Yandere!Merman Prince x GN!Human Reader

The Sea of Forgotten Echoes was a term coined by locals along Aglos’ southern coast due to hushed whispers about sailors disappearing around the bay area. It was rumored that if you were to stand near the shore after dusk and listen real closely, you could hear the bloodcurdling screams of the sea's latest victims.

You were originally planning to take a flight out to go see one of your long-distance friends. It was a simple four hour ride, nothing too long. But during your ride an unexpected storm hit the right wing of the plane despite the forecast predicting clear skies. The pilot quickly lost control of the engine’s systems, resulting in the aircraft colliding into the murky waters of the Sea of Forgotten Echos. Immediately, the situation became cutthroat when every passenger only really cared for their own well-being. This led to some individuals even shoving others into the sea, in hopes of grabbing their own life vest. Consequently, you end up clinging to a torn seat cushion out in the middle of the waters.

Of course, you had to take your flight in the evening because you didn’t want to take an early flight. So you couldn’t really make out what was further than a couple of feet of you. Even then, the ocean was an endless expanse of water, so it wasn't like there was anything that really stood out to the naked eye. What worried you was you felt like you were being watched, despite it being too dark to make out anything. It couldn't be another passenger, they were long gone by this point. The current already carried you far enough away that you were completely alone.

It wasn’t long until something grabbed your dangling ankle and yanked you under. Despite all of your struggles, you couldn’t do much against these massive, unknown creatures. Whatever they were, your gut told you they wanted you dead.

You would have likely drowned if they hadn’t dragged you into a coastal cave instead of an underwater one. Luckily, it wasn’t an underwater cave, as that would have been a slow, painful death from the gradual loss of oxygen. 

When you do wake up, you are met with a creature with unsettling black beady eyes. It had sharp canine teeth likely meant to pierce through flesh, scales across its skin, and sharp black claws. Its tail and claws sparkled the color of obsidian, with the ends glowing a light lavender. Its long, wavy hair matched its tail in its black roots and lavender ends. It had fins protruding off each side of its head in what would be the place human ears would be. They were translucent yet matched the color of its deep ebony tail. You noticed its gills were positioned on each side of its ribs. Judging by its build, you could only assume it was male due to its lithe yet toned upper body. Almost like how his tail matched the color of an obsidian gemstone, his skin’s complexion matched that of a smoky quartz when reflected against the sun. 

You immediately start coughing up seawater after you lift your head to actually confirm the creature's existence. His expression looks almost amused that you can’t breathe water like him. In a flash, he’s on top of you, smushing your face together with his webbed claws, poking your belly, and tugging on your hair. He’s never seen a human, much less this up close before. The elders in his pod always warned him to never get too close to large groups of them. Best you would end up on a skewer, they warned.

You attempt to push him off you, but his body is much larger in comparison to the average human male. You concluded that he probably reached at least eight feet with the total height of his tail fin and his upper body.

“Such a soft, fleshy creature. Now stay still.” His voice almost sounded like he was casting a curse on you with just his words alone. He then proceeded to give you a toothy grin, but to you it only looked like a menacing great white’s set of teeth. “You look delicious.”

To merfolk, humans are like a fancy dish that would be considered fine dining by human standards. The human equivalent could be dishes like lobster or caviar. Not to say humans don’t also feast on merfolk, wealthy elites enjoy their tails filleted and slowly confit.

For the following three days, he brings you meals to ‘fatten you up.’ But every time he does, he just gets this sudden cuteness aggression towards you. This can include squeezing your body or pinching your face until you wail at him to stop. He especially finds it adorable when you gag at the dead creatures he brings you. He's unaware that you can’t just eat a sea urchin or break open a shell with your bare hands. Since you react poorly to the meals he hunts for you, he assumes you're a human runt. You can't crack open a shellfish by yourself? He has to do it for you? You must be super weak by human standards...

You did finally learn that his name was Kaerio, which was considered an elegant name by merfolk standards according to him. Of course he did not bother to elaborate on the reasons why it was; you could only take his word for it.

Kaerio is surprisingly playful, making clicking noises at you and licking your cheek to try and get that look of disgust on your face. To be fair, it was a common way to groom others in merfolk culture. Mates often licked each other during the courting process or before they went out hunting as a way of expressing affection. So in one way, he was doing it to get that reaction out of you, but also he was rubbing his scent on you. 

The others in his pod were confused; after all, they captured you as a meal for their prince. You were meant to be a delicacy that mainly merfolk royalty got to eat. But instead, the prince was found playing with his food…literally.

By the third day, the prince announces to his pod that he wants to keep you as a ‘pet.’ The pod was originally unsure how to respond to this, but they also knew best to give in to their haughty, abrasive prince.

The Solar Eclipse is mainly composed of its upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs has private rooms where alphas can request omegas; however, this is only for really high-end clients. The downstairs is the general area with the bar, lounge, and dance area. In addition, there was a private room on the bottom floor with a long table and a cigar tray that was designed for games such as Poker and Roulette. Typically, you just stay on the first floor by the bar. Behind the bar is the staff breakroom, and the office is set up purposefully across from the breakroom, located in the way back. It is set up that way to avoid others' sensitive ears or potential rivals. The mafia can drop by the office at a moment's notice to check up on the revenue, despite the nightclub owner not being a legitimate member of the family. The majority of the revenue generated by the nightclub goes to the Santoro family in exchange for club security.

Yandere!Alpha, Fiorenzo requests that you meet him in the office. You oblige and trudge all the way to the back. You find him sitting down in the leather office chair behind the desk when you enter. “What do you think of velvet cake?”

“It’s alright.” You shrug. 

Internally, Fiorenzo is foaming at the mouth at this new piece of information. You like the same cake that he does! He knew it, you’re his soulmate! He makes a mental note to write this down as your future wedding cake. In your view, you just think he’s asking your opinion on whether he should add it to the menu, but oh boy, are you wrong. 

Yandere!Omega, Celos, meanwhile, is quietly fuming in the corner. He knows Fiorenzo likes you; he could practically see his eyes undressing you from across the room. Yet, Fiorenzo is unaware of Celos’ true feelings. He knows Celos is the most requested omega in the nightclub because of the monthly spreadsheet for the dancers’ total earnings. But to him, he’s just a name on the paper. Or more specifically, Nova, Celos’ stage name. 

While Fiorenzo is playing checkers, Celos is playing chess. The omega starts to purposely flirt with dangerous clients that he knows have a chance at taking out Fiorenzo. They keep saying they will, but it just never actually works. Fiorenzo is almost always guarded, and the guards he has are the best in the business. 

When Fiorenzo finally catches on, it isn't when he sees how often Celos hugs you. He merely waves it off as a friendly gesture, but then he sees Celos scenting you, and his whole view of the omega changes. Scenting is only something people do with their pups and their mates, not a friend.

During this period, Celos is following him to give more information to a possible sniper. His plans are halted when you accidentally spot him tailing Fiorenzo after work. Of course, your assumption is that Celos has a crush on Fiorenzo. All of the past affection Celos was giving to you must have been to try to get the alpha jealous. You end up keeping this information to yourself, and the next time Fiorenzo comes into the Solar Eclipse, you’re playing into the lovey-dovey affection with Celos.

In response to this new display of 'reciprocated' affection, Fiorenzo requests that Celos come to the office with him. Unbeknownst to both of them, you think the alpha is finally confessing his feelings. Once behind closed doors, Fiorenzo speaks, “One of us will be in cement shoes by the end of this.” He didn’t entirely mean this as a death threat; it was merely mafia slang, but to Celos, this was an act of war. 

This misunderstanding has led you to the conclusion that the two are now dating. By this point, you’re completely disengaged from any affection the two might be offering you. You’re so weirdly vague to them too. You’ll say things like “I’m so glad you both had that talk,” and “I support you." Though, in their minds, that means you’re encouraging them to compete for you. 

After you have been declining their advances for over three months, they eventually both snap. Coincidentally, they both end up at your shitty apartment at 5 p.m. sharp. It was a reasonable hour for a visit, not too late, and it was also around dinnertime.

Your apartment is extremely small for three people: one bathroom, a tiny kitchen, a small common room, and one bedroom (you are sharing a room with one roommate), while the other roommate sleeps on the couch. There were cat toys scattered all over the floor, as well as cat markings on all of the furniture. 

When Fiorenzo glances around the entrance of your apartment, he blurts out, “Damn, you live like this? I’m getting you a better apartment.” You just assume that just means that you’re getting a raise and not that he’s planning for you to move in this second. Because why would you ever have a logistical conclusion to anything insane these two men were doing?

You probably would have been more offended if he didn't come with an offering. In one of his hands, he has a loaf of bread, and in the other a bottle of imported wine with a fancy label wrapped around its neck.

Celos, on the other hand, is a little judgmental of your place, but he keeps it to himself (Fiorenzo can learn a thing or two). He didn't come with anything, as he believes himself is enough of a gift to bring.

Now your two stalkers are renovating your apartment! Especially, the worrisome ceiling that was leaking and the weird noise your heater emits. Oh, did your roommate just offer them both a beer? Yeah, they're never leaving you alone like this now...

Terribly lmaooo. Shoko and Shiu cannot find any rhythm, and I fear they don’t dance often. Now, if they were drunk, that's a different story. Sukuna also cannot twerk, unless you lie and say it’s some sort of battle, and maybe he’ll do it.

Platonic JJK Characters x Fem!Reader

A/N: This was my most popular vote on my poll! I am in the middle of the Culling Games, so I am not sure if this is OOC. I know the characters in this are a bit random; these are just the characters I really like. And I love writing characters who don’t tend to get a lot of love! If I do another part, I’d love to do Kirara, Utahime, Noritoshi, and Yuki. But I’ll be open to requests for any other characters!

Shoko Ieiri would benefit most from someone outside the sorcerer world. She may have been lucky to survive this long as a sorcerer, but she was forced to watch the cruelty on the sidelines. She didn’t externalize it, but she was upset when Gojo said he was alone despite her being there for him. She has a plethora of vices, but her main ones are smoking and alcohol. It’s no surprise as to why, as said, she had to see so many traumatic things at an early age.

I imagine the reader is a very optimistic and emotional person. Someone who cries over a cheesy film and believes in the goodness of everyone else. Essentially, you contrast with Shoko’s emotionless exterior. 

She meets you at one of the bars she frequents. Right away, she notices you’re a bubbly foreign server who cannot stop talking her ear off in broken Japanese. Shoko is a heavy drinker, so naturally, she keeps calling you to get her more drinks. By the time she’s downing her fifth drink, you’re sweating from running back and forth between her and the other customers. She isn’t even tipsy, but she does something rather impulsive for her: she writes her number on the bottom of her bill. You’re a bit confused about the reason, but that must mean she wants to be your friend! 

Which, yes, she does want to be your friend, but it does get rather intense real quick. You are unaware of this, but because of Shoko’s line of work, she can’t just have a normal attachment. People drop like flies, and she’s basically the only one who can prevent these deaths from occurring. After looking death in the eyes daily, she has become detached from close relationships. She’s still close to Gojo and Utahime, but still feels this pit of emptiness in her chest.  

Being around you makes her want to quit smoking again for the second time. You’re just so bright and carefree, and being around you makes her feel like a teenager again. Or at least how she should have felt like a teenager. Sorcerers don't really get to be normal teenagers. She never had to worry about some petty high school drama or college entrance exams. 

Yes, she’s an alcoholic, but now she has an excuse to go to your work every day. She’s surprisingly thoughtful, often gifting you sweets that were meant for her patients. And if you get harassed or hit on, Shoko will step in. She doesn’t have a cursed technique that is meant for battle, but that doesn’t mean she cannot fight. One time, you accidentally called a customer’s hair scary instead of cute. You said 『こわい』 (kowai) vs「かわいい」(kawaii). Needless to say, he was not very happy with that. Luckily, Shoko intervened and explained what you meant, and he calmed down. 

Shoko may be hard to read, but she’s much softer around you. For one, she has to be, you literally need to be spoken to slowly, but two, she likes imagining a life where she doesn’t have to be burdened with stress. She’ll take you around Tokyo shopping or sightseeing. She does find it cute how excited you get at the little things, like strawberries on a stick or big build-boards. She’ll pay for whatever you show interest in, within reason. Jujutsu High cannot afford to find another doctor, so they can handle her spending a little bit of the funds on an arcade plushie. 

Shiu Kong (Kong Si-woo) would benefit from a reader who is a calm, normal-abiding citizen. He’s dealt with clients like ‘sorcerer killer’ Toji to cult leader Suguru, so having someone who isn’t embedded in the world of curses and dirty money would be good for his sanity. 

Shiu is a former detective, now broker, in his late 30s/early 40s. He’s also Korean, so I imagine reader bonds with him over how hard it is to learn Japanese. His Japanese is much more developed than yours, considering he must speak business Japanese (Keigo) with his clients. As such, he becomes a teacher figure to you in a way and helps you practice in a much more relaxed setting. He likely knows English as well, given that it would be very beneficial for his job, so if you are really struggling, he can help. 

He first meets you at a pet store selling fish. Collecting tropical fish was his main hobby outside of work, and he was looking for a new fish to buy for his tank. Next to the tank he was inspecting was a round tank where people could pay to feed large fish. He found you kneeling down, staring at the fish in awe. Shiu was amused, so he moved over to watch as you plop a fish pellet in front of a foot-sized catfish. Its body was nestled at the bottom of the tank, but when it saw the pellet plop into the water, it jolted up and left a big splash outside of the tank.

The splash left you sitting there, startled and soaked in your work clothes. Unlucky for you, your top was white and see-through, making you feel rather exposed in the public shop. Shiu was a gentleman foremost, and took his suit jacket off to wrap around your shoulders. It was definitely in a more paternal way with how much he was making sure no other people were looking your way. 

To get your mind off the splash, he asks you about your interest in feeding the fish. You simply respond by saying how you find them really cute. He doesn’t even realize how he’s pointing out each fish in the tank and saying their species and price on the market. You keep nodding along to everything he’s saying and asking questions. They were a little silly, though, like, ‘Is that the fish in Finding Nemo?’ and ‘Does that fish eat the fish in the right tank?’

Surprisingly, he answers all of your silly and a bit unrelated questions. You were a little concerned he was asking for something else when he offered to get you a meal, but soon found out it was innocent. He’s great at reading people, and he easily picked up on your hesitance. So, he reassures you that he’s just offering because he likes people who also like fish.  

He tries not to smoke during dinner with you, but does leave for a couple of minutes for a smoke. Funnily enough, like Shoko, he uses smoking to calm down with incessant clients. Though in this case, it was out of pure habit.

After looking out for you for a couple of months, he really does start to act like a father to you. Sure, he’s babysat Megumi a couple of times, but he never thought of himself as a family man until now. And what I mean is he’s calling you to do your taxes together, and not knowing the name of any of your friends, other than one singular characteristic about them. 

In this timeline, Toji isn't killed, and Shiu is blabbing all about you on the phone after Toji asked if he had another job posting. Toji wasn’t happy because he needed money, and now his broker is going on about taking a vacation to Okinawa to go scuba diving with his new adopted daughter. It didn’t matter that you were an adult now; you were Shiu’s daughter now. 

He does not want you to meet Geto, especially as he would likely hate you for being a normal human. Shiu doesn’t have any cursed technique, but he can see curses, so Geto doesn’t see him as a ‘monkey’ like he would see you. This results in him being a little overprotective of who he allows around you. His job can be dangerous, so he doesn't want to drag you into it.

He does spoil you rotten with the money he makes. Now the two of you have a shared fish tank at his place (he lets you pick out the bright color fishes).

Ryomen Sukuna with a baker reader (kind of like Nanami and that baker girl). You work at a local mom-and-pop shop in Tokyo. You're mediocre at best, but follow the recipes given to you to the T.

See, Sukuna’s favorite meal is human flesh, and unfortunately, he thinks your baking tastes like that. The reader is rightfully offended (and scared) when he compares it to human flesh, but then he says he loves it, she’s like 'um okay, I guess??' And God does he LOVE to eat. Suddenly, this slightly run-down business is reaching record numbers just through his orders alone. 

At first, he’s demanding that you bake him banana nut bread in a curt tone. But after eating your food a couple of times, he starts to be less demanding and just gives you a nod when you walk in.

He’s still very arrogant, but now more so; you’ve added to his arrogance. For example, he will refer to you as his human servant. But since you are technically serving him (i.e., food), you are, in a way, a servant. 

Don’t worry, he takes that title with great pride, and if anything, he just expects you to bake for him and follow him around (like Uraume). Uraume is a little confused why their Lord is so interested in you, a regular human, but just accepts you as a fellow ‘servant.’

Sukuna isn’t that bad after he’s taken a liking to you. Okay, you do have to tell him to not smite random customers when they’re in front of him in line, but he does give you gold coins as compensation?

Weirdly, he wants to go try modern-day things with you. There’s a scene in Season 2 where Sukuna is eating popcorn after noticing Yuji ate it before. I’d like to think he would just drag the reader to places like the mall, a festival, or a concert. He’s grumbling the whole time, but he’s watching you to understand what’s going on. See, he’s a thousand-plus-year-old curse; he doesn’t get this modern technology or music. He does like the food, though it has drastically changed since he was a human. Anything he doesn’t like, he’ll just hand to you to eat. 

One of Sukuna's four arms will wrap around your shoulders as you walk around. To non-sorcerers, it can be jarring to encounter the 6’11 man with two extra limbs. As a result, people usually just avoid you by proxy when you're with him. You told him to wear a shirt or a cloth over his stomach because the tongue thing can be a lot. You shrieked seeing it for the first time, and he just gave you a look to be quiet...

He’ll randomly pat your head, especially if he approves of something you did. He kind of sees you as a combination of a servant and a puppy? Eh, he’s not trying to kill you or hurt you, so it’s mostly harmless. Plus, now you don’t have to carry heavy things with him around!

Lastly, prepare to hear about his nonstop bragging. He does start acting like a nerd whenever he is talking about battle logistics but he ups it even more to impress you. In addition, when Sukuna sees you he gets overly excited. So to others who know Sukuna it looks like he was the one being possessed…

The Solar Eclipse is an infamous nightclub in the underbelly of Caltanizara’s streets. It’s well known that the club is owned by the Santoro family. Lonely alphas go there all the time to satisfy their darkest desires from omega hosts. Clientele can range from dangerous alpha criminals, politicians to wealthy CEOs. Since it is owned by the mafia, there are little to no regulations. As such, it is not uncommon to see unsavory figures near the bar.

Yandere!Alpha, Fiorenzo, was raised by a distant middle-class family. He was taught that you are supposed to objectify omegas very early on in his childhood. After all, his older brother had pinned up posters of omegas in lingerie and swimsuits in their shared room. His brother even gave him a look when he wouldn’t give him a straight forward answer of his favorite omega adult film star. The one issue was…he was still a virgin. He never actually felt any attraction towards omegas; he would just lie and list off certain features he noticed alphas liked about him. He noticed alphas liked omegas that were small, delicate, with a slim waist, long eyelashes, yet somehow always looked natural. But he truly never cared about that. In fact, he thought he was asexual for the longest time until he met you. This explains his very intense, sudden attachment towards you since he never felt that way with anyone before. 

Yandere!Omega, Celos is the most popular host at the Solar Eclipse and sometimes ‘dances’ for extra tips. Alphas all across the city would come in to request the pretty omega. His hair is shoulder-length and typically half up when he goes out. He could never decide on a color, but currently it’s dyed pink with faded tips. He has very feminine features like long eyelashes and plump lips. He has the sluttiest waist with an ample rear that alphas love ogling at. Celos is a whopping 5’6, which is slightly taller than average for omegas. 

Celos’ parents told him he needs to find an alpha mate, as it would be the only way for them to get out of the lower middle-class. His alpha father was having multiple affairs throughout his childhood, so his omega father kept making sure his son remained pure, as it was the only semblance of control he had left. They also couldn’t afford to get a divorce, much less college for their son. The virtues his omega father ingrained in him were so deep that when his parents found out he was sleeping around in late high school, they kicked him out. To them, an impure omega son was one less belly to feed.

Growing up, he always loved to skate on the ice. He was very successful in the young omega circuit but was forced to quit because his parents couldn’t afford to pay for more lessons. So when he was kicked out, he transferred his one skill on the ice to the club.

When something reminds him of home during a client session, he will promptly excuse himself. One time, a client ordered a cheap drink that his parents used to have during special occasions, and had to step out to avoid his charming facade from cracking.

You have been working at Solar Eclipse for three years now, while Celos has been there for six. As a beta, you could only take on the role of a waitress or a bartender. And your mixology skills were subpar, so there was only one true option… 

Celos has a very unhealthy attachment to you. He never had any healthy attachments to mirror off of anyway. One of his parents was cheating on the other, and his previous relationships always felt like he had to give up his body to keep them interested in him. 

You were the first person to not view Celos for just his body or gender. One time, Celos was getting harassed by an alpha twice his size, and you popped up out of nowhere to de-escalate the situation. Ever since then, he started viewing you as some sort of savior or goddess. 

And he has told you multiple times that you cannot quit. He has done tactics from guilt tripping to straight-up threatening to break into your apartment to drag you back. By this point, you decided you won’t quit because knowing Celos, he would. Also, since he is so innocent-looking, the police would most likely not believe you.

No one would even assume this man is a freak. It’s not even like a freak in the sexual sense, more like he wants to crawl under your skin like a blanket. He wants to bury his nose against your scent gland, which is very faint due to being a beta, then lick your sweat. He genuinely would bottle up your sweat and drink it. 

He is super super clingy. Whenever he isn’t entertaining a client, he is wrapping his arms around your shoulders and scenting you. He understands that as an omega, he can't really scent you, but it doesn't stop him from trying. He even goes as far as eating your food mid-chew. Considering how much of a freak he is, he would feed you or let you feed him like a mama bird given the chance. One time, he tried to reach for the gum that was already in your mouth; luckily, a bartender called for him before he could.

Celos doesn’t really talk about how it got to this point, but he is disgusted by alphas. Yes, he entertains them sexually, but that’s because he was taught his entire life that his body is the only value he has. He has had many unwanted experiences with them even before he started working at the Solar Eclipse. In high school, his alpha ex-boyfriend forced himself on him while they were drinking. It was so terrifying how much bigger and stronger he was that Celos felt like he couldn’t move a single muscle in that moment.

The smell of them makes his nose itch, and sometimes their cologne stings his eyes and throat so much that he gags. Thankfully, he has desensitized himself enough that it doesn’t happen as often since he joined the club. If he were honest, though, he would rather not ever have to be near an alpha ever again. 

But you, you were a beta. Not one of those scary, lustful creatures that grab him for their own pleasure and throw him out once they're satisfied. And you keep indirectly indulging him in these behaviors by being so oblivious! How you don’t see his unhinged behaviors as an obsession is somehow impressive. 

The issue was that Fiorenzo was now frequenting the club to see you and Celos doesn’t like it one bit. Sure, because he wants you to himself, but also because that man is dangerous! And he's an alpha, and alpha can't be trusted. He just wants to use don't you see?

In this world, alphas are the most favored gender, at being 45% of the population. Omegas are slightly more favored, at 29% of the population, and betas are at 26%. Alphas typically pair with omegas and hope for more alpha heirs, but are still likely to produce omegas. At the same time, betas are the rarest since alphas and omegas usually refuse to pair and mate with betas since they don’t have strong pheromones or heats/ruts. As such, the most common beta pairing is another beta. Betas may lack a heat and rut, but female betas still menstruate in place of one. Omegas experience their own form of oppression, but for betas, you are often denied jobs based on your secondary sex and spat at in public. As a result, many betas live together for safety and form their own communities away from alphas and omegas. 

Fem beta!reader is a waitress at the nightclub Solar Eclipse. You have two beta roommates and a cat that the three of you coparent. You hate the nightclub where you work, and the only reasons you haven’t quit are because of your omega coworker, bills, and free alcohol. 

You are the most oblivious person ever on planet Earth. It doesn’t help that you lack your own pheromones and the ability to smell others’ pheromones. This is essential in this world, as pheromones are a key means of detecting subtle social cues and emotions in others. You have the unfortunate luck of attracting the most obsessive omega and alpha in the city. One being Celos, your omega coworker, and Fiorenzo, an alpha in the mafia who indirectly has ties to the nightclub. 

Yandere!Alpha Fiorenzo is the consigliere of the Santoro Family. This essentially means he is the advisor of the Don or the big boss of the mafia. He has very stereotypical macho alpha traits, such as being 6’3, lean and muscular, having two sleeves, and a back tattoo of a dragon across his shoulder blades. Being Italian, he has sun-kissed skin, messy dark hair, and light brown eyes.  

His morning routine includes him getting up at the ass crack of dawn, drinking a couple of raw eggs, and downing a protein shake before he goes on a 2-3 hour run (borderline sprinting). This is actually where he meets beta reader, and he fully boldozes over you. He does not stop to ask if you’re okay; he keeps running. It takes around 12 runs for you to actually dodge. 

When you usually run into him, you are leaving the club’s back exit at around 4 AM, hammered, so of course, you don’t believe he’s a real person and insist it’s your imagination. However when you dodge for the first time after twelve weeks, he stops his run and asks how you managed to time your dodge perfectly. You just opened your bottle of Svedka in response, not actually grasping that he is a real person.

You’re so drunk that you almost fall over, so he naturally moves to catch you. You have the terrible combination of being inebriated and pissed at that moment (you got ripped off in the club earlier during your shift). You snap and throw the bottle at him; you missed mostly because you’re exhausted and unable to stand up straight. 

You don’t know this, but Fiorenzo is fucking crazy. In Fiorenzo’s mind, you are the love of his life. A person who doesn’t automatically fear him, but instead attacks him? Without being a part of his line of work? Is this heaven? 

He goes to work after his run and tells his boss, the Don, that he found his soulmate and he’s already planning the wedding. Much to everyone’s surprise, the Santoro Don is super supportive of Fiorenzo pursuing a beta. People thought he would be against it because he would see it as a distraction, or that he would hate it because you are a beta and not an omega. But no, the Don is happy for his right hand man and wants him to tie the knot (literally and figuratively).

After that incident, instead of sprinting by the area you usually exit the nightclub, he is carefully jogging, waiting to catch a glimpse of you. If he doesn’t see you, he returns to work almost pouting. Which is rather comical for an alpha of his stature. The good thing for him is that he has memorized your schedule now and knows what days you have off. 

He finds you very amusing since you’re an oblivious beta. He’s been around betas but never this close up. See, he has been planning everything for your (not even real) relationship. He has everything picked out for you; you’ll move into his moderately sized house with a proper washer and dryer. As well as picking out a new in-network doctor, you know the doctors betas see are always so dismissive. The wedding planning is a no-brainer. He wants a summer wedding with a small circle of people, so you’re not put in any danger. He's thinking somewhere tropical for the honeymoon. Totally not because he's imagining you in a bikini! He may or may not have purchased some for you already...

The issue is you have no idea you’re being stalked by this hunk of a man. It’s great for him since he doesn’t have to be careful with his traces; you can’t even pick up his pheromones. But he’s starting to get concerned. If his dove can’t sense she’s being followed, what would happen if she was being hunted by someone else?!

This is where his paranoia starts to kick in and makes him behave impulsively. The Santoro family own the Solar Eclipse; he could just use the excuse that he has to check up on the place. 

Fiorenzo shows up unannounced during your shift, pretending he needs to go over the monthly earnings with the owner. In the corner of your eye, you can feel his burning gaze, but you brush it off. After all, why would such a dangerous man be after you? 

He comes up to you during your shift to ask for a drink. When you come back to hand it to him, his hand lingers before wrapping itself around your wrist. 

“Dove, have you been working too hard? I told the owner to stop scheduling you for consecutive long shifts.” His words were a slip-up, yet every red flag goes right over your head. 

“Oh, I’m okay.” You wave him off. “I just did two shots, and when I get home, I get to eat leftover pizza and watch a new episode from my favorite show.” 

“In your small apartment on the seventh floor?”

“Yes! Wow, what a lucky guess.” 

This was going to be a long week…

Cater

Cater’s lore is a lot. First, let’s get into the whole masking his ‘real’ self. I believe this stems from his upbringing. He moved around a lot growing up because of his father’s career as a banker. Due to this, he never got to form long-lasting friendships. In addition, his relationship with his two older sisters is complicated. 

Apparently, they didn’t have any negative intent, but they would often force Cater into doing things he didn’t want. His sisters would often make him do their errands and have him carry their things. They also would gift him things that were overly cute/feminine, like stuffed animals, perfume, or dolls. But these were things Cater never asked for nor wanted. He has said they have started to pay attention to what he wants at the very least. 

This is also why he hates sweets; it reminds him of how they would make him eat all the sweets they got him by guilting him into doing so. 

You need to be either super low maintenance and chill or kinda like Riddle, where your whole act is together, and you’re very responsible. If you are low-maintenance, he will really appreciate how you don’t ask unreasonable things of him or force him to do stuff for your amusement. That’s not to say the relationship is low maintenance; you are just way less demanding. If you are the responsible type, you don’t ask things for him because you are independent enough not to constantly ask for help from others. With this type, he might feel more comfortable leaning on you for help.

The reason he is obsessed with social media is that he can keep connections while maintaining a safe distance. It’s why he says he has acquaintances and not friends from his old school. This translates to he is going to take a while to open up. I’d argue this is Leona-level speed in becoming attached. 

But let’s first start when you meet him at the beginning of Book 1. At first, he thinks nothing much of you, just Ace and Deuce’s classmate. Sure, he was friendly with you in the beginning, but that’s just his front. It’s only after you help the dorm handle Riddle that he views you more favorably. 

As I mentioned before, you are nothing like his sisters, so he is calmer when talking with you. I am not going to lie, though, he is more closed off since you are an older woman. So patience is key with him. It’s a good sign if he wants to post you online, though! 

He does enjoy trendy things, so give him that Mostro Lounge discount you got from the twins or that jewelry Leona offhandedly gifted you that ended up not really meshing with your style. 

He might give you some tips on how to pass certain classes. Like pay attention to the last ten minutes of Trein’s lecture, that’s when he typically gives a summary of the lesson.

You’re already there at the unbirthday parties, so why not take some photos together? If you offer to take his photo before he asks you, he’ll start calling you his bestie. C’mon, bestie, one more photo at this angle, please? 

He loves savory and salty foods, so if you are a decent chef, he'll love it. Bonus points if you can make food that looks aesthetically pleasing.

You met Cater earlier on, so he is your first introduction to the Pop Music Club. It can be very overstimulating in there, so bring earpieces if you’re sensitive to noise. But if you like this genre of music, you get a free show! Ticket prices are insane, so a deal is a deal. 

A little physically clingy, like hugging or an arm around your shoulder. Will look out for you if he sees some other students picking on you because he, of all people, knows how to de-escalate or medicate a situation. 

The key is to be affectionate while staying true to your word. Loyalty is big on becoming close with Cater. Consistent loyalty will make him more likely to open up about his past and insecurities with you.

To be honest, I feel like he doesn’t view you as a sister because of how complicated his relationship with his sisters is. It’s a little bit between a best friend and cool older cousin, if that makes sense?

Lastly, Riddle appreciates your and Cater’s friendship. He likes how he is looking out for his mama. 

Silver 

Happy birthday, Silver! I didn’t even realize I was going to be writing it on his birthday, haha. Book 7 spoiler warning! 

MC has only small interactions with Silver until Book 7. It hasn’t been revealed why yet, but Silver and MC share the dream interactions with Mickey, which I find particularly interesting. I do think Silver and MC have a unique bond, and they keep hinting at it. Like, why is Silver the only character to be based on a princess and not a villain? Additionally, both MC and he are people who don’t belong where they are, regarding their backgrounds. 

Silver is one of the few characters in the game to be gentle to MC and worried for their well-being. In Book 7, the two of you work together to help save the others, and he is frequently concerned about MC. He also confided in her regarding his narcolepsy and his relationship with Lilia.  

I didn’t mention this in my previous part with Malleus, but I do think there was some envy Malleus had of Silver. The two were raised by Lilia in very different circumstances and at different times in the general’s life. Malleus got a much colder and harsher version of Lilia, while Silver got a warmer and whimsical one. Malleus was asked to be looked after by the Queen, while Lilia willingly took on the role of caretaker for Silver. This is important to Malleus in particular because he longs for that warm parent relationship that he never got to have. Of course, I don’t think Lilia was extremely cruel to Malleus, but you have to keep in mind that he was considered a ruthless war general at that time. 

I also want to get into Lilia’s parenting of Silver. Silver was isolated as a child and was limited in interacting with only the fae. Or more specifically, Malleus, Sebek, and Lilia. As such, he has that sheltered upbringing that leaves him really naive. Lilia also dropped Sebek and Silver in the middle of the mountains and told them to survive for a week with only a little bit of supplies. I know it’s because he wanted to teach them survival skills, but I personally find that a bit insane. They were barely making it (Sebek’s words), but this definitely could have significantly affected Silver’s mental well-being. Imagine your parent, your caregiver, and a safe place just left you out in the middle of nowhere to fend for yourself. That has got to have caused some sort of psychological trauma. 

He will benefit most with a soft and caring MC. Especially one who is patient and understanding with his condition. He'll view you as his older sister, whom he looks up to a great deal. Yes, he looks up to his father and Malleus, but with you, it's different because you're a human like him!

He’s going to you for questions about humans. Sure, Lilia could answer them, but he wants to hear them directly from the source. But, you also don’t know what a normal human is for this world, so it’s like the blind leading the blind. 

He is going to love it if you can cook! He’s going to want to help, of course, but more importantly, learn from you. He is trying his very best, so do try to be understanding if he messes up or falls asleep. 

Speaking of which, he would love to learn more about human technology. He does games with his dad, but the controls always confuse him. If you could just gently teach him how to work a TV remote, that would be very helpful. 

One of the most appreciative characters to you for helping or caring about him. He’ll be giving you the softest smile after you do him a tiny favor. 

Don’t you worry, he is trying his best to return the favor! You need something moved in Ramshackle; he’s your guy. Anything that requires physical activity, he is on it. 

He’s somehow accidentally clingy. What I mean by this is that he will sorta just trail along behind you without meaning to. If you tell him to stop, he will profusely apologize and immediately stop. But it’s truly innocent, so I would just indulge him. 

A big sleeper (on you) just like Leona. Unlike Leona, he is more accident-prone because of his condition. Don’t be surprised if you feel a sudden weight on your shoulder while sitting next to him on the couch. He will feel guilty the first time this happens, but you just tell him it's not a big deal and that you're happy he feels safe enough to be vulnerable around you.

Now, you are watching all of the equestrian club members at practice. All three of them are now seeking out your approval. Silver is less competitive than the other two, but he does want your praise at the end of the day. 

Divus Crewel (bonus) 

My friend actually requested him; she knows nothing about Twisted Wonderland, she just said, quote on quote, ‘he serves cunt.’ 

You meet Crewel at the beginning of Book 1. He originally sees you as a troublemaker (given that you showed up in this world randomly with Grim). BUT, he starts to warm up to you, seeing how responsible you are with Grim. You are, in his view, one of the few responsible adults in the building (besides Trein and Sam). 

That shirt has a stain, nope, nope, come here, we’re getting that fixed. He stitches up your uniform and helps design some new everyday clothes for you (he is ECSTATIC about getting to do his old job again). 

He is secretly giving you some wine that he stores in the bottom drawer of his desk. He sips his wine out of a champagne flute, and he keeps an extra glass just for you (and sometimes Trein). Oh, and he puts on Bayonetta-like reading glasses whenever he has to read papers. 

He LOVES to gossip with you. Did you see Vargas this morning? Yeah, he heard him and Crowley were arguing. 

You’re telling him about all the drama and near-death experiences you have to deal with. Such as all of the overblots and bullshit you deal with daily. 

You tell him about celebrity drama from your own world, family/friend drama, how your Aunt slept with your other Aunt’s husband at Thanksgiving. The cherry on top is that your grandmother caught them, a week before their thirtieth anniversary. Crewel is getting every detail and is making a chart to confirm he’s getting it right. One time, Trein walked in while he was creating his chart for your family drama and then just turned and left. 

Crewel would ask to meet with you after class in front of everybody, so now Ace, Deuce, and Epel think you’re in trouble, when in reality, he just wants to gossip. 

He has to act like he is impartial to MC, but it is low-key obvious he favors you. He shows up to your other classes, saying he has to speak to you about an assignment, knowing damn well you turned in all of your assignments. 

Currently, MC is telling him any gossip she hears. It’s like that one scene in Winx Club with Riven: “Well, well. I know someone who will be pleased to know this. DIVUS!”

He showed up one time to your P.E. class, while Vargas was making you do pushups on the ground because you can’t use a broom. And Divus basically saved you from doing a brutal workout with Vargas. 

So right now, Sebek and Epel think you are failing his class. The only thing you’re failing at is keeping your damn mouth shut…

Thank you so much @moto-cho and @chocochip-gaia for your suggestions in my last post! I really do appreciate comments and suggestions, it gives me motivation to continue this series :)

In this part, I have Leona, Malleus, and Sebek. I am going to add Cater and Silver (I know I keep promising him, I am so sorry!) for the next part! These HCs just take a bit of time, so I apologize for the delay.

Warning: I have not finished Book 7, so I might be getting some information about Diasomnia wrong. 

Leona

The classic Leona initial impression goes like this: you step on his tail, you’re like what the fuck is this? And then go “I apologize for my actions, whatever led me to this exact moment, I'm so sorry you have to be looking like that.” By this point, you haven’t really interacted with the beastmen or nonhumans of this universe, so seeing a lion's tail was a bit jarring. Personally, I haven't ever seen a fic that explored an MC who was terrified to see someone with animal ears and a tail. Let’s be honest, you would be scared too. 

Leona is still pissed that you stepped on his tail, but you did apologize, you did add that weird comment at the end, so he’s still annoyed with you. Luckily, you are a woman, so you are given slightly more grace for your actions. 

Ruggie comes in and tries to break up this fight (?), but then he realizes the two of you are being civil, so it is unnecessary. This is also your first interaction with the hyena-hybrid, so seeing Ruggie’s tail and ears freaks you out even further. You then proceed to walk away and decide it’s best to take a nap (or have a drink). 

Leona grew up being neglected by his family and the others around him. So he has some deeply rooted insecurities and attachment issues. We can also see that he has most likely developed depression based on his outward symptoms, such as being tired all the time, sleeping constantly, lack of motivation, skipping class, etc. Due to this, he is reluctant to be vulnerable with another because of the neglect he experienced. 

From all of the information we are given, Falena didn’t have any negative feelings towards his brother. In fact, he seems to really care about him. This is comparable to Kalim and Jamil’s relationship, where Kalim genuinely did not mean to hurt Jamil and does care for him. There is only so much Falena could do; they have a ten-year age gap, and he was likely busy preparing to become king after their sick father. Considering how he describes his brother as carefree and cheerful, he would benefit most from someone who contrasts those traits. MC doesn’t have to be extremely nihilistic, but rather be someone more responsible and careful. Your MC could have any job, but let’s say she was in the corporate world, she has job responsibilities, emails, rent, taxes, etc. Stuff that is very different from royal responsibilities.

I could see him really vibing with an older MC that is either punk, goth, grunge, or emo. My reasoning would be that he sees the style/attitude as going against the ‘system,’ something he despises or blames for constantly being compared to his brother. You don’t even need to have the fashion style; it is more of how you view life in general. 

He is NOT going to admit he finds you cool for it, though. But maybe if you look closely at the twitch of his lips or the way his tail is swaying when you speak, you might notice. 

Bonus points also if you like to play chess. He is going to bother the hell out of you to play him. And now you are getting those GamePigeon chess message requests. 

To be honest, you are not really getting close to him until after Book 2, which is the same time you are becoming close with Ruggie. Which, let’s be real, is super chaotic. Jade and Floyd are their own beasts, but these two take annoying to another level. I really feel like people don’t talk about Leona’s rage-baiting skills enough. If you are unaware, just read any vignette/story where Leona interacts with Idia or Jamil. You will understand what I am talking about. 

So, considering this timeline, the twins and Azul get to face you and your two new younger brothers. The bickering and bullshit that happens in this Book increases tenfold now. Ruggie stealing Leona’s jewelry while you’re staying in his room turns into a tackle over who gets to keep it. Oh, you thought MC is going to be a good person just because she’s a responsible adult? You are dead wrong. She is stealing anything she can get her hands on. 

In all seriousness, sharing the bed with Leona and Grim is a whole ordeal. Grim talks in his sleep, and Leona is dead weight on top of you. He is basically a giant cat, and once he sleeps on top of you, you cannot move. And to make it worse, he will be in a terrible mood if you wake him up to go to the bathroom or get a drink. 

The scene where you and Grim threaten to bang pots and pans outside his room if he doesn’t help you fight Azul only adds to the sibling behavior. 

Emotionally, he is probably the most closed-off character you can get in this series. You REALLY have to look deeper into his actions; you cannot just take his words at face value. Because of this, his attachment takes much longer than any of the others. 

Jack needs a break. Please give the poor kid a break. He sometimes benefits from you being there (Leona and Ruggie will sometimes be on their best behavior), but more often than not, they are worse. How did you get Leona to start ignoring responsibilities MORE? Ruggie keeps stealing things for you (from Leona, Mostro Lounge, Kalim, unknown sources?). And now Jack is getting a headache from all this nonsense. It is comical that Jack acts more like the housewarden than his upperclassmen at times. The one time Jack appreciates you being there is when Savanaclaw has a match. Has he ever seen those two look this hyped to play Spelldrive? 

Riddle also finds this a bit of a nightmare. He already did not like the twins having a sudden interest in you, but Leona? Okay, well, maybe Floyd is worse in Riddle’s view, but Leona is also a pain in the neck for the housewarden. Especially because he views MC as a mother-figure, now he has to fight for your attention from a lion who needs Prozac. 

Much later, when you get closer to Epel, both Leona and Epel don’t mind the others’ attachment. It just makes you more likely to get dragged to their practice now that three of them want to see you watch them.

Leona is physically clingy and has no shame. This could be him napping on your shoulder or lap, or better yet, him physically picking you up for said nap. His special talent is sleeping within three seconds, so good luck getting him off of you. 

Financially, he will give you stuff, but not in the way you think. He gifts you the same way he does with Ruggie, unpredictably, indirectly, and with things he just doesn’t need himself. For instance, he doesn’t use this designer bag anymore: you take it. Or he’s ordering takeout, add your meal, but you have to pick it up. 

Malleus

Oh God, where do I start with this mess of an attachment? Just like the main story, he meets you in the middle of Book 2 during a late-night walk. You naturally act like it’s totally normal to interact with a strange, tall man (with horns?) in the middle of the dead night because by this point, what bullshit didn’t happen to you? 

Malleus LOVES that you treat him like he’s a normal person. In fact, unlike Leona, he becomes attached to you rather quickly. Even though your lack of fear might be the lack of sleep/how much you think this is a fever dream. 

Oh yeah this man is clingy. So fucking clingy that he is surpassing Riddle levels. Maybe not physically, but he is constantly showing up outside your dorm for even the hope that you will be there. He is also showering you with gifts; by this point, he might be your biggest donor. Ask him to set up a GoFundMe for you so you can get a dishwasher for Ramshackle next! Though I do not think he could even get on that website, so maybe just ask Idia…

Malleus wasn’t neglected like Leona because he had Lilia, but he definitely had the royal pressures. He, even more so as he is inheriting the crown (ouch, Leona I am so sorry). As such, you can imagine the loss of a normal childhood. Lilia was trying his best, but there was not much you could do for a child predestined to inherit the throne. 

Yes, he is technically older than you by many years, but Malleus can be very childish at times. He grew up in isolation; he lacks the proper social cues that the average person has. So… amusement parks and aquariums part 2! 

You are seriously taking this grown ass 6’7 (I wish I was joking) man to the amusement park. And he is ecstatic! If you ignore the fact that everyone is staring at you two, and that you might not be able to go on some rides because his horns are too big. 

To start off, you are meeting him in private and still calling him ‘Horton’ (he is very amused by this). So it takes a while for others to know about your relationship. It is not until Book 5 that it is revealed to anyone else that you know Malleus. Keep in mind this is in front of Jamil and Epel, in particular, who aren’t really happy about this revelation. Epel is more scared for you if anything (preceding Malleus’ reputation), while Jamil is more jealous. To Jamil, this is another rich person who has your attention, and we know how that goes. 

The real issue is when Diasomnia and Leona find out about this. Lilia finds out first, rather quickly, and supports this relationship. He thinks it’s wonderful that Malleus found a friend/sister. Silver and Sebek find out within Book 7, and the reactions vary. Silver reacts much like his father, but Sebek is much more jealous and cautious. Lilia has to assure Sebek that this is good for the future king of Briar Valley to get him to calm down. 

Leona is another story, however. You are close with that big lizard?! How dare you! He is upset, but it is a little hard to tell because he immediately shuts down emotionally. This feels more like a betrayal because of how he compares Malleus to his own older brother. As such, give him some space before you try to explain the situation. This is a touchy subject for him. And unlike Leona, Malleus is taking this as a competition. Well, Leona will eventually see this as a competition after he calms down. 

If you gift Malleus anything and I mean anything, he will be preening over it. Much like Ruggie, these two REALLY appreciate gifts. For Malleus, though, it is more of the fact that you gave it to him. If you can knit, he will wear whatever you knit, no matter the weather or occasion. Now you have the dragon wearing a scarf in the middle of summer. If you paint him something, he hangs it up right away in his room and frames it. And don’t let anyone insult your gift, or he will be glaring at them for the entire day. 

Sebek

Phew, this is a lot. Honestly, I can see this attachment happening only after he finds out about you being close with his future king. 

He does have two older siblings, though (a sister and brother), and Silver in a way. But what’s one more going to hurt?

He takes a long time to open up and become attached. Ultimately, most of his energy goes to Malleus and his training.

You have to have the patience of a saint to put up with him. Can you handle Sebek talking about Malleus for four hours straight, yes or no? If you can, then yay, he will be talking nonstop in your ear about Lord Malleus. If not, you have officially been upgraded to older sister. 

Sometimes he does need someone to tell him to kindly shut up, and you will gladly be taking that role now.

Jokes aside, I can see him with a more humorous MC. Someone who knows how to mess with someone without taking it too far. Why? Because Sebek needs to learn how to relax and not take things so seriously all the time. 

Unironically, please take him to an fair or somewhere that people can be loud. I don’t recommend somewhere like a movie theatre because I feel like he’s the type to loudly commentate during a movie. 

Sebek enjoys a good water park. From my knowledge, he has never spoken about going to one, so I can see him taking it as a challenge. Like he’s going to beat you in the lazy river. Yes, the ride that is meant to be just lying in a tube while the water carries you is now turning into a race. 

In your role as big sister, you are going to help him separate his identity from Lord Malleus. You can even ask Malleus to help with this. For instance, you asked Malleus to pretend to be on vacation with Lilia for a weekend (okay, maybe they actually went on vacation; Malleus has an excuse now to be gone for a bit). You made sure to say Lilia was with him because otherwise Sebek would have a heart attack about his Lord going on his own. Now you get to hang out with Sebek, without him thinking constantly about his knightly duties. 

He really does need to be taught how to have fun. Specifically, how to just be a regular sixteen-year-old. He is constantly putting the pressures of adulthood onto himself, and having someone be there for him would help him grow tremendously.

I am so sorry, but he is the type to take you to the gym as a hangout. If you aren’t athletic, you can try to get around this though. Tell him you can time him or spot him during his reps, and he’ll leave you alone about that. But if you like going to the gym, he will gladly work out with you. Be warned, he is very competitive. If you don’t want to deal with his constant one-upping, bring Silver with you. Silver doesn’t mind at all as long as he isn’t busy. 

Sebek did notice that you hung out around Riddle during equestrian club and during class with Epel, a fellow first-year. Deep down, Sebek really respects Riddle (even though he’s a human), so he’s okay that the two of you are close. Surprisingly, he is okay with Epel and you being close too. He finds Epel’s apple carving abilities to be quite fascinating, so that just must mean the two of you have taste. After all, you have a great deal of respect for his master, so that must mean your sense of judgment is good as well. The one issue is when he finds out you’re close with Leona. The two of them don’t really see eye-to-eye, you could say… 

Sebek can be clingy and protective; we literally see this with how he is with Malleus. I can see him following behind you after class, so much so that you have to literally tell him to stop following you. Be gentle, though he’s new to this whole ‘respecting a human’ thing. Oh, and if someone talks badly about you in front of him, they will get an earful. This is shockingly effective as the other person will do anything just to get Sebek to stop talking, including apologizing to you.

Platonic Twisted Wonderland Adult Fem MC with Floyd, Jade, Epel, and Idia

Floyd

Of the twins, he is going to be the first to be interested in you because Jade seems more likely to follow his brother. Timeline-wise, his affection starts to spring in after Book 3. Taking in my previous posts, this is after Riddle and Ruggie become attached and before Jamil does. He likely saw that Riddle and Ruggie are following you around, and this sparked his initial curiosity. Which is funny considering this is right after you help Savanclaw fight Azul. 

We know that Floyd enjoys unpredictable people, people who react strongly (such as to Riddle), or others who have a unique personality/style. In which case, I imagine older MC is wiser considering her age, but has a unique style. MC somehow had access to a wallet (Crowley/Riddle) and was able to buy some new clothes. Considering our world’s fashion likely differs from Twisted Wonderland’s fashion, you will naturally be unique in whatever you choose to buy, no matter your style. I think Floyd would find the fact that you come from a different world interesting as well, similar to Riddle. 

As you mentioned, if MC has an interest in shoes, Floyd would be ecstatic! He is buying you a brand-new pair the moment you point to the display section of the shoe store. I suggest you don't worry about the price tag...shoes can be expensive.

Like his twin, he would view you as a ‘cool big sister.’ He has a good relationship with his mother, so you are more likely to be viewed as a sister. 

Like Ruggie, Floyd is physically clingy. Specifically, he enjoys squeezing as a form of love. Which may mean you will feel like you are unable to breathe for a few seconds...

However, he does give you space as he even says that with Jade, he enjoys doing things on his own. 

Floyd loves lifting you in the air and picking you up to whatever locations he decides. Such as the time he brought you to the port...I would recommend not going into the water with him.

If you are a strong enough swimmer, he wants to take you back home with him and Jade to the Coral Sea. If he does, you will get the pleasure of experiencing Floyd in his merform. In his merform, his tail wraps around you so tight that you are unable to escape. And trust me, you will not be able to with the ungodly strength those tail muscles have. 

Lastly, he gets a little jealous if you’re not paying attention to him. But only really if he’s in a bad mood. 

If you have experience in any form of working in the service industry or anything related, Floyd is telling this to Azul. If you think you escaped your previous job, you are solely mistaken. Clock in to your shift at the Mostro Lounge because Floyd gets cranky if you're not there.

And Azul tolerates the twins' new obsession because that means $$$.

Jade

Jade sees his brother interested in you first. He then saw Riddle and Ruggie attached to you, which he was admittedly surprised by. Since he gets along with the two, he is surprised that they, as well as his brother, are fond of you. 

His first test on you was to ‘gift’ you one of the mushroom dishes he brought back from one of his hiking trips. He is delighted to find that you actually enjoy his dish. This is the moment he starts to gain real curiosity for you outside the mystery of the others' attachment.

So now, (un)fortunately, he will be sending you all sorts of mushroom-related dishes your way. Floyd and Azul get sick of his constant mushroom dishes, so now he has someone besides Silver to try them! Which yeah with the limited funds you have, free food is always a plus. And with your life experience, cooking was always tiring when you came home from work and had to make yourself a meal.

He is the type to randomly appear near you. You could be in the library, the school’s store, or Ramshakle itself, and Jade is suddenly there. Was he always there, or does he have some sort of teleporting spell?

He isn’t as physically clingy nor jealous in comparison to his brother; rather, his affection is through actions. He doesn’t mind tutoring you in potions or giving a ‘helping’ hand if you are struggling with handling someone. For instance, one student was teasing you for being unable to use magic, and Jade ‘gently’ made the other student correct himself. This left you awkwardly standing there while the other guy’s hands were shaking, and he looked like he was going to faint because of Jade's icy stare.

Once the word ’sis’ slips out of Floyd’s lips, Jade is also calling you his sister. And you are now unable to get these giant mermen away from you. 

The two will tag-team you into working more shifts. God forbid Jade has the responsibility of the Mostro Lounge's schedule. You are never seeing the light of day...

Epel

Epel is interesting because he does have older female figures in his life (his mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother). In addition, Vil and Rook are trying to teach him that femininity does not equate to weakness. But I do believe that having a younger adult female figure in his life would benefit him. Sure, Vil can explain as much as he can, but sometimes you can only learn a new perspective by interacting with someone of said demographic. 

However, in this HC, he is a ftm (female to male) because it fits him too well and would explain why he reacts so deeply to being mistaken as a girl. I think deep down, he secretly misses girlhood. But in terms of how emotionally close girls could be in friendships with one another (not the being a girl part).  

He becomes close to MC during Book 5 in particular. Because MC isn’t as young or younger than Vil, I can see MC sticking up for Epel when they first got into an argument in the courtyard at the beginning of Book 5. MC respects Vil’s diligence and need to win, but she puts her foot down for Vil forcing Epel to be a part of that win. Which Vil does not appreciate being called out on his behavior, and Epel also finds it embarrassing that he had to have someone stand up for him. So the two of you got off on the wrong foot...

However, after you explain your reasoning behind why you did what you did, Epel is less annoyed with you. When he does open up about not wanting to be in the SDC event, MC ends up listening and nodding along with his reasoning. But most importantly, you weren’t giving him a look of pity rather one of understanding. 

MC calls Epel cute (he was carving an apple for you), which he does not react well to. But, upon realizing this, you immediately change your tone and language. You have had the life experience and emotional intelligence to understand when certain things might make someone uncomfortable. This surprises him because usually he has to prove to others that he is not ‘cute’ or ‘girly,’ but you just naturally stopped. 

You realized he wants to be perceived more as ‘cool’ rather than ‘cute’, so you gifted him some Spelldrive cards you bought in Sam’s shop (the twins are now also helping you with your funds). Though when it comes to gifting him macaroons, you do it in a way that makes it seem like you just wanted to share some you bought for yourself. You knew he was a little embarrassed about liking a food that was considered cute.

Lore-wise, he also sees it as a good sign that Ruggie likes you because he looks up to Ruggie himself. So now you have two Spelldrive boys asking for you to come to their games to show off. Yes, this now includes all the others who compete in sports clubs (Riddle with equestrian, Floyd, and Jamil in basketball). You are booked and busy with all of these sports games and are getting front row seats to all of them.

He takes a bit to open up fully about his insecurities or to even come out as trans. When he does, you react similarly to before, and he is much more relaxed around you. 

He does enjoy the closeness of being around a woman, as it was something he secretly craved. It was very complicated in feeling BECAUSE of how he was resenting femininity at the same time. So yes, he does enjoy brushing each other’s hair and trash-talking some poorly made reality TV show together. You do have sleepovers with him multiple times, in Book 5 and in Book 6, when you are staying in Pomefiore. Outside of these times though, he loves staying in Ramshackle or inviting you to stay in his dorm. Vil is originally against Epel having sleepovers outside of the SDC event, but he comes to realize you are a positive influence for Epel. And to no one's surprise, Rook is absolutely supportive of this from the get-go.

Epel is not really physically clingy, at least not in public, but can be very protective. And to the point of getting someone else or himself black and blue if you are threatened (please don't tell Vil).

Idia

You meet him during Book 6, and it is only after Book 6 that you start to interact one-on-one. 

This will vary a lot if you are more outgoing or shy, in my opinion. If you are more outgoing, he is going to start off way more intimidated by you. Outgoing and an older woman who has more life experience than him? Nuh uh! But if you are more reserved, he will be less nervous talking to you. But it is still nerve-wracking. 

What actually gets him to lower his guard is when he finds out MC is a nerd. But like a super nerd. A nerd that works a 9-5? How is that possible?!

Whether you like K-Pop, video games, D&D, or anime, the moment he found out, his opinion of you immediately changed.

In this world, whatever niche interest you have, that particular fandom doesn’t exist, so he NEEDS to hear about all of it. Say, for example, you were a huge Super Mario fan, you would explain the lore between all of the games and the characters’ personalities. He will be writing down whatever you tell him (for future reference) and then comparing it to whatever media it reminds him of. 

Donor number #4 for funds now. And especially merch-related funds. Unfortunately, there isn’t any merch for your interests from your original world, so he’s buying you merch for any media you start to enjoy here. He is filthy rich, so be prepared to get premium signed merch, high-end figures, or fancalls if you like idols. 

It is important to keep in mind Idia's backstory with being the STYX's prodigy. He grew up with apathetic parents who only cared for results, and as such, he turned to his younger brother Ortho for affection. But we know what ended up happening to the original Ortho...

So even if you manage to get close to Idia, it doesn't mean he is fully open with you. Those wounds don't just heal overnight, and even when they do, it isn't truly ever going away. Ortho was his only companion for a while, so you're going to have to be patient with him in getting him to truly open up. Especially if he is starting to see you as more of an older sister. Being viewed as a sibling is a huge deal to him after all.

A big role MC is going to have to play is teacher and a little bit of a therapist lol. You are working with a guy who has extreme social anxiety and is dealing with an intense form of grief and guilt. So you do have your work cut out for you...

On the bright side, you have taught him corporate jargon through chronically online slang! There is common slang within both worlds, but you might have to teach him about cultural slang unique to yours.

Victim #2 to learning 67.

Nonetheless, you are really helping him with preparing him for future employers. Because he feels comfortable talking with you and you have the experience, he'll practice interviews with you. 

You look after Ortho for him during class, which he really appreciates. Ortho really likes you as well! You're also his big sister by proxy, and you look out for his brother so it’s a win-win.

Constantly texts you, even at 3 AM. Especially at ungodly hours.

Idia's messages to you: u up? There's a new RPG I want to try with u.

MC: go to sleep!!!

Platonic Twisted Wonderland Adult Fem MC with Riddle, Ruggie, and Jamil

In this scenario, MC comes to NRC as a full adult, 9-5-type experience. You would still come in with Grim and become a ‘first year,’ sort of like how Malleus and Lilia are fully grown but technically third years. And you somehow become more of an older-sister/mother-figure to most of the boys. But some of them are way more than others (that definitely need one). I’m thinking in particular with Riddle, Jamil, and Ruggie. Also, probably Silver, Leona, Idia, and Cater. You could honestly argue that most of them need one, since let’s be honest, a lot of them need therapy. 

This part includes Riddle, Ruggie, and Jamil.

Warning: This is my first-ever headcannon list, and I have just gotten back into the game after two years, so I apologize if it’s a little OOC. 

Riddle

We know how he is with his mother, so he is probably one to benefit the most from having an older female role model.

After the aftermath of Book 1, you reach out and try working with him to unlearn some of the toxic behaviors his mother taught him. For example, the extreme diets his mother put him on, the continuous studying without breaks, etc. I imagine MC taking Riddle to places he’s likely never been before, such as an amusement park or aquarium. 

I would say it takes a bit for Riddle to warm up to MC just because he’s not used to being vulnerable, but once he does, he is ATTACHED. Like will show up at Ramshackle and ask you to come to whatever party is happening in Heartslabyul. You are the first to be invited to anything Riddle plans now.

Since you are not from this world and aren’t familiar with the history, Riddle wouldn’t mind teaching you all about it. Be prepared for a four-hour lecture on the history of the Queendom of Roses. He also would love to hear about your world, so he will bombard you with questions about living in a place that is magic-less.  

He now knows what 67 is…

Don’t be surprised when you find random gifts given to you from Riddle. Such as free textbooks, clothes, and other stationery items. Outside of school supplies, he will shyly give gifts of things he would like to try with you, such as a board game he overheard Azul and Idia playing. 

I think out of all the boys, he will likely be the clingiest and also see you as a mother figure that he didn’t get growing up. Additionally, with this MC, he is the first to get attached if we’re following the main storyline. He will deny this to Ace, who keeps teasing him for constantly wanting to be around you. Also, Riddle will be checking up on you through Deuce and Ace (mostly Deuce because of Ace's teasing). 

Ruggie

This one is a bit more complicated since he technically does have an older female figure in his life (his grandmother), but he is often the one having to care for others and not the other way around. 

This relationship will likely form after Book 2, when we learn Ruggie’s backstory living in the slums of Sunset Savannah. 

Just like Riddle, he will take a while to actually be vulnerable. Compared to Riddle, though, he has no shame in opening up with his past; it’s more of the emotional distance he keeps with the other students at NRC. 

With him, though, gift giving is his love language and the one he likes receiving the most (even platonic!). So if older MC starts gifting him things such as food, extra clothes (they somehow got?), literally anything, he will be very happy. Of course, this comes from his survival instincts, where he feels forced to hoard all of his resources. But this will slowly get him to trust MC and see them in a positive light. 

I imagine MC gifting Ruggie food in particular because this one is probably the most meaningful for him. In this scenario, MC is decent at cooking since she has been cooking for herself for a bit. Ruggie isn’t picky, so even if you aren’t the best chef, as long as it’s edible, he will love it. 

The real test is if Ruggie is giving MC food back. That is his ultimate form of affection because of how meaningful food is to him. We can see this in Book 4, when he brings home food to the kids back home. At least by the end of Book 3, Ruggie has some worries for MC. If he finds out you’re missing meals, he will find a way to get you food; he will steal Leona’s credit card if that’s what it takes! 

MC probably falls into some kind of coddling with Ruggie, which he does not mind at all. At first, he’s a little weirded out, but once he realizes you’re pampering him without wanting something in return, he loves it. You might do things for him, such as brushing his hair (be careful with his ears), or taking him to get his nails painted for the first time. Of all the characters in TWST, he has the least shame; hell, he might even boast about this to the other characters. Which, I cannot tell if Leona will hate or love this, lmao. 

He is definitely clingy, just maybe not Riddle levels. Unlike Riddle, he has no shame in showing affection, like putting his arm around you or straight up just climbing on you (doesn’t matter how short or tall you are, he wants a piggyback ride). 

You are also helping him with his long-ass resume, which he very much appreciates. If you are in the corporate world, he will be using that to his advantage.

The kids back home send you homemade cards, and now you are in contact with like twenty different kids through Ruggie. 

Like Riddle, Ruggie is checking up on you through Jack. Jack doesn’t mind but will often just tell Ruggie to go see you himself. This has caused a lot of bickering between the two.

Ruggie: “Just tell me if she’s been eating or not!”

Jack: “How would I know that? You can go ask her that yourself.”

Ruggie: “You are the one who has lunch block with her!” 

Now Jack is asking you each time you have class together if you’re eating, which is embarrassing for him, but Ruggie said he’ll run with him in the morning if he asks. 

Jamil

Jamil is going to take probably the longest time to open up. He’s been taught, like Riddle, that you cannot show emotions. However, now add in the fact that he didn’t even get ‘true’ childhood friends like Riddle did (Trey, Chenya) because he was stuck serving Kalim. Yes, Kalim saw him as a friend, but Jamil did not.

His parents have taught him that Kalim’s needs come before his own, so he’s still in the process of unlearning that. MC likely gets close with Jamil during Book 5. When they are all in Ramshackle training (Jamil, Vil, Rook, Epel, Kalim, Ace, Deuce), this is when you get closer. 

Mind you, while this is happening, Riddle is sending Ace and Deuce to bring you a pie Trey made, and Ruggie is showing up asking about trying face masks together. This confuses everyone (besides Ace and Deuce), but especially Jamil. 

Like, why are Riddle and Ruggie out of all people showing you affection??? 

For Jamil, acts of service are the most likely to get him flustered. MC is washing Jamil’s clothes (because Crowley finally got you a washing machine!), and you did not want smelly teen boys’ clothes in your house. Jamil at first was upset because he’s so used to doing everything himself, so he expected you to somehow mess up his laundry. But when he realizes you know how to separate clothes from whites and darks (you’re a grown adult), he is like, okay fine. But he still feels awkward about it at first. 

If you keep cleaning up after his stuff, he starts to feel guilty and feels like he needs to do something back. But when you brush it off, he is even more appalled. You probably say something about not wanting dirty clothes in your house, and then he feels like you’re a mirror of him, haha. 

Also, if you kill or take care of a bug near him, he will start seeing you as some sort of savior. In which case, this is now your job to handle bugs.

Unlike Ruggie, though, please don’t cook for him. Unless you are extremely talented in cooking, I would not bother with this. He will try your food because he does care about you, but he will be making a face…

Jamil is secretly competitive, so I can see him being the most likely of all of them to get jealous. Like, once he’s attached, oh, he is not letting Riddle tutor you better than him. He’s had to tutor Kalim so he can tutor anyone! 

Poor Riddle is confused as to why Jamil is giving him death glares in the middle of Alchemy class. Now this is even being transferred into grades (against Riddle) because he doesn’t have to hold back with Kalim. 

The same goes for athleticism. Though Ruggie and Riddle do different club sports, he’s got to win at every basketball game. NRC is somehow going to the finals because of this, and Ace and Floyd are somehow locked in.

Kalim, of course, is supportive of Jamil making some new friends, now that he’s allowed to be himself. But it’s a bit uncomfortable because Kalim knows he cannot show it due to their strained relationship. So Kalim allows Jamil to throw you a party without him being there (as an attempt to mend their relationship). 

In this context, the party is your birthday party, and you can expect to have the most outlandish party. There are fireworks, elephants (how did they even get them?), dancing, many gifts, a live band, and all of the Scarabia students celebrating.

If you’re more shy (ironically like Jamil), he will tone it down, though, and have a more private party with the two of you. 

Similar to Riddle, I imagine a lot of the things you do with Jamil might be more childish in nature. Sure, he’s been to places like the amusement park, but not without worries about Kalim’s safety the entire time. He might be tense at first, but I feel like he really likes rollercoasters.
