Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 packet about 1.25 ounces hot cocoa mix. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 1 cup mini marshmallows. 1/2 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies like Oreo.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed chocolate sandwich cookies. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely. Enjoy these delightful hot cocoa cookies with a glass of milk or your favorite hot cocoa! Store any leftovers in an airtight container to keep them fresh.

A traditional and smooth hummus recipe that works well as a spread or dip for your preferred snacks. It's very easy to prepare and very flavorful!
Ingredients: 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed. 1/4 cup tahini. 3 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin. Salt to taste. 2-3 tablespoons water. Paprika and olive oil for garnish.
Instructions: Put the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and a pinch of salt in a food processor and blend them together. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. These Peppermint Frosted Soft Batch Sugar Cookies are a delightful holiday treat with a soft and chewy texture. The combination of peppermint and sugar creates a perfect balance of sweetness with a refreshing minty twist. They are great for holiday parties, cookie exchanges, or simply enjoying with a cup of hot cocoa.
Ingredients: 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup sour cream. Crushed peppermint candies, for topping.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 375F 190C and put parchment paper on baking sheets. Mix flour, baking soda, and baking powder together in a medium-sized bowl using a whisk. Put softened butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl and mix them together until they are light and fluffy. Add the egg, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and salt, and beat until everything is well mixed. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, mixing in the sour cream as you go. Do this until everything is just combined. Round tablespoons of dough should be dropped onto the baking sheets that have been prepared, leaving some space between each cookie. For 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to wire racks to cool all the way. Mix together 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract. Once the cookies are cool, make the peppermint frosting. Add peppermint frosting to each cookie and then crush peppermint candies and sprinkle them on top to look nice. Let the frosting harden on the cookies before you serve them or put them away in a container that won't let air in.

These veggie summer rolls are a refreshing and healthy option for a light meal or appetizer. They are filled with colorful vegetables and fluffy egg strips, wrapped in delicate rice paper, and served with a flavorful dipping sauce. Perfect for a summer day or any time you crave a light and satisfying dish.
Ingredients: 8 rice paper wrappers. 4 large eggs. 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber. 1 cup shredded carrots. 1 cup red bell pepper strips. 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves. 1 cup fresh mint leaves. 1 cup lettuce leaves. 1/4 cup rice vinegar. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional. Warm water for soaking rice paper wrappers.
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk the eggs and cook them as thin omelets in a non-stick pan. Once done, cut them into thin strips and set aside. Fill a large shallow bowl with warm water. Layer a small amount of lettuce leaves, cucumber, carrots, red bell pepper, cilantro, mint leaves, and egg strips in the center of the wrapper. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and then roll it up tightly from the bottom, similar to rolling a burrito. Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling ingredients. In a small bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper flakes if using to make a dipping sauce. Serve the veggie summer rolls with the dipping sauce on the side. Enjoy your sweet and juicy veggie summer rolls with egg!
