and do you have any songs you enjoy? Your mother doesn't seem to be a Primarina, so you can't know any songs from a colony, right?"

Aster’s mint green eyes sparkled when Leilani came up to him, the young child did a little twirl in place, before sitting down in front of who he certainly saw as a new friend, “Where me nd papa nd sissy live, theres lotsa other pokmon who luv to teach!” He paused, tilting his head, “Whassa colony? Is it like a pack? I don’t think I have a colony...” he pouted -- though, quickly cheered up when he saw his sister from the corner of his eye, “But thas okay, I think!!”

As promised, since I haven’t done an ask call in Arceus knows how long, I think I’m going to do it now. Y’all know the drill, Pokeasks blogs only, and like, reblob, or comment if you’d like an ask.

However! I am only sending Leilani out for asks this time because… reasons. She’ll ask typical kid questions or stuff she’s curious about because she doesn’t know much about the world, though she may be a bit frightened of the more intimidating muses. (( I made a post like this in August (5 months ago now woah) but got a major case of the sads (irl related) and promptly dissapeared again. So now I am trying to come back For Real this time, both on here and my sideblog, @norehliananecdotes (links not working on mobile..).

Naturally I am super out of the loop having basically been gone for a year! I have no idea who the new folks are, and I only know a select few who are still around. Idk who has left or not.

Ravener @ Strawberry: "hENLO!!! CAT!!!!" he seems excited. "ARE YOU A HAPPY CAT??? DO YOU LIVE HAPPY CAT LIFE??? DO YOU LIKE... TOYS? WHAT KINDA TOYS?? FEATHER TOY?"

Strawberry’s own temperament shared the same excited nature of Ravener’s, the tiny kitten jumping up and down as she answered

“NYELLO!!! I AM A HAPPY CAT!!! I CAN NAP EVERY DAY!! I GET FOOD WHENEVER I WANT!!! AND I HAVE ALL THE TOYS!!!! I have...” she paused, trying to think over what her actual toys were- She just had so many it was hard for even her to comprehend.

Strawberry’s eyes widened when Ravener mentioned feather toys, “OH BOY DO I HAVE FEATHER TOYS!!! WHEN THE BIRBS ARE SHEDDIN THEY GIVE ME THE EXTRAS!! Do YOU have any toys, new friend???”

@questioningcuties Aster happily bound up to Lupine, his green eyes sparkling in excitment as he stared at the rockruff pup, "Hi~ya!!" Aster chirped, softly smacking his tail against the ground, "My name's Aster-- You need helps finding the cappy-tall?? That sounds dangerous.. But at least your papa" Aster looked up at Callias innocently, "will take care of you!"

Lupine: “He’s so tough, he gets to lead his own pack! Cal is just helping me find him and my momma.”

While talking to Lupine, Aster smiled happily, “What’s a mo-” he started, before changing his mind on what to ask, “Your papa has his very own pack?? Woaah... You must be suuper strong, just like him!” Aster smiled, softly slapping his tail against the ground, “Wh-” Aster paused for yet another moment, thinking about his next words, 

“Why isn’t your papa helping too? In’t the more eyes searchin’ the better? I can ask my sissy and papa to help, if you like!”

“You got a pretty voice!” The little Rockruff exclaimed as he skipped on over towards the hybrid. “How do you do that? How do you make the pretty noises come out of your voice?”

Aster’s eyes lit up when Lupine came up to him, the fusion excitedly chirped at the puppy, “Like that??” he inquired, ears twitching softly at the sound her made, “Well-- I dunno...” Aster paused, going deep into thought for a moment before smiling wide, “I just kinda do, like how you bark!” Aster then proceeded to copy the sound of a rockruff barking, before giggling in glee.

"Helloooo! I am Azamu! What are your names?" Azamu greeted the Pokemon with a smile, "Umm, where am I? I was on my way home but I may have gotten distracted by the pretty sights..."

The skitty happily bounced up to Azamu, her eyes sparkling. She jumped up and down in excitment as she answered, "'m Strawburry, nd thas my brother Aster, nd-" she quickly quieted herself, realizing her father was still asleep, "das my papa, nd' his name is Valentine..!!" she took a deep breath after speaking so much, and continued shortly after exhaling again, "Nd we'res at Az... Azu..." she scrunched her nose up in frustration at being unable to pronounce the name.

Valentine opened his eyes slightly, smiling gently down at the mawile as he answered in a gentle, kind voice, "Azuline's Pokémon Sanctuary."

Strawberry was happy that her father woke up to answer for her.
