I dont know if this is a thing, but I feel like a part of depersonalization is like... hyper-personalization? Where it's like all of a sudden you feel like you're waking up from a dream, even though you're already awake, and you're like super aware of your body, but in a disconcerting way

Like sometimes ill be doing something or talking to someone, and then I'll suddenly remember that I like have a whole ass skeleton inside me, and I'm watching myself move/listening to myself talk, but it doesn't make any sense

My brain just kind of shuts down and I have to manually force myself to keep doing whatever I was doing
