“Happy Valentines Day everyone!”- Mei <3 <3 <3 This is my first full (background and everything) picture I’ve done on my tablet in Clip Studio Paint, also my first time I’ve tried drawing without using black outlines! While it didn’t turn out completely like I hoped, I’m generally pleased with the result and happy enough t share it with you all!
Hey guys! I’m finally back and I have new and improved art! It’s taken some time and practice but I feel like I’m finally getting the hang of drawing on my tablet in Clip Studio Paint! This is my latest doodle, a character bio page for my RP character. :D He is my property so please don’t steal him.
Another picture of my character Erik, done in pencil, pen, and brush tip gray markers. Picture taken on my phone so sorry it’s not the best quality.
A quick digital doodle of an RP character, Erik Ambrose!
Don’t shop at Game Stop during April… They’re supporting Autism $peaks.
Oh. Joy. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/gamestop-partners-autism-speaks-autism-140428640.html
Okay, please don’t boycott GameStop. Corporate will not understand why you’re doing this and blame the employees for failing to drum up business.
Instead, go as you usually do, decline to make a donation, and do that little website survey almost everyone ignores. That survey is your voice to corporate. Tell them using that why you don’t approve of Autism Speaks, perhaps suggest better charities to follow. Let them know that if they continue to support this organization, they’ll lose business.
Please don’t use the surveys to try and talk to corporate. while those surveys do go to them, they are not used to voice on how to run the store so much as they are used to tell corporate how the employee made your experience more welcoming. They are for the employees and what we see on our end of you give us a negative review is that we are not doing a good job at customer service. By all means fill it out if you have a problem with your experience so the staff knows what to fix but please don’t give a negative review for the autism speaks foundation. As a Gamestop employee I can attest to this. When I look at the review and I see something like “I don’t like autism speaks” on there i know there is NOTHING I can do and therefor got a negative review over something I can’t change. Vs when I get a negative review stating that “I was unhelpful I recommending a game due to my lack of knowledge” then I know there’s something I need to work on and put some time to research said item to better myself and my store and customer experience. If you really wanna say something to corporate, email them directly. Voice your opinion and give recommendations. But please don’t boycott the stores or be rude to the employees who HAVE to offer it because we are told to. It is up to YOU whether you want to donate or not and there is even a “no thank you” button on the registers to decline. Nobody is forcing you to donate.
^ THIS. Surveys will just fall back negatively on innocent employees. Email corporate. Also a lot of people are unaware of what Autism Speaks is really like for Autistic people. It's an honest mistake which should be responded to with calm, explanatory emails - NOT boycotting.
Happy Easter everyone! Whether you’re celebrating for religious reasons or just enjoying your Sunday, I hope it’s fantastic!
I am FINALLY done with this cutie! <3 Kevin is probably one of my favorite WTNV characters. Strex Corp logo at the bottom is NOT my design, and if I can figure out who originally designed it like this I will totally credit them!
Soooooo in order these are the most recent costumes I’ve made from the ending of last year to the ending of this year. I’d say I’ve improved but parts of me feel like I still haven’t. Soooo I guess positivity post plus a “here’s everything I did within a year of cosplaying!” Kind of thing.
My amazing friend doing her thang! :3 You go!
So, Markiplier posted this photo and...I noticed a strange resemblance.... So yeah..I made a thing! Oops. http://cheezburger.com/8593884416
Tumblr be like…
Omg. Truth.
An older concept sketch of an online RP character from a while back. The RP involved a demon hotel I think, and I named him Scelius. :)I plan on updating him with a better picture some time in the near future!
Christopher Lee Dies at age 93
Born: May 27, 1922 - Died: June 7th 2015
Sir Christopher Frank Carandini Lee starred in 281 films. Most would know him from his portrayal of Saruman in The Lord of the Rings trilogy and The Hobbit trilogy films but others also know him from his early roles as Dracula in multiple films, along with portraying The Creature character in The Curse of Frankenstein (1957). He played many characters over the course of his acting career. In an interview in 2013, Lee spoke about his love of acting. “Making films has never just been a job to me, it is my life,” he said. “I have some interests outside of acting – I sing and I’ve written books, for instance – but acting is what keeps me going, it’s what I do, it gives life purpose.” Christopher has done so much greatness for this world, it’s a sad day knowing he is no longer a part of it but his memory and many films will live on forever.
Christopher Lee was an incredible human being. I could try and summarize his life and all the great things he’s done but nothing I type would do him justice. So I am going to add interesting trivia on him below.( Source )
Did not start acting until he was 25 years old.
He was one of the few actors who has portrayed three different Sherlock Holmes characters: Sherlock Holmes, Mycroft Holmes and Sir Henry Baskerville.
Since his feature film debut in Corridor of Mirrors (1948), he has had at least one film role every year except for 1993, 1995, 1997, 2000 and 2006.
At 6 feet 5 inches, he is entered into the Guinness Book of World Records as “The Tallest Leading Actor”.
Like his Lord of the Rings director, Peter Jackson, he has appeared in films with three generations of Astins.
As a veritable J.R.R. Tolkien expert and the only member of the cast who had met Tolkien himself, he often visited the Production department on the sets of the various Lord of the Rings movies to give advice and tips on the various attributes of the films.
Read the Lord of the Rings trilogy once a year for decades, long before the film series ever got started.
He got started in films when his cousin Count Niccolo Carandini, Italy’s first post war ambassador to Britain introduced him to Filipo Del Guidice of Two Cities Film.
Rest in Peace Christopher Lee, we love you.
#he also became a heavy metal artist at age 88 and released metal christmas albums every year #rip \m/
A commission I did for a good friend of his D&D character! :) Yes, she is based heavily on Uriel from Darksiders as per request. Done mostly with Sakura pens, shades of grey pens, and some white charcoal for highlights!
“Things are going to be a lot difference once I’m in charge…”
how about starting off a new blog with some different photos from my jack shoot a while back? I don’t think I ever posted these up so enjoy!
A great friend and great cosplayer. :) And probably hands down one of the best Handsome Jack’s I have seen to date! Even then man himself might be slightly envious.
Another tattoo design commission! This one for a good friend who wanted to have a tattoo to one day commemorate her grandmother. Name and birth date have been distorted for privacy. :)
A doodle I did with sakura pens and brush tip markers for a good friend of mine for Christmas! Yeah, it’s been a while since I did it. But, here it is! She adores Toothless and adored the picture. :)
