two things i think are REQUIRED for a buck and eddie getting together arc:

eddie has to choose buck. this is necessary character development for both of them (and also for me because otherwise this will be my supervillain origin story). eddie needs to choose something that will make him happy rather than denying himself habitually as punishment, and he needs to admit what he wants. buck needs to be shown that he's wanted, that not only has eddie chosen him specifically but eddie knows him better than anyone else in the world and has seen him at his worst and loves him for it. he doesn't need to be on his best behavior for eddie, ever.

after they kiss buck needs to freak the fuck out and run to maddie or hen or bobby and go "I KISSED EDDIE. I AM A MONSTER. JAIL FOR BUCK FOR ONE THOUSAND YEARS" and then when they make him go through the sequence of events that actually happened they're like "uhhhh it sounds like he kissed you, bud. did you just blank on the whole part where he said he loves you and tenderly caressed your face?" but buck is still breathing into a paper bag.

bonus requirement: eddie needs to kiss buck's birthmark.

I'm predicting that the Newsies UK announcement will be a tour.

Think about it.

The proshot was removed from Disney+ in the UK and Europe.

It would make sense why Disney would do that to increase ticket sales in the area since people are less likely to go see something live when they can watch what is essentially the same thing at home.

It would also make sense why Disney would do that the week before Newsies is set to perform at the WhatsOnStage Awards and possibly make an announcement.

so we’re all familiar with the little animations that happen during important romantic scenes

but let’s talk about Issac. Issac spends most of the season confused about his sexuality and feeling that something is wrong with him.

When he discovers asexuality at the art school, he gets the leaf animation we’re used to seeing for the couples. When the art about crush culture is being explained to him, Issac can see that the artist is proud of being asexual; eager to explain his identity to a stranger viewing his piece. He is overwhelmed with the fact that he not only isn’t broken, but that his sexuality is something someone could be so proud of having.

The leaves still represent love, but instead of romantic love, it’s self love.
