one thing it's bothering me and that is the fact that some simmers complain about the new worlds feeling bleh, and the main criticism that get mentioned is that there isn't much to do, gameplay whise. and there never was, since launch. take willow creek, that world may have a couple more lots but you can't do shit on it, fish maybe. and that world is praised like crazy (me included). why is this new need for clickeable places and things? and when there is a couple of interactable places in the world, then it's NEVER enough. i just find that kinda frustating, the new world it's STUNNING but well, they want for EVERY house to be livable, that's just not realistic guys, although i do think that we should get at least 15/20 lots in a EP, that is sad.
the reason willow creek is put on a pedestal is because theres actual plants and collectibles scattered around the world.
in all of the newer worlds there are none. you might be lucky to find a single plant bush. there are no mounds of dirt or logs to sift through. it's a very minor detail but it does make all the difference in making the world feel more full.
ok, soo... plants? and collectibles? they are some but they may not be from plants or rocks. idk i don't get it and that's a ok
foxbury commons wip
started working on the university lots because i had a sim mid-way through the fine arts course.
i find it hard to build in britechester because the build mode is sooo lacking, we simply don't have similar materials like they used in the world, you know?
i was kind of happy with this build though, i think it fit the aesthetic of foxbury. still building it, and i shall look for some blue windows to make it match even more.

just pirate the game if you think that it's too expensive or that EA doesn't deserve the money for the lack of content, it's that f easy. no one it's gonna judge you, and if they do, get a real f problem.

According to my backups, Whitmeade is six years old today! 🥳 Nearly finished- just one more corner and a few interiors to go. Then it’s onto the subhoods for good!
