nobody is immune but some of you are… concerning susceptible… 😟
A reminder to the "the American government wouldn't..." crowd. They have. They have made their own internment camps before. They have rounded up innocent citizens and immigrants before. The victims of which are still alive to this day and trying to share their stories with the world, they have been trying to warn us for a long time. George Takei (as seen above) is a famous example of this. He has written about his experiences time and time again, even publishing a book talking about his time in these camps. He may be famous now, but at the time he was just another kid forced from his home. To this day he still firmly dedicates himself to trying to educate and inform people, trying to spread awareness with his platform. The American Government can and will do terrible things. Do not let anyone convince you otherwise.

This isn't a hypothetical future btw, it is already underway. Hundreds of human rights groups and experts already signed an open letter condemning the Biden administration for using Guantanamo Bay to hold migeants captive, most of them Haitians.
You've gotta love Jews more than you hate Nazis.
You've gotta love trans folks more than you hate TERFs.
You've gotta love your unhoused neighbors more than you hate the billionaires.
You've gotta love immigrants more than you hate ICE.
You've gotta love queer kids more than you hate christian fundamentalists.
You've gotta love fat people more than you hate the diet industry.
You've gotta love disabled people more than you hate the insurance companies.
You've gotta love your fellow humans more than you hate the worst that humanity has to offer. You don't have to like every person you're fighting for, and you sure as hell don't have to give up your righteous anger, but hate is ultimately corrosive.
You've gotta love.
How to be a trans ally 101, from To Wong Foo (1995)
i'm reminded of those posts from trans women who stated in their experiences that by far most cis women they interact with in person aren't transphobic towards them. and that recent study that showed the uk population is more accepting of trans people than they perceive each other to be (ie 2 uk polls, "do you think most people are trans friendly" vs "are you trans friendly"). i think there's more love and acceptance in this world than transphobes want you to believe. you are not as hated as legislators and conservative news outlets would lead you to believe.
I volunteer with an organization where I call a senior weekly who lives in Florida. She just made a new trans woman friend at her church and she is so excited to take her shopping for new clothes.
this is so sweet 🥺🥺🥺
This is the cutest thing ever. Godzilla says trans rights.
GODZILLA OFFICIAL???
I get tearful every time I see this <3
GODZILLA IS BEST PARENT <3
I watched this before a meeting with my therapist yesterday and had to explain why I was crying.
I mean this with my whole chest:
Jon M. Chu, please direct every movie musical from here on out. (And also redo into the woods maybe pretty please)
Mark Vomit (2020)
you may also know Mark Vomit from such hits as "You Are Not Immune To Propaganda" (featuring Garfield)

Engineers between 19 and 24, most linked to Musk’s companies, are playing a key role as he seizes control of federal infrastructure.
elon is really mad about this so it would be a shame if people kept spreading the names around

Happy Anniversary Vanilla Sweep
it’s been a whole year since vanilla extract?!???
one thing i love about data is that he’s so sassy for absolutely no reason. like, he’ll always give a lil reaction, lil head tilt, sometimes he’ll just stare at you. but for a being with “no emotions” he’s always gonna give you something
made a ton of little simple headshots for a bunch of my OCS so I can squeeze them all into endless alignment charts:33
been usually pushing myself to draw detailed full bodies so this is really fun to do
drew my friend into arcane!
I love most of this but I def plan on fixing the face since I have a better feel of proportions now that I've done more practice. They use a cane so I made em' one that functions like a sword - rule of cool and all that.
A poster I did for myself to put in my room :))
