Rowan Tassel | Hufflepuff | Sixteen Rowan Tassel’s family has a long history in carpet racing, despite it being illegal in Britain. At Hogwarts, Rowan settles for flying as the Keeper for the Hufflepuff team. He’s stealthy and good at sneaking up behind others to get some joy out of scaring them. His relationships tend to be somewhat complicated. He’s snarky and takes a while to warm up to others, often making fun of them before he starts to get friendly. However, once he’s your friend, consider yourself set. He’s not quick to anger and he’ll stick by your side. Unless, you lie. Tassel puts up with a lot of things, but he can’t stand a liar. He prefers it when some is who they claim to be. He’s intelligent and great with strategy, the Captain that is the reason that Hufflepuff wins most of their Quidditch games. Rowan is the kid that sits quietly in the back of class, but as soon as the bell rings he’s as vibrant as the rest of the students. He likes to take little trinkets from his friends to see how long it takes for them to notices that it’s gone. Rowan isn’t one to sit still; he’s often seen doing anything just to stay away from being bored.
Ooh, that sounds fun. Or scary. Or both. Durmstrang are always pretty terrifying. But that’s good, I-I’ve missed you. We should go on a picnic again, if the weather warms up a little. *smiles*
Yeah, a little bit of both I think. *smiles down at her* I've missed you too. I'd love that idea. As soon as the weather clears up and we both have free time, we'll go again, yeah?
*swings their hands in between them, walking off towards the kitchens* There's one this Sunday against Durmstrang, and then if we win that, we've got a few weeks before the grand finals.
You’ve got no idea? Wow. You know, one day I’m going to get both of you in a room together and keep you there until you work out what’s wrong. I don’t like my friends fighting. *frowns a little*
None at all. I mean, I think he even tolerated me up until fourth year. Then I obviously did something to greatly upset him, and now he's out to kill me. *smiles warmly* I'm sure that will just result in my death, so let's not do that.
*giggles* That does sound like Hogwarts, I have to admit. Um… *thinks* Well, I haven’t done anything interesting exactly, but I did talk to a nice Gryffindor, and Dash, oh, and Flotsam a couple of times too. *smiles widely*
Dash is the sweetest kid ever. I don't think I know anyone nicer than him. Except maybe you. *smiles, leaning down and kissing her forehead* Flotsam hates me. And I mean truly despises me. I have no idea why though.
That hectic even though we’ve had holidays? Gosh. You must deserve a bit of a rest by now. *nods* I’ve been wonderful. Doing very little, actually. *chuckles and stands on her toes to kiss him lightly*
Yeah. They've been pushing all the teams harder than usual recently. There's some inter-school competition coming up soon and you know, it's Hogwarts. We're one of the most competitive schools in history. *laughs softly, kissing her back with a slight smile* Well that's no fun. Surely you must have done something interesting.
*smiles fondly, wrapping his arms around her waist and smiling down at her* I'm sorry, I've kind of holed myself up in my room working on school work, and Quidditch practice has been hectic. How's life been treating you, Lotta?
