I honestly really like Sumitaba as a ship the more I think about it. They'd be able to bond on more nerdy interests and Sumire's calmer personality will be able to match well with Futaba's since she'd be able to let her be herself no judgement.

I also feel Futaba would be able to help Sumire come to terms with her trauma and identity issues over time. Futaba had similar issues in the past but with the help of The Phantom Thieves she was able to slowly gain more confidence in herself.

I feel Futaba would see herself in Sumire and be able to help her open up overtime due to her more outgoing nature being something Sumire would likely admire and trust. Anyway, I just think the dynamic works and I hope if Sumire is used again they let them interact.

what do you mean it wasn’t a romcom

i dont know why but every time i see a comic or a fanfic where morgana ISNT by akira's side ((ex he went home and morgana didnt go with him, he's living on his own and cant have pets so someone else has to take him)) it makes me feel SO SAD. i dont know if its because i have a cat as well ((who actually almost looks like morgana)) or its because akira and morgana have gained SUCH a bond that it just feels wrong to seperate them but i dont wanna see it HAHA

like that conversation they had when morgana came back after disappearing at the end of the yaldabaoth battle ☹️ absolutely heartbreaking. those two deserve to be with each other FOREVER!!!! DO NOT SEPERATE THEM!!!!!

i became friends with this dude in high school because he likes persona, so turns out he starts working where i work and today we had a conversation about persona 5 ships ((hes straight and not chronically online but still a really awesome dude, one of the only dudes i genuinely like talking to)) and he literally goes "but joker is straight"

so obviously we had an argument about this, me saying "did joker tell you hes straight himself?" and him going "the game only lets you romance women" and it lasted for like a good looong 5 minutes until he said at the end

"joker's straight but if there was a romance ryuji route, i wouldve gone for that." without me even MENTIONING pegoryu ((just that ryuji has said questionable things; ex: feeling free with akiren))

and i cheered because it felt like i won a war 💀
